While I'm waiting to get called, she realizes she messed up someone else's appointment who already got sat, they got her water running and everything, and they tell her she has to get up. The technician starts my nails when she gets the first phone call. She hangs up, continues my nails and then she gets ANOTHER call. This time she just randomly stands up and runs to take it in the back room. Listen, things happen, but I knew this wasn't an emergency...she had just told me it's a package delivery. When she comes back, I say that if it's an emergency then I can wait for another technician so she can handle whatever she needs.
