I got X-rays for my hips and 2 MRIs at this location for my hand and my knee. I was able to get into my appointments fairly quickly. The staff for the MRIs were really sweet and helpful. They even let me listen to music and gave me a bunch of pillows for my MRI.

My transvaginal ultrasound hurt so bad. I felt like she forced the probe camera in my uterus so hard. I am so sore. Please don't go here.

X-rays 7 days ago still have not been read. This must exceed industry standards. At what point does this become malpractice?

I think it is very unprofessional for a 20 year old to call a 70 year old by a first name. This seems to be the going thing now. I was taught that age deserves respect and respect is given by a using a title. Ie. Mr or Ms. There is no respect in using a first name. This does not sit well with me. Never should a person in the Public Service use the first name unless they are given permission by the customer. WHAT has gone wrong with business. I do not blame the employees It is the responsibility of owners and management to be sure the employees are trained to show respect. As for what they were paid to do and the person, Jodie. She was very professional and did not rush me. She showed a professional concern and talked me thru the procedure. No complaint on that which is the most important part. Update: I have been contacted by the owner. It was explained that the using of the last name would be in violation of HIPPA. (another useless law from our Government). I cannot blame the business or the employees on that. My wait time was explained. I understand, IT happens, hopefully it can be prevented as most people report they had a short wait. I have changed my rating to 5 star.

The only problem I see is the walk into and out of the building is not patient - disabled friendly due to the front of the BofA building is closed off since the bank shut down. The parking lot has lots of speed humps, bumps and inclines. Not to mention when getting deliveries the big trucks park right outside where you're walking up to the building giving off fumes and heat.

This is my 2nd go-round (technically 3rd) at the Women's Imagining Center…read more I had a 3D mammogram done here a year & 1/2 ago. I needed to return for a second exam that visit. The phone call requesting a return visit provided a few days of angst, but all ended up well. Here I am again this year. The reception, check in & practitioners have been fabulous on all visits. My practitioner even remembered me from 18 months ago.....Wow! There is PLENTY of room for family members or providers to accompany you on your visit. There is coffee and magazines. I had to fill out one set of paper-docs for my DEXA. They have switched to pretty cool electronic check in docs for a mammogram. They hand you an iPad, you check some boxes & viola. Once it's time for your exam, clients are taken to a changing area with keyed-lockers to store your items (Thank You from single gals everywhere!) They have these 1/2-length, cape-style garments for mammograms which make it a little more convenient to hit those poses for the squish. There are also some longer more traditional hospital-like garments with sleeves for other exams or mobility/modesty issues.....don't be shy....get your mammogram cape on! You're a self-care super hero for being there. Once changed, clients remain in a separate waiting area until their exam. When you are done, collect your things from the locker, change & you're done. Don't forget to leave the key!! The mammogram sincerely not that bad at all. I'm not sure why there are so many stories of super-squishy pain. That hasn't been my experience(s). ** Do not wear garments with metal from the waist-down for DEXA....get your yoga pant day on ladies! On the day of the mammogram, do not apply lotions, creams or deodorant. I remember seeing personal wipes last year. I didn't see those this year. If you have to work or run around before your appointment, I think applying deodorant & bringing wipes would work out well. I saw a few ladies that use canes. I did not see anyone that used a wheelchair. Regardless, I have no doubt that they facilitate exams for anyone with mobility issues. No excuses! Get your exams done. If not for you, do it for your family and all the ladies (& men!) diagnosed in the time since your last exam! Best of health to all.......

Billing NIGHTMARE- falsely referred to collections I am…read moresubmitting this review to document a very frustrating experience with American Radiology Consultants' billing department. I received two invoices, both of which I paid immediately upon receipt. Despite this, I subsequently received a collections notice for $32, for which I had never received a prior bill. When I contacted the billing office to resolve the matter, I discovered that none of the invoice amounts I received and paid aligned with my insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB). After insurance adjustments and payments, the correct amounts should have been $15.67, $32.84, and $14.35. My payments of $16.28 and $30.02 (clearly not matching what should have been billed) were not properly recorded in their system. This does leave a balance of only $16.56. Clearly not matching their collections letter of $32.84. I have spoken to them by phone and by email (no reply to my emails). This demonstrates a clear lack of internal controls and accuracy within their billing operations. In reviewing their record with the Better Business Bureau, they are not an accredited member and have multiple complaints describing the same billing discrepancies. I would strongly advise any patient or referring provider to exercise caution! If you get stuck with them, verify all statements, payments, and insurance correspondence carefully. keep records and be on the lookout for being turned over to Collections

I pay my bills on time and wasn't sure why this was sent to a collection agency. After reading other reviews here I understand better about the shady practices going on. A Heartfelt Warning About Methodist Hospital - My Experience as a Husband…read more In my opinion, I cannot recommend Methodist Hospital in Dallas, Texas, based on my recent experiences as a husband dealing with my wife's critical health situation in the ICU. Despite my efforts to advocate for her care, I encountered significant barriers that truly compromised both my rights and her well-being. As her husband, I understand that I have the right to be involved in her healthcare decisions, to be by her side during this challenging time, and to receive updates about her condition. Unfortunately, I felt that these rights were not respected at this facility. Throughout my time at the hospital, I repeatedly expressed my concerns and tried to communicate on behalf of my wife, who was unable to speak for herself. Yet, I was often met with resistance. On several occasions, I was asked to leave the hospital after attempting to speak with healthcare professionals about her medical needs. This treatment left me feeling helpless and frustrated, especially when all I wanted was to be there for my wife--to make sure she was receiving appropriate care and the medications she needed. In my opinion, the staff seemed more focused on limiting my involvement rather than collaborating with me in her care. I encountered numerous instances where my requests were dismissed, and my presence was challenged, which exacerbated an already stressful situation. To be sidelined as her primary support and decision-maker felt not only unjust but also emotionally devastating for both of us. Moreover, I witnessed my wife's distress during her stay, experiencing panic attacks and discomfort from being separated from me, her advocate. I believe that the ability for family members to support their loved ones should be a priority, especially when they are vulnerable and in need of compassion and understanding. This experience has left me emotionally compromised and questioning the hospital's commitment to patients and their families. In my opinion, anyone considering bringing a loved one to this facility should think twice. You may find that, rather than receiving the support and care you expect, you could face overwhelming obstacles that complicate an already difficult situation. My intention in sharing this is to protect others from what we endured. The focus should be on the health and well-being of the patient, their rights, and the support their family members provide. Based on my experience, it felt as though the hospital prioritized rigid policies over patient-centered care, leaving me feeling powerless during a critical time in my wife's life. To those reading this review, I implore you to consider the implications of bringing a loved one to Methodist Hospital. In my opinion, the potential stress, anxiety, and heartache from navigating the challenges of their system could overshadow the care your loved one truly needs. Before making a decision, think carefully about whether this hospital aligns with your values and the level of support you hope to provide. Your loved ones deserve compassion, understanding, and accessible care, especially in their most vulnerable moments. In my opinion, no spouse should have to fight for their right to support their partner during a health crisis. I hope that sharing my experience can help others avoid the difficult path that I and my wife have faced. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope for improvements in the way this hospital handles patient and family rights to ensure no one else has to endure what we did.

My CT showed severe advancing degenerative disc disease and the radiologist recommended an urgent MRI. The ER refused to admit me, refused to order the recommended MRI, refused an orthopedic consult, and falsely documented my reason for visit as social work rather than acute injuries. I was discharged unsafely as a disabled homeless patient despite being unable to walk without assistance. I did not sign my discharge papers because I did not agree it was safe. My walking cane was lost by the facility and despite contacting guest services, no one has made any effort to locate it. The level of disregard for a seriously ill disabled patient was shocking. I will be filing complaints with the Texas Medical Board, Disability Rights Texas, and pursuing further action. I do not recommend this facility to anyone who is disabled or seriously ill and needs to be taken seriously.
