Apartment Tour Review: Kayla Lee was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the tour, making the experience welcoming and informative. I really loved the variety of amenities the community offers and could see the potential for this to be a great place to live. I was surprised, however, that one of the apartments did not appear to be fully up to standard, and I noticed a few differences compared to the virtual tour of what was supposed to be the same unit. Other than these minor differences--which I hope can be addressed prior to move-in should I decide to make this community my home--I am hopeful that living here will be a positive experience for both me and my family. read more

I was shot by teenagers wielding BB guns at Towers at Wyncote Apartment Gym. I still have BB bullet wounds. Towers of Wyncote won't do anything about it. They won't ban BB guns, they won't ban teenagers from the gym. They won't pay for my medical bills. Not to mention, the landlord of Towers of Wyncote won't kick out Pot smokers and cigarette smokers who were smoking in the stairways in Building 2 even after I told them they're smoking in all 3 stairways several times. Marijuana is an illegal drug federally and in Pennsylvania if I recall. You can go to prison for having Marijuana in your bloodstream after inhaling 2nd hand smoke. And let's not forget about how the landlord of Towers of Wyncote refused to help me register for the auto paying of rent. I tried to call them 5 times to help me with autopaying rent. They either won't pick up the phone or they hung up. read more

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Besides the commute convenience, this place is nothing but a nightmare. A never ending issue with mice and roaches. You could be as clean as can be but they will always be back. Even roaches seen walking in the hallway during daylight hours and baby roaches climbing through the pipes and onto your clean dishes. Which all points to a clear infestation that management is just ignoring. We have six month old and we are afraid to even allow him to sit on the floor Or even stay in his own room. I have been concerned for my health while I was pregnant with him and now for him in general with these pests/living conditions. I have put in more complaints than months we have been here. Exterminators come out and lay down traps but then we just see another mouse the next day. I have asked for management to call me regarding my concerns. I have yet to hear back and I am on my 4th call at this point. it just shows that management doesn't care one bit about their tenants. We have 2 months left and we are running out of here. read more

Would be 1 star if the apartment wasn't as cheap as it is and for the great staff. The maintenance and janitorial workers are always so pleasant and 80% of the receptionist staff here is terrific and polite, the others act like it's an inconvenience to them that they signed up to do this job. They're probably not being paid enough from this cheap company. Lindy has a monopoly of apartments and townhomes within a 10 mile radius of here, but they can't keep the power on or the water working. We had 2 washers break since June, the same kitchen light keeps going out every 4 months or so, probably from cheap bulbs, and all the lower level residents complain about roaches and rodents. They supposedly fired the guy that takes care of the dog park so now there's dog crap everywhere from people who refuse to clean up after their animals. I am happy with the price, and I think they have good ideas with their community events, but they have no clue how to perform preventative maintenance. Electricity and water should not go out on multiple occasions for days at a time. I'm just hoping this time it doesn't take more than a day to be able to shower again. read more

I lived at the towers at Wyncote for just about two years, mainly for the commute to where I had to go every day. I gave this place a 2/5 stars simply because of Frank and Ursula who worked the front desk in the building that I was in . They knew everybody who was coming in and leaving and actually kept the building safe in my opinion. Other than them, I would give this place a 1/5. Security to start off is suspect at best, the back entrance where you had to enter with your key card was always down and allowed people to come in whenever they pleased. What's the point of having a gated community if the gate was always broken. Other than a few security guards who would question the car entering the front entry point of the property,they let everybody in no questions asked. Inside the buildings, you see insects and roaches all over the place so get used to having some extra roommates in your room no matter how clean you kept your apartment. The leasing agent that I had Never took the time to know his clients and I felt like I got more help from other people who did not know me. In the two years I lived there they never fixed the key Entrance to the gym so it was super inconvenient to enter because they always had to manually let people into the gym. They're always looking to charge you for things and yet the halls smell like smoke. The elevator smell like marijuana. Overall, this place is just super frustrating to live at considering the amount of money they charge for rent. You would think that they would be more inclined to keep things as clean as they could and yet it comes across as them being a little bit lazy I'm out of there so it doesn't matter for me but figure those looking would know what's truly going on here read more

If you're looking at these apartments as an option save yourself the headache and financial stress. I've signed a lease agreement for $2425 since I've been here in these short amount of months it has raised every month which currently $2950. What they fail to tell you is they tack on astronomical utility costs onto your rent. 2 electric bills, water, sewage, trash, gas. On top of this I've been dealing with nothing but problem after another. I've had mold in both my bathrooms and their way of fixing it was to paint over it. Which means the problem is still there. When we use our AC unit we feel sick, it's mold and a lot of dirt that come out of the vents. My front room vent leaks which is over my mom's hospital bed. This was reported but of course never addressed. When it's windy it sounds like a freight train in my living room because the balcony doors aren't properly sealed. Once again it was brought to their attention the first week of signing the lease and no one came to even look at it. My toilet in the hallway bathroom leaks at the bottom and constantly stops up and run over. At one point both toilets clogged and we had to use the roach infested lobby bathroom. My master bathroom tub started to peel. I couldn't use the tub for 17days because they said the contractor was not available. I even complained and called corporate which just rerouted me back to the property manager. That's another issue the property manager can careless. Frank acts busy and doesn't even return your calls or address your concerns. The maintenance when called will show up depending on who you get some do their job but some give you more of a hassle. Fingers crossed that you don't get the angry drunk maintenance guy because he barely wants to work and it shows. When the contractor finally came to fix my peeling bathroom he brought in his supplies inside a grocery store shopping cart that was extremely dirty. He rolled the shopping cart through my home and onto my bedroom carpets which left dirt marks on my carpet. Like I said before they are careless. For the money you pay in rent you think you will get better employees. After the tub was painted my shower head started spraying water everywhere, water on the ceilings, on the walls. I have to tie a plastic bag around the shower head in order to use it. Their way of fixing it was to tape it up. The smoke alarms constantly goes off. In my apartment the smoke alarm went off for an hour at one point. The angry drunk maintenance guy was mad that he was on call he even started threatening me and my aunt because we kept asking for someone to turn off the alarm. I take care of my mom which is disabled and the alarm seems to distort her mentally. When the maintenance guy finally showed up after an hour he appeared drunk with blood shot red eyes, and bedroom slippers. Our hallways are always dirty with stains, sometimes it's dog poo and pee on the floors for days without anyone picking it up. There use to be a cleaning person which I only seen the first two weeks when I moved in now there is no one cleaning. Our hallway walls are leaking a brown substance down the walls and on to the rugs which I'm unsure if it's harmful. They advertise a business center, beware it looks clean looking through the glass windows but it's infested with roaches and bedbugs. I went in to print some documents and I sat at the desk. Roaches started coming from under the desk one jumped on me. What a nightmare. My leg started itching after leaving there and my leg keep itching which continued for three weeks. My doctor confirmed that I was bitten by bedbugs from that business center. This place have been a nightmare since moving in, I wish I would have been warned before moving here I would have ran the other way. read more

I moved here 3 months ago. While this place looks amazing on the surface when visiting, This place is, in fact, HORRIBLE!!! To start, I'd give this place 1 star to recognize the great location, the beautiful gated campus, the amazing view from my apartment, and the amenities and many activities to do around the campus. But this place ONLY gets 1 star as it suffers some crazy challenges, some of which are NON-NEGOTIABLE. In order, my top concerns are: 1) The daily FUMES in the hallway that enters my apartment unit (seems to be no air returns in the hallway). The HVAC system is not well-designed so everyone's cooking, smoking, etc. gets entrapped into the hallway (which is carpeted), and creates a powerful stench that ENTERS my apartment (while the door is closed) throughout the day. This is an EVERYDAY occurrence and this alone completely deteriorates the quality of my experience here. 2) ROACHES! I mean Roaches in a Clean apartment, identified 2 months in, where most of my stuff is still in boxes and I barely use the kitchen. You don't have to be dirty to have roaches here. I even saw roaches in the event hall at Tower 3 in the drawer (again this area was clean too). 3) The Building Fire Alarm went off (false alarms) approx 7 times in 2 months! Extremely inconvenient and it creates a safety hazard because now when it goes off I won't leave my apartment (like the boy who cried wolf), but what if there is a real fire? 4) The amenities such as the gym is not well-kept at all. Equipment damaged, not cleaned, not maintained. Just no re-investment into the upkeep of the amenities Other Issues: -No Return or Exhaust fan in Bathroom, - Maintenance is not responsive (placed a maintenance request 3 weeks ago and no response or follow up). - No sound barrier between apartments - I can literally hear their tv and conversations word for word - Security pretty much let anyone through the gates read more

Mice, flies, and roaches live in the walls and between floors. Extermination services simply aren't good enough. In addition, mold and filth exists in the garage. Water flows from broken storm drains while mud infiltrates from the walls. These are examples of what I've seen over the past 3 years as a resident of building 2. Despite these very poor conditions, I've managed to enjoy my apartment, a great view of the city, and it's convenient location. Maintenance staff are responsive and the grounds look good. read more

I'm a new tenant that moved into Tower One on May 1st 2024. The grounds look fine and the amenities are nice. However, I've had 3 instances of theft occur already. 1) I had a doordash delivery and the delivery guy texted that he was there. He sent a proof of delivery pic and by the time I went to the lobby from the 5th floor someone had stolen it. 2) My hardworking son who lives in Texas sent me a Mother's Day floral arrangement and Chocolate covered strawberries. The delivery happened while I was away from the complex. By the time I got home, the flowers were there but someone had nabbed the strawberry platter. 3) I had a $138 walmart delivery which was left in the lobby. Someone stole it. The lobby attendant said he saw a woman take it. I made a formal complaint to management and requested the relevant camera footage so that I could file a police report. At first the management emails appeared to be showing concern and the person from management stated she saw the footage. However, the last email from her took a turn, and it became a formal notification that I was basically at fault and Towers could not be held responsible. I was not trying to hold the Towers responsible. I simply wanted help with identifying the culprit via the camera footage. At this point they have not agreed to do so. If that changes, I will amend this review to reflect that. I will also mention that when I called the Towers office to find out who I could speak with to discuss the above occurrences, the woman that answered the phone said she got a complaint from a tenant in Tower 2 that he had a Doordash delivery stolen as well. read more

When I first moved in - it was lovely. Everything was new (floors and freshly painted). Then reality set in. My requests for service were often ignored. I had to buy a microwave because they wouldn't fix mine. The hall washer was often broken so I had to go to the laundromat, and my ac/heater didn't work (turned on and off by itself). Oh and there was a leak they could never find and mold started growing under my cabinets. Then there were the rodents. There were so many rodents - they were coming out of the outlets and they ate through the walls. There were droppings EVERYWHERE - on my desk, in the closets, ON THE FRIDGE! The exterminators couldn't catch them so we tried but even after getting rid of 20 - we still couldn't contain them. And with COVID, we lost all of the amenities. To top it off, they had a nerve to ask for $400 more A MONTH on lease renewal! Please don't move here. Do not be tempted by the pretty lobby and desk staff. You work hard for your money, rent something where they care about quality and not just looks. I would attach photos but trust - it's as gross as it sounds. read more

I lived here from March 2014 to March 2019, 5 years. While most of what I wrote in my initial review still holds true, one of the most frustrating issues for me was the noise. I have several examples of detailed emails sent to the various managers during my time living there about problems with the apartment next to me on the mezzanine level of Building 3. While the managers were pleasant to deal with, the issue was never handled to my satisfaction. The specific issue was that my neighbors would have parties and literally be up all night playing video games. Excessive noise you could hear clearly from my room. The other neighbor would blast Adele in their bathroom first thing in the morning. I could hear many other noises as well... in my opinion the walls of my apartment were way too thin. Noise is a part of apartment life and plenty of noise occurs here. You will hear parking lot noise, building maintenance noise, people in the hallways, etc. But hearing neighbors crystal clear through your walls from the hours of 10pm thru 7am is not acceptable in a luxury apartment building. If it was a condo, I would have hired an independent sound consultant to come out and measure the decibel levels when it was occurring and I might have considered taking action against the HOA if the noise was above an acceptable level. The beautiful thing about an apartment is that you and move out when the lease is up. There were more issues than the noise, however, that prompted me to move out when I did. I needed a change of scenery and ended up moving out to the country as I work remote now. I have many fond memories of my time at TOW, but the noise issue and the fact it was never resolved to my satisfaction was a major annoyance. read more

The community director and property manager are very disrespectful to certain tenants. Diversity training is needed badly. The communication to tenants is poor. They have no respect for tenants' cars in the garage. If you voice a concern it is met with hostility and retaliation. There have been rodent and roach problems at times. The fire alarms go off frequently. The security gate does very little to none of inspection of people entering property. There has been an incident of injury due to gunshots. So, update. Went to court on 2/28/23. I was told the office would contact me to solve my issues. Surprisingly received a call shortly after I left. Told the next day they would stop by at 9, and start working on the issues. Throughout I spoke to the Manager of Maintenance Josh to schedule times. 2days later they start removing mold from my living room and bedroom. I've managed a Carpet Cleaning/Disaster business before. Typically we bag everything up and prevent the mold from spreading into unnecessary areas & air. These guys just started cleaning like it was the first time cleaning a tub. So I have to wash everything in that room and throw away 4 comforters and another one that I really liked. It took them about 7 days just to clean, scrub the air and paint. Over that time, staying at the Marriott In Plymouth Meeting , which was nice, but I paid for it, which sucked especially since it wasn't my fault. Regardless I would go to the apartment during the day time for my kid. And it was a mess, things that were covered in mold were placed on the other side of that room, contaminating everything in that area. Over the next few days. Their trying to clean the carpets. But need the mattress and stuff removed first. Due to my Woman getting sick from the mold and being in and out the hospital, she couldn't help. And I'm out with a torn shoulder until the Government finds work for me. But explaining this to them, just fell on deaf ears. Their like ok, and so, tomorrow. Seems like harassment, but even on 03/23/23, I originally went to court in February and explained I submitted multiple tickets for 8-10 different things, but Josh said, we're not here to fix anything else just the moisture issue, which looks like mold is coming back again. Considering the paint is turning colors already. And I've asked them several times not to unplug my internet, so I can connect to my server and every time they come in, it's the first thing they do! I'm ready to go, I've said this so many times but they say I have a contract and can't, but to live under these conditions. The one guy even said he wouldn't pay for this place, after mice were found in the wall and came running out. They were living in covered up part of the wall, now their all over the place. read more

I came here for a friends house warming party. I am also from out of state so coming here was my first time. I would say I'm actually impressed. First, this place is gated with a security guard in front. It gives the residents a safe place to live. Second, lots of parking but guests had to park in the gravel area. We went to building three. Third, walking in there is a reception desk with a nice seating area. My friend told me they made huge renovations to the place last year. Lastly, elevators were nice with a mirror back, hall ways had a hotel vibe to it, and rooms are very big and spacious. The friends place was on the fifth floor and had a beautiful view of the town. Overall, I enjoyed my visit here and would come back to see more if I had the chance. read more

i've lived in the towers for almost 4 years, i've never been late with my rent, have no complaints from my neighbors, no loud parties, yet when I discovered mold (not a little bit a lot), after a major flood in the building my lease was not renewed, when asked for a reason, all I got was we just think it's in our best interest. I'm paying $3000 a month rent daughter has asthma, I have acute bronchitis and i'm not suppose to want the mold removed. Besides that when I first moved in the towers, everything was great, as soon as that piece of shit Frank Baer, took over as manager of the property, the towers turned into an expensive, trashy, mismanaged property. Underage college teens, who throw drinking parties every weekend, people throw thrash over the balcony, beer cans, cigarette butts, a 2 pound object was thrown over the balcony from the 6th floor bust my girl in the head,(Frank) did nothing.Dirty ass garage you pay for, and your car still gets broken into, no memo, somebody committed suicide somebody got shot no memo, trash chute is always backed up, trash rooms stay trashy, roaches, mice, rats, raccoons. It's a shame that I had to give this apartment building two stars. While living there, I had a pretty good experience. I really liked the fact that they had shuttle service to and from the train station. My apartment was very spacious and generally maintenance came promptly after being called. I lived at the Towers at Wyncote for one year and really wish I could have given them 4 stars. However, I have to be honest. One reason that I gave them two stars was that the children in the apartment complex were unsupervised most of the time. They would run the halls, and two times my friend had his car egged. That is just not acceptable. When you're paying over 1000 dollars for a place to live, you should not have to worry about other people damaging your stuff. The main reason I rated this so poorly was due to the charges on my account upon moving out. I paid $500 for a security deposit, and everyone knows that a security deposit is supposed to be kept by landlords if there are damages to the apartment. However, upon moving out, I got a bill saying that I OWED $1,452.00 in damages. So not only were they keeping my security deposit, they were charging us $952 on top of it. I am a very honest person and would admit if I damaged my apartment. There were maybe 2 tiny stains on our carpet, one in the living room, and one in the bed room when we moved out. That is it. Overall we left this apartment in great condition, so you can imagine my shock when receiving this bill. Take my security deposit if you have to, but charging us almost 1,000 dollars on top of the security deposit is outrageous and pretty much illegal. I sent them a letter and a check (after being advised legally on what to do) saying what we were going to pay and what we weren't. I let them keep the security deposit and sent them 130 dollars. They read the letter, cashed the check and I never heard from them again, until I received calls and letters from a collections agency!! I couldn't believe it. Please if you are considering moving here, look elsewhere. NO ONE should have to pay this much money for normal wear and tear. read more

The Towers at Wyncote, to which I recently moved, is the ultimate mixed bag as a place to live. On the plus side, you won't find apartments nearly as large priced so reasonably anywhere else in metro Philadelphia or most other cities for that matter. I'm paying $2300 for a 1500 square foot two bedroom, two bath apartment that has a huge patio where I put a dining table with four chairs and an extra two lounge chairs. Incredible. But the buildings themselves are a dump and the service staff are unhelpul and even hostile. The lobby and floor hallways are aged and fraying, with the walls peeling, maintenance doesn't always know what its doing, and the downright mean concierge sometimes doesn't let deliveries up (would it be so hard to call residents to tell allow deliveries up as other buildings do) and threatens to return packages if you don't pick them up in a day. The condition and service are so bad I'm thinking of organizing tenants. read more

I came here to shed light on the unprofessionalism of the staff only to realize that this is a widely known and reviewed issue... The amenities at the towers are fantastic, the apartments are nice for the area and cost (IMO), in fact even the maintenance staff has been responsive and effective. I've lived here for 2 years and upon going through the process to renew my lease, I had attempted to contact whoever is responsible for handling leasing (Don't know their name because I was never able to get ahold of them/return call) via phone, email, voicemail and even speaking with other staff. The worst move-in day that I have never imagined! My move-in date was Saturday, October 19th. I visited the lease office a day before on October 18 to check the apartment and asked the office if I could check the apartment and get the key a day earlier. Because my agent wasn't there, I couldn't check the apartment, and they asked me to take the key on the move-in day, so I just made an elevator reservation for the move and came back. The next day, when I moved my stuff from my previous apartment into my new apartment, I was completely shocked. The apartment was indescribably dirty. It was absolutely not cleaned and there were piles of construction ruins and food waste that someone had eaten. I tried to contact the lease office, but I couldn't get in touch, and after making several emergency calls to maintenance office over two hours, they said someone will come out to check the apartment. I went out for dinner after I got tired of waiting, and when I got back from dinner, I heard from the front lady that a staff from the maintenance office came and took pictures of my apartment, but no action was immediately taken. In the end, I stayed at my friend's house for a night, then visited the lease office the next day. They promised me to clean up as soon as possible, and give me $250 in cash for the inconvenience fee. I spent two days outside, then went back into the apartment on Monday, but I saw the apartment was not properly cleaned. Still, there were some construction trashes, and a lot of paint stains remained. I let the lease office know the condition of my apartment, and they promised to clean it again, but I couldn't stay outside anymore, because I'm a student, so I said I'm going to clean it by myself and asked for the cleaning fee. Then, they promised to give me $50 more. Eventually, I had to sleep at my friend's house for two days, and I had to clean by myself. They switched from giving $300 for cash to giving credit, and it has been over two weeks, even though I checked and asked for it a few times, I still haven't received credit. The Towers has given me the worst moving experience in my life, and it seems to them that there is no effort or will to solve the problem. read more

Repeadtly called the front desk with questions about additional fees added to the rent with no answer. Moved into Tower 1 with the apartment having water damage, and was never told that they were reconstructing the entire roof and was received no compensation for the noise, the mold and not to mention the workers dumped their trash onto our balcony. When being shown apartments before moving in she did not care for our needs and kept pushing for the one she wanted us to get after telling her it wouldn't be a good fit. As for maintenance, our heater broke in the dead of winter and took about five visits of having to convince the man it was broken even though you needed to wear a winter jacket in the living room. I have lived here for over 5 years. I am very happy that I made the choice to move here. I live in an upgraded apartment with beautiful fixtures and plank floors. My apartments is extremely spacious with soo many closets! We even have a laundry room with a washer and dryer within our apartment! Not sure what people are talking about with the previous reviews, but I am very happy here. My hallways are always clean. I see the cleaners every morning cleaning all the common areas and hallways. Our concierge is always friendly towards myself and my guests. Maintenance office is in my building. They are there during the week and management is open 7 days a week. There is always someone here to help you. Concierge is here 24/7. Maintenance on-call 24/7. This is apartment living. If you have a negligent neighbor who does not care for their surroundings, then you may wind up with problems with bugs etc. Based on my experience, I did at one point have an issue with bugs. However, I contacted management and maintenance who had an exterminator come up the very next day. They had a couple of follow up visits and I am happy to say I have not seen a bug since. We have so many amenities here! Free parking. Pool and HUGE fitness center that are all included in your rent. With COVID, they allowed us to use the facilities by making an appointment. Can't knock Management for making the effort to accommodate us during these difficult times. My family are happy with all we have here at the Towers at Wyncote! We have no intentions of leaving any time soon. read more

They have mice everywhere, it's like they have an Infestation of mice. Dead mice in the apartments and walls. Mice droppings everywhere. They barely do anything to fix the issue. Terrible, save your money read more

There are young kids running rampant, parties every weekend night... The management cannot do anything even though there are quiet hours it is no use. If you have family and quietness is important, then I suggest you move on and find another place. This place is perfect for parties since apartment don't do anything about noise all night. I have been living here for the past 2 years and I absolutely love it. I'm not sure if I just got lucky, but building 1 is definitely great. The front desk workers are very friendly and will help you out if your packages are missing. When my package was sent to another building, the front desk guy (Leroy) found it and tried to deliver it to my door because he knew that I really needed my package. He didn't have to come to my door, but it was a sincere gesture to come up and deliver it! The parking is very convenient and they offer carts to help you bring up your groceries from your car. The gym is pretty functional- it also has a raquetball court and a basketball court which is nice. I don't use the gym but when I need to, it's there! They also offer zumba classes and such during the weekday. In regards to maintenance, they are usually good about handling things within the week of the request. Sometimes I have to call a few times because they end up not coming, but some days they finish the job day-of. But most of the times they are good with follow up. I live on the lower levels of the building and during the fall season, I have semi-major issues with crickets. I'm not a big complainer so it's a manageable problem considering the location of my apartment. The exterminators come and set up traps and they are usually effective. Otherwise I don't have any issues with pests. Location: Perfect location for university students! I live right across my university so it is a GREAT location to commute from (less than 2 min drive usually! If you don't have a car, they have a shuttle system that will drop you at school or the train station) The apartments are also close to Target, Aldi, Shoprite, Walmart, and literally EVERYTHING. Plus there's a train station about 2 miles down Easton Road so I can go to the city whenever I want. If I want to drive to center city, I can just drive there within 30-40 minutes. This location is very ideal and highly recommended for university students. It is at the end of 309, close to roosevelt blvd, and 10 minutes from Penna Turnpike. There's also Hmart and a bunch of other shopping places available. I love living here because I'm close to everything. Safety: 98% of the time I feel safe living here. There are a lot of old people and families who live in my building, so it's definitely not a place for low-income/sketchy residents. Rent is fair for the amenities provided. I really enjoyed living in Towers. Not every apartment complex is going to be perfect, but I have no major complaints about my time here. The place gave me everything I needed as a graduate student. I would recommend this place to anyone! If you're not sure about living here, just go for a tour and take a look. I'm not sure why there are terrible reviews but I honestly loved living here and will be sad to move when I finish school. read more

Classic 1950's design. Was the standard for apartment living until the 90's when it went through a few owners & when that happens small maintenance issues do not get fixed & they turn into bigger problems that are faced with today. I recently visited a childhood friend that returned home and set up shop here. Security now is a bit tighter( in todays world that is good for the tennants ), the apartment still had many original features ( including the carpets..LOL ), but for what he is paying i guess it's a good deal versus others in the area. I sweat the same bathroom features are the same ones that i first saw back in the 60's, which maybe a good thing, many new things are crap and break within several years of purchase. The unit was ok otherwise. But in my mind what you pay for rent here, you could easily afford a mortgage on a house. The complex should consider going condo. read more
