This laundromat is owned by the loveliest owners…read more Doing laundry and being around here, I've noticed this is truly a neighborhood laundromat. Although I am no longer here often, I had seen other customers sit, stay, and hang out at the laundromat for hours with their kids. The owners often are talking to the customers and it appears that they have warm and long term relationships. You can either do laundry yourself with quarters, or drop-off an order and have them complete it at an estimated time. Most of the time, it is very fast and you can get it within the next few hours/same day depending on when you bring it in. Weekends definitely are much busier. If you are looking for a place to get your laundry done at a lower cost while establishing long term or at least having friendly relationships, this is the place to go! The middle-aged woman who works here most of the time is so sweet and hardworking, making you also want to care and befriend her!

I've been pretty lucky in both respects lately. Found this place on Yelp, took my clothes in, and in less than 24 hours they returned them to me in great condition. And the young lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Odds are I will never stay in this area again, but certainly had a great experience this time.

So I went to Dee's and the attendant advise me what size machines to put him into to wash and dry him properly. The laundromat was nice, clean, roomy, cozy and of course warm. So I found a corner and put in the machine and camped out for awhile. The machines accept credit cards and coins which is great. The process was so simple and easy and my stuffed draft stopper came out PERFECTLY CLEAN AND DRY. For my 1st time going to Dee's I truly recommend them. This was was nice and the staff was very helpful. Bud is thankful for the wonderful cleaning and treatment from Dee's.

I decided to try a new place because Laundry Express was starting to get expensive (though they do…read morean excellent job, so I judge all other laundromats against them). I dropped off my laundry at the 1st Ave location and Angie was really sweet and told me that I could get my laundry delivered the next day instead of driving back. Dave was super accommodating and helped get my account set up so I could get my clothes delivered. He is pretty consistent with saying when he has dropped off your clothes and is readily available by text. Prices for pick up and delivery are reasonable but it's a bit of a crap shoot if your clothes get damaged: one of my shirts were not washed separately so it stained but I was able to remove it. I sent a picture to him but it wasn't really acknowledged, which was disappointing. The second time I used them, I made explicit instructions to wash some clothes separately, including my lab coat. I had a yelp coupon and he was able to comp it via the app, which was nice, but my lab coat came back dingy. FWIW the clothes smelled clean but based on my experience I am not sure I would use them again.
