Then...you can finally use the washers. Then... when you get to the dryers, you use the card again. The first laundry machine took my money off the card but failed to turn on. The attendant fixed it. But then the beverage machine ate more of my money. I was so frustrated at that point, I didn't even ask for the money back. Now, I'm stuck with this stupid card with a $12 balance that I can only use... you got it... at this laundry mat. If this process wasn't so convoluted I might actually recommend this place.

We were in desperate need of washing our King Size - White Down Comforter and Mom always said to just take it to the laundromat as their machines are much larger than the ones at home...so that's what we did. I had my husband take this to get washed as I was on crutches and maneuvering with anyone was pretty impossible - plus I went grocery shopping - even trade off I think. He said the place was very clean, and empty around 830-9am on a Saturday. He threw the comforter in the wash and came home...went back shortly after to stick it in the dryer. Since it wasn't too busy, no one had touched our items to use the washer which was nice. He also said the gentleman that was working there was also very helpful to answer questions or assistance. I would go here again - or make him come actually...as I thought the report he gave me was pretty pleasant. I guess if you must use a laundromat, it's nice to know the one close by is pretty decent.

The people making you pay rip off prices to do laundry are too lazy and cheap to have staff present. One time I was using the dryer 15 minutes before closing time (which constantly changes to earlier hours) and the employee told me she wanted to go home and close. I still had 15 minutes before the place was supposed to close. The no bathrooms for customer is HUGE. No respect for the customers they are ripping off.

I've just been utterly disappointed by the laundromats closer to where I live so decided today, I'm coming back to The Wash Tub and so glad I did. Nice, clean, quiet, very reasonably priced (the laundromats I was going to cost more. I'm back, baby!!! Only bone to pick and it's minor but could be a hazard: the stairs going in and out are a bit dicey to navigate for a senior or someone with navigation peoblems- thar could be improved somehow but it was always like this so I guess noone fell yet.
