Stopped by here on a lake day at Meredith and it didn't disappoint. The place was packed on a sunny Saturday but there was no wait since they have so many seatings. Both a table for two and bar seating was available so we chose bar seats. The seats are mostly all waterfront facing the Meredith Bay. The service is fast and wonderful although they are busy. The drinks were perfect for a sunny afternoon. They also have fun drinks on the menu and some bucket drinks as well. We got a fishermen platter to share and everything hit the notes. Scallops were so good! If I have one thing to complain, that would be the portion of the platter for the price. Cute vibey waterfront place to check out if you are in the NH Lake Region. -7.3/10

Fried shrimp. Opted to get their house made chips instead of French fries . Delicious!

We were staying in Meredith for a vacation and had to come to Town Docks. We went on a Friday night around six pm. We boated up & were able to secure a spot on the docks after waiting for about twenty minutes. We got a picnic table by the water easily. Our server Peter was super friendly & very attentive to our party of five requests. Drinks were good & food was delicious. The menu had lots of options if you don't want fried seafood. Around 8:30 pm or so, fireworks were set off which was really cool. A perfect way to end our vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee.

Absolutely love this place! The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is lake-life! The feeling you get at this place makes you want to keep coming back! The Rock-the-Docks Margarita is the favorite. If you're in the area, this is a must-visit!

Lobster roll, clam chowder and chicken salad were great. Bear fries. Loved sitting by the lake enjoying a mudslide. Attentive service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and awesome food. It's an ideal place to get New England Clam chowder and a lobster roll for this craving seafood. Since you're eating at a picnic table and on sand, you feel like you're on the beach - nice! ¡Buen provecho!

Great views, excellent food and service was fast. Last year was here and it was really slow. There is always a line. Have had the salad-good, the grilled fish tacos- outstanding and the lobster roll-very good.

Mudslide was perfect for a hot day!

My first time back since they changed the menu. Prior visits were always good but I was looking…read moreforward to checking out the new menu. This is a lovely restaurant that sits alongside Meredith Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. There are a number of seating choices including bar, high top and conventional tables, many with views of the lake. This time of the year, the views of the snow-covered frozen lake are gorgeous. I wish I could say the same thing about our dinner, which frankly was a disappointment. The menu includes a good variety of starters, appetizers, salads, handhelds, and entrees. Two of us ordered the Flat Iron Steak. I realize this is usually a chewier cut of meat, but this was so tough it was inedible. Our server and the manager both could not have been nicer in terms of how they handled this as I returned mine and was quickly brought a different dinner- a French Dip sandwich. This was tasty but there was more bread than roast beef. The other person chose to keep her flat iron streak, but I could tell it was very difficult to cut and chew. Another ordered the Chicken Milanese Salad which included arugula, peppers, roasted tomatoes and olives in a balsamic dressing. The Parmesan crusted pan fried chicken came over-done but that meal was well-liked. The service and the ambiance were stellar.

Absolutely -- here's a stellar, heartfelt Yelp-style review for Lakehouse Grille in Meredith, NH,…read morethat highlights your loyalty, the special occasion, and the exceptional hospitality you received: 5 Stars - Hospitality at Its Finest + Fantastic Food! Lakehouse Grille in Meredith has been our family favorite for years, and once again, they've reminded us why we keep coming back. This recent visit was a bit different--we came for lunch instead of our usual dinner, and we were celebrating the life of my mother-in-law who had just passed away. It was a meaningful day for us, and from the moment we walked in, we were met with the kind of warmth and genuine care that makes this place so special. Our server McKenzie was nothing short of extraordinary. She greeted us with kindness and compassion, and her attentiveness throughout the meal truly elevated the experience. She understands hospitality on a deep level. One moment in particular left us speechless--when my husband asked for a cappuccino, she regretfully explained that the restaurant doesn't have an espresso machine (which, side note, they should totally invest in one!). But instead of letting that be the end of it, McKenzie took it upon herself to walk over to the hotel lobby and make an espresso for him. When she returned, proud and smiling, it was a small act that meant the world to us. It's this kind of care and heart that the hospitality industry desperately needs more of. As always, the food was fantastic. We had lobster rolls this time and they were generously portioned, super fresh, and fairly priced--honestly some of the best we've had. For dessert, the crème brûlée was smooth, rich, and the perfect sweet ending. Their wine list is decent too and pairs nicely with the lunch menu. Between the amazing lake views, consistently excellent food, and unmatched hospitality, Lakehouse Grille continues to be a true gem. We're already looking forward to returning in the spring--and truly hope we see McKenzie again. She's a star!

Ventured from Southern New Hampshire to do a little Christmas shopping in the White Mountains…read more Needed a halfway point for a late lunch. Found this gem on Yelp. Old style Tavern/pub. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the door was that Christmas smacked us in the face with the best smelling Christmas Tree candle , burning in a super cute entryway. I could hardly wait to get inside to see what else this place had in store. First, there was a fireplace and a couch and a table. In the rest of the dining area, we're all high tops. Not so high that a barely over 5 foot person such as myself couldn't sit comfortably. Our waitstaff (there were two) and were great about offering menu suggestions when I shared flavor profiles I might be looking for and they were attentive and so pleasant. They had super cute Christmas decorations, and were putting up more while we were there. The vibe is super warm and welcoming, and for a short while you feel like you stepped back in time. The tiramisu martini was delicious, as was the blood orange martini. I had the cauliflower with juju sauce at the recommendation of the waitress, and it was honestly the best cauliflower I've ever had! My husband enjoyed his macaroni and cheese with buffalo and bleu as well. The owner/chef, Leslie, came and chatted with us for a little bit before we were on our way. We learned that in the summer they hold concerts, and they have a golf course. There is a distillery on site as well. Everything about this place was excellent, and we are already planning a day date to go back and try more menu items!

Lots of fun very unique. Wonderful owners Lovely location …read more They havre their own distillery making delicious vodka.
