I see a lot of bad reviews on here and I cant speak for that because I don't live there but I can…read morespeak on what I've seen and done from my viewing. Everyone I met that works there was super personable and friendly. I feel that the only explanation for the reviews being bad on here, is that the owner is spreading its staff too thin.. The reason I believe that is because managers and front desk workers can only do so much. I'm in the business and you can only work with what you are given. I don't even live there and they did something for me they were not required to do and didn't have to do. Doing that while I could tell they were swamped with work, the manager Melisa, as well as Isabella who I was speaking with too was able to help me figure out my license was there and find a way to mail it back to me right that very second rather than waiting until after the holiday weekend all while answering the phones non stop rings and answering people's questions in person I could overhear a bit. So for all of them to be able to multitask to that level is proof they are amazing at their jobs. To me they seem overworked and underpaid. I hope the owner of the business sees this (and isn't offended) because they have great staff and I hope they know it and I can't express enough how nice Jodi was at the front desk who gave us the tour, Isabella and the manager Melisa. I know there are bad reviews on here but I would love to live here and I hope we will be able to. But regardless I will never forget the kind gesture done for me today and it's always nice to just help eachother these days as we the little people are all scrambling for a place to live since the govt messed up the economy.

They are nearly impossible to reach by phone; calls are usually routed to third-party customer service that can't resolve issues and promises follow-ups that never happen. Rent increases with every renewal, yet ongoing maintenance issues are rarely addressed. There is widespread mold throughout common areas and units. Essential systems frequently break, including elevators, heat, AC, and laundry machines. The building infrastructure is extremely outdated, and failures are often blamed on the age of the property rather than properly fixed. The carport has severe structural damage, is now condemned, and has caused falling debris and pipe damage--yet residents are still charged $75 per parking spot. Snow removal is inconsistent, sometimes making it impossible to leave for work. Mail and packages are frequently stolen due to poor security. Trash chutes regularly overflow. Laundry costs have increased multiple times (now ~$3.90 per load), but machines are inefficient and often require multiple cycles. Elevators have been out of service for weeks at a time and continue to break down. Most recently, large portions of the property have been without water for over a week. Residents were given conflicting information, encouraged to stay instead of using hotels, and then left without updates or reliable communication. Overall, the property appears too old and poorly managed to be properly maintained, and residents consistently bear the consequences. There are many more issues, but this should be enough to strongly encourage anyone considering this property to take existing reviews seriously. I wish we had.

I had to leave and get my own drill so they could remove the couch feet. One mover used my bathroom without asking while the door was closed and valuables were inside. At the new house, they broke my chandelier while bringing the couch upstairs -- we heard the crash. They left without cleaning the broken glass off the stairs. I have 4 dogs in the home; one could have been seriously injured. I hired movers to make this easier as a disabled Marine Corps veteran. Instead, they created more work and a safety hazard. Upon talking to the operations manager Adam Bradshaw, he offered no compensation or apology for the incident that occurred. Update. Upon calling back the number that was provided it lead back to the main office, I was led back to Adam Bradshaw. Who refused to help me any further. When I asked for corporate's number, he said he was not able to give it out but I could look it up ** Update I called the corporate office who also refused to help I've made a charge back on my bank. I tried several times to de escalate the situation with numerous people in the company. It's sad they treat people this way and sad they treated a veteran this way Vets and service members please beware We're under enough stress already Don't let this company add to it Semper Fi Oorah!

The crew moved my furniture…read morewithout any protective wrapping, causing gouges to my bed and bureau and water damage to my couch which was shipped to another address causing embarrassment. An expensive personal item was lost, and despite the movers promising immediate reimbursement, the office has since used stall tactics to avoid payment. The crew was so ill-equipped they even asked to borrow my own power tools. Given the similar experiences shared in other reviews, it is clear this company has a systemic issue with accountability and care. Save your time and money--look elsewhere.

First off when I call and she is busy she doesn't answer and tell you to call back or she'll call back, she picks up and Hangs up. It happens a lot! When ever you have a maintenance issue , there's always a problem, they come in and there's a problem. Takes forever to fix. Or they blame you for it. They don't want to fix it. Makes excuses why it's broken. Makes you not want to call and ask for it to get fixed . One day the maintenance guy walked into my apartment while I was sleeping on my couch half nude . Didn't knock or nothing. I didn't have a order to have them come. Why did he come ? What's the reason ? My car was at the shop: so was that why. ? He though I wasn't home? Creepy if you ask me! Oh and the mice and rats. They say there fixed and won't be back ! But there still here !!! Thank god for my cat to catch them every night !!!!!!!! Do not move here !!! I just put a order in yesterday to come fix my closet door. I put my dog in the other bedroom and I put a note by the door for some extra info for the maintenance guy. I come home and they left a note saying he couldn't fix the door because my dog was in the bedroom . My dog was in the room that the door was not in . Why would my dog be put in the room for no reason? He was in the other bedroom because maintenance was coming so he wouldn't be a bother. I put him in the other bedroom where the door wasent in. Why would I put my dog in the same room ? Do they think? This is a example of the stupidity I deal with , with them. I called today to talk about it with Karen in the office and I called four times she answered twice I heard her huff and puff and hung up and the other two times went to voice mail ! Rude people ! 2 stars because our lawn quality did improve. Added bonus that it rained 10 inches in a normally…read morebrutal July TruGreen is an unreliable service. They cancel appointments and don't reschedule. We had to call them for every treatment to make sure they came out. The contracted time frames are not followed. We had a treatment that was skipped, so they doubled up with the next treatment. As it is now fall and getting colder every day, we had to cancel our last two treatments, as they would be ineffective. When speaking with customer service supervisor, I mentioned to a supervisor how frustrated we were with how unreliable their service had been. He tried telling me that this was abnormal. I then informed him that two other family members had the same experience, and this is clearly a known issue. He then admitted that the company is aware that their service is unreliable and that it's easier for them to have customers cancel their treatments than complete the work they are contractually obligated to perform. Be sure that we will not be using TruGreen again. If you are currently using them, and want to cancel, make sure you tell them that you do not want your service auto-renewed!
