In the area their are a lot of places to get pizza. Town pizza is my favorite. I love that they are a small family run business. My food is always great, they do a good job of making sure the food orders are correct, everyone is super friendly and they are quick with orders. I can't say the same for all the pizza places in the area. I highly recommend trying them if you haven't!! read more

Good local Greek pizza spot. I got to be in the mood for Greek style pizza and when I am this my go to spot. It's a hole in the wall kinda place. After hearing great things about Town Pizza, I made a quick trek over to Town Pizza to try the pizza, after shopping at the outlets. The place is very casual with an order counter, open kitchen, and self serve seating. There's also a TV to watch. The menu offerings include traditional and gourmet pizzas, calzones, subs, appetizers, pasta dinners, subs, and salads. There are 20 toppings to choose from. They offer both Coke and Pepsi products from the cooler. The prices here are fair. I was going to order Zucchini on the pizza, but they were out, so I ordered a Large Eggplant Pizza ($10.75 plus tax) to bring home. The pizza was ready in about 15 minutes. However, when I was paying the total with tax came out to $11.66. I thought the meals tax was still 7 percent (not 8.5 percent, yet?) since I went to both McDonald's and Starbucks at the nearby outlets earlier in the day and paid 7 percent tax. Anyways, the pizza was really awesome and very tasty. The good thin crust was soft inside and firm outside and the toppings were abundant including the sauce, cheese, and thin sliced battered eggplant. I actually enjoyed 2 slices of the pizza (fresh out of the oven) in my ride before heading back home. This was definitely one of the better pizzas I've had in the State of Maine! read more

Tried Town Pizza the other day and was very very happy with it. The staff was nice. The Pepper Poppers Pizza was fantastic. The crust wasn't bland at all. I would note that they serve beer too. I will most likely have to have a beer there while waiting for my pizza next time. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try to anyone. read more

I love Town Pizza! It reminds me so much of a simpler time in life when you could go to your corner pizzarea and get a pie or sub a soda or even a glass of beer without breaking the bank. This is just that place! Plus it has all kind of Greek goodies spinich pie..baklava etc! All delish! We love the Submarine pizza with peppers mushrooms onions and steak. Just tried this place for the first time tonight. Work in the shipyard so the location is really convenient right outside the gates in downtown Kittery. I got the margharita pizza and a side of fries and it was delicious. The 2 ladies that were working were nice and very helpful. Prices were pretty good for what you got. Definitely will be coming back and trying the steak sandwich next time, saw someone else get it and it looked awesome! Has lots of tables, but definitely seems like more of a take out place as that's what the majority of people I saw come in were doing. read more

Absolutely terrible. This is a poorly run business and completely disorganized. If they aren't messing up your order, they either forget to make it or give it to someone else. The older lady decides whatever she wants to charge and adds a couple dollars to the price regardless of what the menu says. This same lady will also round up your total. For example today, my total came to $7.29, but she charged my card $7.30. I know it's just a penny but if this is happening to everyone, that all adds up. Beyond the management side, the food is sub par. There are a ton of other much better places to grab food in Kittery. I will never go back. read more

Extremely dirty, outdated, and unorganized. Because they don't take your name with your phone order, it leads to a lot of confusion when trying to pick your pizza up. When we tried to describe our pizza order to the owners (there is a language barrier) they then gave us someone else's order accidentally and charged us for it. So, I called this place thinking it was the town pizza in north berwick(whoops) and ordered two calzones. I get too the towne pizza in north berwick and as soon as I realize I had called the wrong restaurant I called this place to let them know I had made a mistake, the person who answered the phone decided it was a good idea to tell and then hang up on me. While I understand that this must have been annoying, in my opinion you never treat a customer that way. Went there with a party of 11. This is a quaint family owned pizza / sub shop. Owner/ cook makes you feel like family. Most of us had hot subs , all of which were very good.
