I was told to go here because the Town Fair Tire at Hawley Lane was not taking care of my issue after 1 1/2 hours of waiting time and 2 visits. I came here to Honeyspot Rd and Ricky and Jeff took care of me right away. I was in and out in 1/2 hour, great service, very professional and very nice to deal with. I only wish I had come here first. I will not go back to Hawley Lane and that is closer for me. It was worth the trip to Honeyspot Rd and that will be my future store to deal with. I always have my tires repaired and replaced by town fair tires. Jeff always finds me the best deals available with tires since my car is AWD and I cannot just replace 2 at a time. They offer free repairs and rotation if you purchased your tires from them. I find the services I receive here at Town fair Tire on Honeyspot Rd second to none so it keeps me coming back each and every time. I would recommend a friend to replace their tires here. read more

Where have you ever heard that if they break off a tire sensor, that you have to go and pickup the replacement part yourself. costing over 100$ for the part then to be told you have to wait for reimbursement until checks are cut on Friday. What if I didn't have the money for the part, that they broke I'm just not understanding this . I have been doing business with them a long time but this takes the case. These people are scammers, I came in to just plug my tire from a nail puncture. They told me they couldn't plug my tire and replaced the tire with the donut without me giving approval and said they can get me Perelli tires for $225 each. (Which are the tires I already had) I asked for my tire back and they didn't give me my actual tire. They kept it and tried to give me another tire. So I made sure I got my tire back and I took it to another tire place and they plugged it for $10. TOWN FAIR TIRE JUST TOLD ME IT COULDNT BE PLUGGED AND TRIED TO SELL ME OVERCHARGED TIRES BECAUSE I GOT 4 BRAND NEW ONES FOR $185 each. They also tried to steal my tire and make profit off of my expensive tire. Very scummy place. read more

However, has anybody ever wondered who the jackwagon is that does the donuts, burnouts and drifting in the ReStore parking lot every night at six, when TFT closes ? I am an out of state traveller who got a bolt in my tire. Being car stupid and obviously away from my usual go-to mechanic family member, I was concerned I would be sold a bunch of crud I didn't need. So I asked my coworkers where to go. They unanimously told me to come here. The attendants were really nice, efficient, and organized. They looked at my tire, told me it should be easily fixed, and charged me a little less than $10 to rotate/balance etc. The actual puncture fix was free. Took about half an hour for them to complete it. My morning was much better than I originally thought would be case thanks to the service here. read more

WASTE OF TIME!!!! Do not go to Town Fair Tire. They told me a simple tire job would take 45 minutes and it took TWO HOURS. I explained that I had to be at work by a certain time, but they completely failed to tell me that the job would take longer. Then, while waiting outside, I noticed that my trunk was open! WHat are you people doing in my trunk!? I will never, ever go back. TL,DR; 45 minute job took two hours, late for work, going through my belongings. read more

Town Fair has terrific, friendly service. I dealt with Gino, who was very professional and gave me the best price around, even beating Sears by a decent margin. They got my tires very quickly and gave me an appointment the same day. Gino estimated that a changeout of four tires would take approximately 90 minutes and I was done and driving away within 10 minutes of that. They even rehung my spare underneath, even though I brought it in in the cargo area. Extremely satisfied and would recommend them! read more
