I'm always so pleased by the service I get at DeSantie. Their motto should be great service, no bs.

Use them twice for two different cars in the last month. Quick friendly service. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. Will be going back anytime I need anything tire related. read more

This place is AWESOME!!!! Highly, highly recommend!!! I called this morning (on a Saturday) and they were open, and told me to just come in, no need for an appointment on Saturdays. I had a nail in one of the tires, went in and was out in LESS than 1/2 hour. They repaired my tire (without pressure to purchase new tires) at a very reasonable price. They are courteous, personable, professional, and efficient. Wish I could give them 10 stars. THIS is the place!!! read more

After having a nightmare with a shop in Norwalk, I decided to go to these guys based on the recommendation of a friend. Dropped 4 of my wheels and tires off, and they were ready 3 hours later to be picked up. Not many shops get balancing 35 inch mud tires right, but these guys nailed it. I 100% recommend them for any tire services. Not to mention the cost was very reasonable compared to what I was paying at other shops. You guys will be my go to tire shop from now on. read more

Driving to work I felt a bumpety-bump that wasn't due to Frosty the Snowman; rather I ran over a bolt on the well-maintained streets of Bridgeport, CT (eye roll). I first called and then took the car to DeSantie Tire Company. Bam! In one half-hour and $25 later, bolt removed, tire patched, and we're on the move again. Jason was brilliant! The state of Bridgeport streets, however, is a different story. read more

I witnessed one guy working at Town Fair, down the road, deliberating damaging my hub caps. I think he was jealous I had such a nice car and wanted to screw me over. He would put a lug nut in it, with the hubcap outside surface down, as a cup for the lug nuts and then drag/scrap it on the concrete, moving it back and forth each and every time he placed a lug nut inside. He moved it and put it back where it was. I told him to stop doing that, and he kept on doing it. He was being deliberately rude. Then he used an air powered gun to over tighten and ruin the hub caps. I complained, and the manager paid for the replacement cost of the hubcap, but it was completely unnecessary, a waste of my time going to the dealer. A hateful incident. Placing the hub caps face up was all that was necessary. Now I won't use Town Fair Tire. I went back to DeSantie Tire. They are a small shop, get you in and out quickly, and if you negotiate a price on the phone, it is only slightly higher than Town Fair, and you get great service, skilled workers who don't screw things up. There is no waiting, and you are in and out in a short period. They don't have space for a lot of cars to park... so they have to move fast, do the job correctly, and send you on your way. I now use DeSantie Tire for all my tire needs. They charge a bit more but honor my request to hand tighten lug nuts, are happy to let me attach the hubcaps myself, and have been fair and polite to me. Do remember to negotiate the price ahead of time. Some of the people behind the counter will start to pad the bill if you let them. Which is the only reason I docked them one star. read more

Needed 4 new tires before driving cross-country. Spoke initially with Steve, who was fantastic... explained all the pricing and options for me, and kept me up to date on when they would arrive. Once they were in, I dropped in (no appt needed) and was in and out in about 30 min. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful - no need to try other tire places in the area, this should be your spot! read more

I needed new tires for my 2019 Nissan Rogue and started the search online but my head was going to blow up reading all the reviews, I thought about going to Town Fair Tire but I read some good reviews about DeSantie Tire which I had driven by about 500 times, stopped in and talked to Lou and decided on Kelly tires with his recommendation. The tires came in in about 3 days and had them put on in around 50min, great tires, and a super price, about a week later one of the tires went flat, went back and I had run over a screw(not their fault), they fixed the flat in 30 min at no charge. They are my tire place from now on. read more

Amazing service and extremely honest. They actually talked me down from a more expensive and unnecessary option. They also were more than 1/4 the cost of EVERY OTHER RIM REPAIR business in Fairfield county. I know because I called them all. I would never take my rims or wheels anywhere else!!! read more

My sons fiance had a tire blow out in the Fairfield area. She is going to School near bye. We live in Pennsylvania so we didn't know who we could trust. The minister at the Presbyterian church in Fairfield was the youth minister at our church before moving to CT. We called him and asked if he know anyone and he gave us the DeSantie tire shop. I called and spoke to Feddy explaining the situation. Not knowing how many other tire were bad on the car I was expecting to have to replace all 4. When she arrived Freddie looked at the car and told us she only needed 2 tires. She was in and out in alittle over an hour and the price was very fair! read more

Stop shopping around and just take your vehicle to DeSantie for tires. It's all they do and they do it the old fashioned way: no gimmicks, no upsales, just quality work and priced as well as the chains. Call them, tell them what tires you want (or they'll recommend what you need), if they don't have them they'll order them, no appointment needed, they get you in and get you out in an hour or so, and that's the way to do business. I wish I knew of them years ago. read more

I bought some new tires online for my antique tractor, thinking I could swap them myself using a hand tire changer... No such luck. I called Desantie and asked if they could help with swapping the 26x12.00-12 agricultural tires, and that said it was possible. Dropped by after work, and they quickly helped me out for a completely reasonable price. Thanks! read more

Boy this is an awesome place!!! Just got my damaged wheels back and they look great! I was really well taken care of. They made sure I had safe wheels to ride on while they fixed the dented one's. They really went out of their way to do so. It's rare that I spontaneously write a review but I felt I had to for these guys. It's a family run business run with old school integrity. I came way out of my way for their service and I'd do it again. They dealt with the insurance as well which many places don't seem to. Thank you guys so much!!! read more

Great place. Everyone is nice and the service is great without emptying your wallet. Just got back from getting a tired replace. Silly me likes to run into curbs (-_-) And thus, had to find a place to get a new one. Located in a teeny tiny shop area, you can't miss it with all the tires in the window, but then again, you would've never guessed a tire place would be next to the hair salon. The place was friendly and had quick service for my needs. Definitely no frills, the price was what I expected for my car. I was in and out before I could even sit down to read my book. They looked at my car, took it in, rang me up, and 5 mins later, the mechanic came with my keys. Badabing badaboom. Simple as that. read more
