We were in desperate need of washing our King Size - White Down Comforter and Mom always said to just take it to the laundromat as their machines are much larger than the ones at home...so that's what we did. I had my husband take this to get washed as I was on crutches and maneuvering with anyone was pretty impossible - plus I went grocery shopping - even trade off I think. He said the place was very clean, and empty around 830-9am on a Saturday. He threw the comforter in the wash and came home...went back shortly after to stick it in the dryer. Since it wasn't too busy, no one had touched our items to use the washer which was nice. He also said the gentleman that was working there was also very helpful to answer questions or assistance. I would go here again - or make him come actually...as I thought the report he gave me was pretty pleasant. I guess if you must use a laundromat, it's nice to know the one close by is pretty decent.

Additionally, I quickly learned it was a convenient place for dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up; right off I-91 North exit 6, and back on I-91 South to where I was living in City Point. Dry cleaning isn't done on premises, but if you're ok with that they do a fine job. Whoever does the dry cleaning does well with the basics and clothes are clean and pressed inside plastic coverings until you get them. I never used the washers there, but the place seemed clean and pleasant overall.
