I paid a significant amount to have it cleaned, and when I got it back, both shoulder epaulettes/tabs were missing. They were absolutely attached when I dropped it off and they are not something that would just randomly fall off. We tried to resolve the situation reasonably by asking if they could help with replacement parts, but they refused and continued insisting they "never received" them. I paid a lot for the cleaning and got my designer coat back missing essential pieces, with no sympathy or effort to make it right. Extremely disappointing- I would not trust their service.

I like this laundromat in that the equipment is all new, it is not usually crowded, the staff is…read morereally nice, it is (IMPORTANT) well-air conditioned (I am a winter girl and I strongly dislike the summer and the heat) -- but there is one MAJOR issue with it -- no matter what washer I use there -- and I have sensitive skin and use unscented, dye-free detergent, and my clothes always come out smelling like weird perfume. I've actually been unable to get the smell OUT of some clothes so I stopped going there, because it smells like old lady perfume or something and is strong. Once, I did my sheets there and had to re-do them all, because my bed smelled like a herd of old ladies or weird white ladies with bad taste from department stores were sleeping in it. I used to always go to the other one on Main Ave. -- which has a severe lack of washers because the staff uses them and does not care if there are none for customers and will let stuff sit in dryers for a considerable amount of time, even if people are waiting to use them. They suggested East Ave, and like I said, great facility, great people, but I don't understand the perfume smell. If it happened once, I'd not complain -- but it happened more than once, and I really don't like the time waste of doing laundry as it is, so having to do it twice is just painful to me. Maybe they'll look into it. I know I have a bit of a wolf nose, but it IS strong and my husband noticed it, too, since I never smell like old white lady.

I have brought everything to her from formal, beaded gowns (my daughter's prom dress) to jeans that needed hemming. My son has brought his Navy uniforms in to have patches attached and she even repaired my favorite cashmere sweater. I have to really look to see where the repair is. That is a real talent. Her prices are fair and more than reasonable. She works from two locations: Trumbull on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday Huntington on Tuesday's and Thursday's I am slightly embarrassed to say you could probably tell her "Johanna referred me".
