I have been coming here since it's opened- brought friends, family and have had an extremely positive experience with food and beverage taste and average service, but the treatment from the staff this morning blew my mind. I ordered my usual, I tip every time, it's mostly self serve- but I was a barista so, I tip.... At any rate, I waited and waited (15min), my drink never came up. I calmly told the girl with brown curly hair that I never received my beverage- she snapped back- "I made this already" I again calmly said well, I never got it. She rolled her eyes, proceeded to make other orders as I stood there and then finally "remade" my drink. I told her, look, I come here weekly, I tip and I appreciate you remaking this. She stared at me blankly - I said, so, thank you... no response- I said again thank you? Still nothing... in the service industry and no common courtesy.... Disappointing read more

I got the Mushroom Onion Cheese Pastry and a hot Honey Lavender Matcha Latte with soy milk. The soy cost an additional $1.50 which is on the pricier end of non-dairy milk substitutes. I couldn't taste much lavender flavor and the honey settled at the bottom of the cup, but the matcha itself was strong! I'd order it again, but maybe plain or with a simple syrup and stir before drinking. The pastry was delicious and I would order it again, although I wish it was hot! My friend ordered the Corn Cheese Donuts (came with 3) and an iced Tiramisu Latte. She thought the latte was good but a bit too milky for her taste. The corn donuts were fantastic! The outside/shell is a chewy texture and rolled in sugar, and the inside is hollow and filled with a corn cheese mixture--would definitely order again. The workers were nice and our drinks came out quickly. The interior of this location is nice and bright with many tables to hang out and chat, and some have outlets if you're looking for a place to work. Most of the bakery items (not the cakes though) are in self-serve pastry cases so you take a tray, wax paper, and tongs to grab whatever pastries you want before checking out at the counter, where you can order drinks as well. This is a great place to meet up with friends to catch up, or to grab a pastry and drink to go. I'm excited to try more of their selection! read more

My sister and I had two different slices of the chocolate cake. They were light, fluffy and flavorful. Price isn't horrible, the presentation definitely makes up for it. Staff is kind but it is a cafe so you're seating yourself and picking up after yourself of course. Great food, delicious offerings ands splendid coffee. We spend a lot of time in France and Western Europe, and have been to hundreds of cafes over the years. This is the closest you can get stateside! We tried for different offerings and they were all light, tasty, lower sugar than any American bakery, all very European qualities, and most of all, fresh and crispy. Baked goods in the US are notoriously soft, lack crust or crunch and taste of preservatives to survive their journey to your local grocery. None of that here. We were very impressed with the freshness, the quality of the ingredients and the flavor combinations the bakery has come up with. The coffee was smooth with hints of hazelnut and chocolate, and required no sweetener of any kind, also very European. The interior is light and airy as well, inviting and not overly loud. Servers were kind and attentive and even answered questions for us as it was our first time in. If you like European tastes and flair you need to give this place a try! read more

Last year I spent my birthday traveling Europe and on that day, we were in Paris. This year on my birthday, my bestie wanted to remind me of that spectacular day and sent me a delivery of GORGEOUS pastries and macarons from Tous Les Jours. The Blueberry Lavender Macaron was my favorite- truly the perfect amount of lavender so it doesn't end up tasting like soap. The strawberry and cream croissant was delicious- first thing we ate! Truly a perfect mix of slightly sweet, tart & savory. We are saving the rest for tomorrow. Each item was wrapped nicely, and placed into a larger bag- I think this shows what excellent care the staff puts into keeping everything looking as good as they know it will taste! After coming back here and giving them another try I can confirm it is wayyy better than my first experience. I think pumpkin just does not go with matcha so that's on me for even ordering that the first time. I ordered the tiramisu matcha latte this time and wowwww is this going to be one of my new go to matcha spots. I also ordered a cake for my mom's birthday and it was sooo good. Finally went to the much anticipated tous les jours because your girl loves some artisanal pastry even if it's made by the masses! Lol I don't have a sweet tooth, but damn do I have a really soft spot for good pastries. Very similar to Paris baguette but more drink options. Anywho, a lot of variety! Lots to choose from... So here's what I got... - slice of the blueberry cloud cake. I would give this 3 out of 5 only because the outside where it was sliced had a bit of a hard texture... Like it's sat out for a long time and it dried out. - strawberry cream croissant. 3 out of 5 only because I think they could have added more cream. The croissant itself was good. - chocolate avalanche pastry. I'm pretty sure that's not the name but I remember the word avalanche in there lol... My husband really liked it because it was good chocolate so he would probably rate this 5 out of 5. - half dip chocolate croissant. 5 out of 5 per my husband lol. - blueberry cheese Danish. 5 out of 5, very well done and delicious. - donut with vanilla bean cream. 4 out of 5, very good - the vanilla flavor did not taste super artificial. - a cream puff looking pastry with cream and strawberries. 3 out of 5, needed more cream. Overall, I am 100% coming back here. And I'm going to come back here and try the savory pastries. I definitely would like to try that garlic cream bun thing lol and the croquettes! So went here with my son, grandson and granddaughter yesterday for a lunch adventure. This very bright and inviting place was a great place to have a decedent lunch. We got blueberry and cheese filled danishes, almond croissants, ham and cheese croissant and a Crookie (which was a chocolate chip cookie wrapped croissant). All were so fresh and delicious that I know there wasn't one calorie in the whole tray!!!! My son and I had lattes and they were the perfect temperature. So happy to have this bakery close by! Easy parking and a bright and happy interior with some cafe space. It was hard to narrow down to a few pastries (sweet and savory ones), and then hard to pick a drink (ended up with ube). The cashiers were so nice and it was pretty speedy even though I had many odd shaped pastries on my tray. For whatever reason I'd never been to this particular chain before, and somehow Mason (despite its reputation) didn't have an independent Chinese bakery that was convenient to I-71. In any case, it was genuinely good baked goods. The pastel de nata (Portuguese egg tart) had a more Portuguese than Chinese crust, though it was a bit on the soggy side. The flavor was excellent, with a certain bitterness I hadn't tasted since a trip to Toronto. The other egg custard thing was also pretty tasty. Red bean bun was standard, maybe slightly below average for an odd mealiness in the texture. Chocolate pastry had a good-quality dark chocolate, standard pastry lamination. Overall, exceptional for being a chain, not necessarily the absolute top bakery tier. read more

Wow! This place is a bit overwelming at first arrival because there is just so much, but its all so good! There are rows of bakery cases of so many sweet and savory treats. There is also a refrigerated case and even fancy cakes! Grab a tray because it is all self serve. When you are finished selecting your items you take them up to the cash register. There you can order all kinds of coffee shop type drinks. I came midday and they seemed to be very busy while also training people at the same time so it took a bit for them to make my coffee. Came for the first time yesterday and WOW this is my new favorite place! There is so much to choose from that I got a box to take home. The curry croquette (I think that's what it's called?) and the kimchi croquette were incredible but my favorite by far was the mango cream donut. WOW. The dough is so light and fluffy, the sugar adds a great crunch and the cream is a beautiful combo of mango and lychee flavors. I also had an ube latte (no tea or coffee) and a tiramisu latte. So very excited that this bakery opened. I've been waiting and waiting since the sign went up for this to open. It's a wonderful food memory of Japan. Traditional style, take a tray, grab some tongs and put your selections on the tray. The store is a beautiful feast for the eyes. And the food is delicious! Light and fluffy Milk Bread makes the best sandwiches. And every type of croissant has been better than the next. Lines can be long but I waited the 30 minutes on opening day because I knew it would be worth it! Lines can still be a few minutes but I'll always think it's worth the wait! read more

Ok not to flex or anything but I've been to many Tous les Jours across CA and a couple in some other states, and this is by far the largest AND best TLJ ever!!! They have more options here and better stock than any other TLJ I've been to. I see things here I've never seen anywhere! Like an elote croissant (didn't actually end up trying this lol, maybe next time) and a lot of other savory options. The savory things are actually my favorites. And they have sandwiches, which the Oxford location always said they'd have but I never actually saw lol. Today we ordered a cake and it came with a really nice serving knife that had matches in it?!? I haven't seen this at other locations! Oh yeah they were open on Thanksgiving!!! So incredible to have a Tous les Jours here in Cincinnati. The pastries are just as great as the ones I've had in LA. Love the sweet roll sausage bun, soft fresh breads, and cloud cake. They just opened, so have some issues still with offering their hot drinks (something about the ?steamer being broken), Wifi is not up and running yet (hopefully it will be soon, because I'd definitely be here more often), and they could use more staffing at the register for the long lines. Love how clean everything is - staff wearing hair nets, masks, and gloves while handling food. The ambiance is great, lots of lights, tables, chairs, and big windows. read more

Had to try this brand new Korean Bakery is Mason and it was amazing! I love the open concept with a bright dining space. Their staff were all friendly and attentive. The fresh pastry selection was on point! I had to try their custard bun and mango pastry and it was heavenly! It was hard to try a few things because I couldn't carry 2 trays. I was a little disappointed that their espresso machine was broken but it just means I'll have to make another trip. read more

Everything was excellent but a little pricey. I get it's not Paris but you can get a croissant there for 1 euro. Beyond that, lots of selection and it all looked amazing. This is my second time having Tous les Jours and although it wasn't good as I remembered the first time around, it was still pretty good. We got the almond croissant (10/10), the strawberry & cream croissant (10/10), the croquette (4/10), foliage sausage bread (6/10). I think we might have accidentally grabbed the kimchi croquette, so that could've been the issue. Pretty cool seeing all of the pastries sitting out though. What an amazing addition to Mason! Tous Les Jours has traditional French pastries as well as some Asian inspired varieties. We have tried the kimchi croquettes, sweet frank pastries, yuzu pastry, sugar donuts, and caramel apple pastry. They were all delicious. The Mont Blanc was the only one I wouldn't reorder. It's not that it's bad - it's like a croissant in a different shape and we just ordered it expecting something different. The matcha here is delicious (especially the pumpkin spice one). The ambiance of the location is beautiful. Bright white with the food / cakes bringing color to the place. Service was good. I have been to this Tous Les Jours a few times and really enjoy the flavors. It has the Korean-style pastries. Every breads I have tried has been delicious and not overly sweet. I have ordered their cake for my child's birthday as well as for gatherings with friends, and they have always been a hit. It's also super convenient that we can order online and pick up in-store. The shop itself is clean, bright, and welcoming, perfect for a casual afternoon tea or a small get-together with friends. Highly recommend! read more

These were good, but to be honest they were more expensive and yet smaller than we expected or wanted for the cost. We ordered a dozen different items, and most were good but we wouldn't order them again. The exceptions were the yuzu pie, which was amazing, and the caramel apple pie. The crust and fillings on both were outstanding. The croissants, regular, chocolate, and garlic\cheese, were more soft and squishy outside than flaky. Honestly though, that yuzu pie would be worth the trip for me. read more
