Literally what I was served, my empty hand.

Well - what could you improve? I could get my meal. Came here on a Wednesday. Apparently the only thing that matters is the trivia for middle school drop outs. Ordered drinks and a burger at the bar. My dining partner ordered a pizza. Drinks came - were fine. The pizza came pretty quickly. Was told it was good. My burger never came. After 30 minutes told the bartender to cancel it. She went to the kitchen and said they "missed it". She was very pleasant and apologetic. Will not return. Trash management and I'm not sure I can call it a kitchen since they don't serve food.

Service was great when the host finally sat us. We waited up front for a good amount of time and the bartender didn't even acknowledge us even though she looked at us. Some people walked in and walked out when we waited. It wasn't very busy. Once seated, we had a great waitress. She was very attentive. We ordered from the Restaurant week menu and it was a great deal. The food was surprisingly great. I loved the olive and oil pizza. Delicious! The pork belly tacos were tasty, but the pork belly could be crispy. My partner hates the QR system when paying, because he believes the purpose is service. It is convenient to have the QR code, but he prefers the service. It's a nice restaurant. Love the style and it's pretty big.It has a rustic feel, great for larger groups. They support local breweries.

My husband and I went to the Towne Parlor for a date night. We have been a few times before and always enjoyed the food. Sadly tonight, we had some disappointing entrees. To start we ordered the pepperoni pizza pretzel. This was off their "game day menu", which was a very cool concept to have certain food offered durning football season. When we got it, I thought the pretzel was good, but it was served with cold tomato sauce. I was disappointed that I was eating a warm pretzel with ice cold sauce. It completely through my whole experience off. We also order the boneless wings which were delicious. Lastly, we got the Nutella pizza.(which was the whole reason we went) Sadly, tonight it was just not all that. It look over 30 mins to get, and when it did some it wasn't prepared the best. There was more dough than Nutella. It was very disappointing. Our waitress was great and did apologize for the wait.

Came here with my wife for date night. We caught a comedy show and it was actually a very good time. Waitress was very nice and helpful and our food came out very quickly. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed on a Friday night.Definitely recommend this place for lunch dinner or even comedy show that they do upstairs definitely check this place out if you're in the area

Good dry rub wings & happy hour specials. Pizza was okay.

I've stopped by a couple times now, and have to say the food has been solid, and the staff is all so friendly. The bar and the the main dining room are massive, no trouble finding a seat. Clean, friendly, and attentive service..can't go wrong.

The ambiance is alive and bustling. The pizza is the best in town and the service is great. Had a great experience!

New Yorker side Mac & Cheese Side Caesar Salad Lock City Stack Burger

Service was amazing. We chose to sit outdoors and had a lovely meal. The caesar salad with grilled chicken, mac and cheese, and burger was phenomenal. The new yorker pizza (plain pizza) was average or below average. I would not order that again. The specialty pizza looked great, definitely opt to try one of those instead of the plain one. Overall a delicious meal. Cocktail menu is great- we had the blackberry margarita and enjoyed it. Prices are as expected for Bedford st. Definitely will return. Highly recommend the burgers, mac and cheese, and salad!

    Margherita Pizza with Sausage.

Normally their pizza is pretty good. But this time I ordered to go. margarita with sausage. The fact that I can count on one hand the pieces of sausage is messed up!! There are more slices than sausage.

Had the best derby themed party here celebrating my Masters graduation. Morgan the event manager was responsive, kind, transparent and fun! Our bartender Lilu was incredible as well. A great time and affordable rate! Party of a lifetime!

Super spacious location with generous seating (with COVID precautions). This is where you should post up to watch games, there are plenty of TVs within sight of your table. Staff is SUPER friendly and happy to give recommendations based on your preferences. I've been a handful of times and already see this becoming my local bar of choice. The food gets its own highlight: everything is delicious! Truffle Mac, bee sting pizza, Tito's handmade pizza and the pub pretzel will satisfy your carb cravings and then some. Expect some awkward morning from people at the table--THAT good. Beer menu is impressive, covers lots of bases and something for everyone. This is your next stop in Downtown Stamford!

We were kindly…read moregreeted and although there were not anymore seats at the bar (where happy hour takes place), the manager was so kind enough to still honor us with the happy hour selection from a table instead. By the time we were ready to start ordering, a few seats opened up and our sweet waiter took care of cleaning the area first before we switched over to the bar. The overall ambiance of this restaurant was family friendly with a holiday feel. We ordered cocktails, which were delicious! Our appetizers (sticky wings = 10/10, omg the sauce!; shrimp bao buns, and some meatballs) kept us more than full enough that we decided to hold off on ordering anything else for the evening. Before we left, our original waiter asked how everything was and some of the exciting things that take place at this restaurant. I'm very big on customer service and I really appreciated how attentive, accommodating, and genuine everyone was throughout the night, even with there being so much people there. I will definitely come back again!

Originally excited by the addition of the Americano to Stamford's downtown scene and aesthetically…read moreloved the place too - but that's about all after my visit. Got there early ahead of our reservation to get drinks at the bar. I ordered a dirty vodka martini and my husband got a gin martini. They got the order wrong and gave us both dirty martinis. I was briefly excited by them asking if I wanted blue cheese olives but even those were dry since you can see them on the bar pre-skewered, sitting in a container, not in brine. We finished our drinks and then moved to a table. We were not given water when seated. Placed an order for another round of drinks then (smartly) made the decision to order a mix of apps first before our entrees. Placed an order for another round of drinks, got the gnocchi, dumplings & wings. Food hit our table before our drinks arrived and we had to ask for water. Now onto the actual food - sadly, nothing good to say about it: - Sticky Gochujang Wings: well fried wing but WAY too much vinegar in the sauce not at all a Gochujang flavor - Sweet Chili Dumplings: Panda Express sauce a cloyingly sweet. Would expect more from a place like this. Also the filling of the dumpling tasted like it had curry seasoning? Curry + sweet chili are not flavors that mix - at least not in this dish. - Gnocchi: The sauce was broken/so grainy and gritty and the gnocchi itself SO DENSE. After this bad show, it was a no-brainer that we were gonna take our night and appetites elsewhere. So disappointing. Feels like they have a lot of service issues. Staff felt new even though they've been open for a year or so now. Unless some big changes happen, I have no interest in coming back.

Last week I stumbled upon an advertisement from Glamour nightclub advertising $100 bottles of Ciroc…read moreor Hennessy bottle service. I thought this was a pretty good deal, especially spending most of my time in New York City where one could expect to pay upwards of around $300 for the same bottles. We were greeted by the manager who informed us this promotion does not include tip or tax which was no problem as i would not expect it to be. My thoughts were okay 20% tip and tax were walking out of there $130 - $150 depending if we left more tip or not. Once we were seated the host informed us it was only on certain flavors of Ciroc which we had not be informed about of before hand but at the price point i was not going to be picky. We decided on a bottle and the host came out poured us drinks and walked away. About 30 minutes she returned and asked us for our payment, in which we gave her a card and she declined to accept my Visa debit card. She informed us that the bottle service is cash only. I asked to see a manager because we were not informed at all that it was cash only, especially being how I wound up paying for an $80 round at the bar directly with the same card. The manager came over 30 minutes later demanding we use the ATM and pay cash for the bottle service or he was going to call the police on us. At this point it wasn't even about the points I wanted to receive on my credit card it was about the simple fact that the management was selectively making us pay cash and we had never been informed until I was two drinks down. Just a quick pointers for management if you're only accepting cash than you should tell you're patrons before, also I would suggest if you're only accepting cash than make sure you make everyone follow the same rules as you loose credibility when you're management is saying one thing and I can go to the bar buy a more expensive round and put it on a card. Or maybe it was the fact that my party and myself where the only Caucasians in the club and they were looking to take advantage of us due to racial stereotypes? I didn't really want to bring it there but nobody else seemed to have this issue just our table? The supervisor or whoever was demanding CASH couldn't even say anything but look away and say Cash only or I am calling the police because he knew it was wrong. In the end what seemed like a good deal just turned out to be a hassle and ruined my night.
