This past Saturday my dad needed help with a flat tire. I called the shop; they told me he could…read moredrop the car off because of a 1 1/2 hour wait (they were very busy). I asked if I could just bring the tire in (take it off his car and drop in my trunk). The girl on the phone went to ask if that would be OK. She told me to bring the tire/wheel in and the store manager would look at it. We got there and the service guy went out to get the boss. He was actually in the shop doing an alignment (must be a "working manager") , and said he would check the tire as soon as he was finished. About 20 minutes later he came out, grabbed the tire, and checked out the leak. He found a very small leak, showed us the bubbles coming out , patched it, balanced it, and we were out of there, after being there around 50 minutes total. They went out of their way on a very busy Saturday to help my dad out, and I'm (and especially my dad) very grateful for the customer service. I will be going there the next time I need tires. The service manager was also very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Buying a car? Bring it here for an independent inspection…read more I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in the afternoon. I had concerns regarding a potential used vehicle purchase. I wanted a mechanic with no skin in the game to look it over and tell me if he saw any red flags. They threw it on the lift and looked it over. Took them approximately 30 minutes. While the car dealer salesman tried to make me feel like I was crazy to take it out for an independent review, all the staff in this shop agreed with me and assured me I did the right thing. Sales people want the sale. It is the responsibility of the consumer to advocate for themselves and get it reviewed by someone with nothing to gain or lose by telling the truth. After completing his inspection the mechanic came out to talk to me and ask me questions and make sure I was getting the right warrantys and guarantees when buying the vehicle. I purchased my vehicle with the ability to lay my head down at night knowing I did everything I could to advocate for myself and ensure I wasn't buying a lemon. While it may be a lemon, only time will tell. They had a reasonable price for the look-over. I highly recommend everyone in the area go see them when purchasing a vehicle.

Called AAA and they said someone would be there within a 45 minutes. Expect an "unknown" caller. A few minutes later the towing company called and was in the lot. The agent hooked up a battery. Still wouldn't start. Earlier I checked the oil, and coolant; both OK. He managed to push the car out of the parking space, with the help of a stranger. Carefully loaded it on the flatbed truck. Took me & my car to a trusted mechanic and unloaded the car in their lot. Told me to leave the key in an envelope with my info on the envelope. Never had to do that before. Glad he was so helpful. Didn't catch his name, he was professional, reassuring, and made an otherwise crappy situation tolerable.

I was told to come in at an appointed time and they would do a free inspection and give me an estimate for the job. They said it would take about an hour to do, and how much it would cost. Didn't have anything else planned for the afternoon so I waited. Where was I going to go without a car? It's not like in the City where I could take a train, bus, or even walk home or find something to do in the neighborhood, It took about an hour. They showed me the brake pads. They were kind of worn out. They have free Wi-Fi and a clean restroom.

I've been a loyal customer of 10+ years and he basically told me I must be lying because his workers are too good. This is insulting. Plus, it's such a simple repair. As a business owner myself, doing the simple low cost things to keep customers happy is so easy to do. Over the last few times I've gone in, I've had abrasive interactions with him but have brushed them off as having a bad day, having difficult customers before me, or whatever. But nah, he's just a prick. Also, they let a guy sit in there working at the desk with a MAGA hat on. I don't support pedophile supporters.
