The billing for this clinic is egregiously high. Came in for a head cold, got a Covid test, a steroid shot and a prescription for antibiotics. Was there for 20 minutes. Insurance billed $7,024, they paid $1099, the clinic discounted the bill $5568 and I ended up paying $600 out of pocket and I have really good insurance. Unless you're shot in the middle of the street and can't make it to the real hospital, avoid this place. It is NOT an urgent care. read more

I am not sure how they can guarantee no wait time but it is true, no wait time (in the lobby). Once in the back, testing and results still take 2-3 hours. Nicest ER I've ever been to. No one was here when I arrived (besides the staff) so I was seen immediately. The waiting room is very spacious and nicely decorated. The person who checked me in was friendly and so were the nurses who saw me for treatment. Never thought I'd be writing a review about an ER but this place truly deserves it. As is the case when anyone goes to the ER, when I arrived at Advanced ER last night I was not in good shape. I was in so much gastrointestinal pain I could barely stand. The staff saw my dilemma and without being asked brought me a wheel chair and took my right to an exam room. The staff was so friendly, but at the same time completely professional. They completed blood work and a CT scan quickly. The did everything they could to make me comfortable while the doctor reviewed the tests. The doctor let me know I had multiple issues to be addressed. The team then set about addressing them. Although I was there several hours, none of that time was wasted. Something was happening all the time, I left feeling much better, with diagnoses, and a list of my next steps, including a couple of specialists to see. If I ever have to go to an ER, I will come to Advanced ER! Great job everyone! Thank you! read more

Came here late at night since they are one of the only urgent care/ER's open that isn't a big hospital. Greeted and was sent back to a room within minutes of walking through the door. The nursing staff and Dr. were very friendly. Got my hand stitched up very quickly and was out within one hour. The only reason I am not giving a five star is due to billing. They have a cash option or you can send to your health insurance. Since I have a high deductible plan I would have paid much more if I didn't pick the cash option. Just overall payment was a confusing process and I didn't know which option to pick. I did receive a day after call and a letter in the mail which was a nice surprise. If I have an urgent matter again I will definitely be choosing advance ER. read more

The front desk is not friendly, argumentative and one particular front desk employee is extremely rude. They did not go in order or according to the registration. Go somewhere else if you use Kids Kuts after hours. This facility agreed to only charge us what they could get from insurance and then write off the rest due to the fact none of their staff saw my son. They received over $300 from insurance and now keep sending us a bill for over $500 for just sitting in their room - no services rendered by them whatsoever- even after we had this sent to management review. The description on the bill shows we saw one of their doctors and we DID NOT! Also, we did not even actually get a bill from them for 9 months after the date. Beware! read more

Went to the advance ER late at night for an emergency. Am an elderly women and my experience there was very positive. The staff took care of me from the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, at 6:00PM which is 3.5hours later, we are still waiting to be tested and absolutely no update regarding when we may be called inside for testing. Avoid this place like the plague..... if you need to go to an ER, go to a real hospital as it will be cheaper. I got a flu, strep and general flu panel test done here (from inside my car) back in April. My insurance was billed almost $23,000. When I called to ask if there was fraudulent activity going on I was told that that is the correct amount for Physician and Facility fees. Nobody wants to go to the ER and unfortunately since moving to Texas I have been to the ER 3 times. Having gone here twice and to Texas Presbyterian once I can say hands down this place is amazing. The staff is so much nicer and communicative and the facility is amazing. Part of my decision to go here is based in the fact that they agreed to take my insurance as in network for all charges. On both occasions I was quickly treated and the staff from the check in staff to the doctor treated me with the upmost of courtesy, warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend them. read more

Sign on their front windows, printed very largely, say no wait. This is a lie and false advertising. I had to wait over 3 hours for someone just to come to the car and talk to me. Went online and pre registered, filled in all the info it asked for and picked the time I was going, after work. Spoke with the receptionist when I got here, she took down my information and said someone would be out to do triage shortly.... 2 hours go by, I call, because someone who just pulled in was able to speak with a dr/nurse within 5 mins of pulling in.. I asked if I could leave and come back and they would call me-receptionist says no. So I ask is it first come first serve, or are they treating the first row of cars first. She says she doesn't know and they just had a shift change- so everything is messed up... honestly find another place to be seen if you need to be seen. Car next to me has also been waiting to speak with someone for the last 1.5 hours. If you come, plan to be in your car for at least 4 hours, bring water and food, but also don't bring too much water or you will have to hold you pee. And get ready to sit either with your car on or off for 4+ hours.. it's a joke! read more

We can not say enough good things about Advance ER. Before heading to the Lover's Lane location, on the 4th of July, we called ahead to see about the wait/and we were encouraged to come ahead. Upon arrival the receptionist greeted us warmly and called us by name. We were promptly taken back to the exam room where the MA did vitals/intake on my husband. Paul, the RN, arrived and did a comprehensive review of his symptoms. At no time did we have to wait. Dr. Fawcett joined us and did a very thorough evaluation. Lab work was ordered/drawn. Due to the seriousness of my husband's condition, Dr. Fawcett reached out to the oncologist on call and a treatment plan was agreed upon. After all had been ordered, received and completed we were discharged. We left feeling reassured and acknowledging to each other what excellent care we received from the moment we entered until we left. Several days later we received a follow-up call from another one of the Advance ER physicians, who was delivering lab results and checking on my husband. Amazing! This facility is what all ER's should be about...the care and well-being of their patients! read more

I came into the office on Friday evening and was seen by Dr. Peters. I been to this location plenty of times and never once experience such horrible service in regards to my health. When he came into the room he was very rude and didn't allow me to express myself. He basically told me in so many words let me finish asking my questions then you can talk. I also noticed how he talk to his employees and it was totally unprofessional. At that point I did not want his service. The front desk clerk Chris is amazing and I appreciate him. I also want to thank his medical assistant Victoria she was the only one that made me feel comfortable. Walking into this facility you can easily be mistaken that you have walked into a designers show room. The facility is so beautifully set up upon entrance and going to the back for service. Aside from looking great, service was absolutely friendly with the receptionist and the doctor on staff, they were absolutely wonderful, caring and quick. When I finally got tested, they quoted a 20 min wait. I have been waiting now 40 min and still waiting...
