Before leaving the establishment , I checked the dress and saw that only 2 of the eyelets had the satin draw string in place and asked the lady at the counter (who said later she was the owner) if she would put it back in place, the way it was when the dress was brought in. Rather than look at the dress and check the area she pointed and said it was there, and it was, but it was not in all of the slots on the dress. I showed her all the slots that the string was not placed in. She took the dress, never said a word, walked to the back with it and corrected the problem, and brought the dress back to me. Very dry and unfriendly. I must say, I live around the corner and will not be bringing anymore items due to poor customer service and carelessness.

The bottom of the receipt stated that the cleaners stayed open until 6:30 PM on Fridays. When I walked down to the lower level just after 5:00 PM, I was stunned to see that they were closed. Why would they trick me like that? Perhaps some emergency occurred that they had to leave early? No worries, the receipt also stated that they were open on Saturdays. To my dismay, they are not open on Saturdays. I needed those pants to keep up my public image. There was no way around it. I eventually ended up buying the same exact pants and getting them hemmed at a different cleaners, paying much more than I anticipated. Now I have two pairs of the same pants and trust issues to go along with it. Luckily when I picked up the original pants, the nice lady gave me a discount of $1.00 off. Not sure what I will do with all that money. Perhaps invest it or something.

I brought a very expensive blazer ($200) to them for dry cleaning and I asked that one of the buttons be reinforced because it felt loose. I came back three days later to pick up my items and I went to check if the button had been reinforced. But instead there was no button... At all. She called someone else to ask if they had lost the button. (Needless to say I was losing my last bit of patience.) She eventually asked if she could have another business day to put the button on. But since I was flying out to CA and needed the blazer for a business event that wasn't possible. She did end up working with me and having me come back two hours later before they closed. And my button was found and sewn on. They're pricey and lacking in customer service, but if you push them they'll get your dry cleaning done within a timely manner. My brother also used to dry clean here but he disliked their customer service. They would tell him to come on Tuesday, for example, to pick up his items and then he'd show up and they'd ask him to come back tomorrow/Wednesday.

There was a small issue with one of the patches. The owner took it back and fixed it straight away. Very nice people and very professionally run. Will definitely do business here in the future.
