My rear quarter panel was a bit dented and had popped loose from its clips, and I called Radd to ask if it was something they'd be able to fix. They weren't sure, so they invited me to come by so they could take a look. Later on in the day, an even more convenient option was suggested - to simply take a couple photos of the damage and email it over to them. Simple! They determined they'd be able to make the repair, by melting and reshaping some of the plastic while guiding everything back into place, and I was so delighted that I didn't even ask for an estimate. Honestly as far as I was concerned, I would be happy if it came in under $500. The total for this repair? A mere $150! Great price, really nice work, and 100% positive interactions with all the people I spoke with. Definitely a place that I'll trust my car with in the future.

Although they were closed, I left the keys in an envelope with the vital information in a key drop box. The next day I got a call; it worked for the mechanic Mike! Go figure?! He said if it happens again to give him a call. A week later I stopped to mail a letter, at the Post Office. Turned the car off, put the letter in the box, went back to the car. All in about three minutes. Again the car wouldn't start . I was hesitant to call Mike, but I did. A short time later he was there with some diagnostic tools. He got in the car connected the tools and it started for him! It's beginning to look like I'm some kind of a lunatic. The second time, Sunday, the tow company left it there. Monday, Mike found the problem. It needed a new starter, they gave me an estimate about what it would probably cost. Mike called at 8:20 am. By 12:20 pm Anne Called - the car is ready the same day! What a major relief. Called a friend to give me a lift over to the shop. Around here you're out of luck without a car. In the City there's the subway and buses. Life as usual. These guys do great work, and fast, at reasonable prices. There's not enough superlatives to describe them.
