Stopped by last month and haven't had the time to come leave a review about our experience but seeing the other reviews left before I have to agree with pretty much everything. We ordered our wings extra wet with fries. Cheese and bacon on the fries. Large peach tea. The wings were def not wet and we literally got a slice of cheese and slices of bacon on our fries. They weren't wrong but who does that?? If they didn't have "nacho cheese" and bacon bits that should have been communicated. If you know, you know that peach tea is always extremely overly sweet no matter what wing spot you get it. But here is was so watered down we didn't even think that would ever be possible. I also have to agree that the service was very poor. It should have been a red flag but we gave them the benefit of doubt. I went to this touchdown location today and just won't be back. I first walk in there. Let's talk about work attire. Why does the young lady have a crop top on and the other one has long hair to her butt that's not pulled back into a ponytail. I order 2 6 piece combos One mild mix with lemon pepper sauce and the other honey hot with lemon and pepper sprinkles and I'm not sure what they gave me but it's not what I ordered . and then when i told the young lady one of my wings were incorrect she gone ask me if i tasted it . she takes the wings back n they still looked the same it wasn't the mild sauce MIXED with lemon pepper sauce . it tasted like HOT with lemon pepper sprinkles. and the honey hot taste like honey no hot . then got the nerve to have no refunds no exchanges on the receipt that's how yall know yall ducking up ppl orders read more

Service was speedy and my order was accurate! Wings did have a good flavor and were really a nice size. I could have went for more of a Lemmon pepper flavor then the wings had but I did enjoy the food it was all hot and fresh! Food packaging was cute too paying attention to details lol read more

I placed my order at 8:46 PM. It was a simple one Shrimp Combo. I was told and asking that it would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. I waited and arrived at 9:16 pm. I paid for my order and began to wait. Customers came in and ordered and my food was yet to come out. I inquired as to what was the hold up. The counter help, a young kid who was frustrated said we don't fix your order until you get here and pay. It was now 9:29 pm and even if the order was to be cooked when I arrived it would still had been ready by now. Finally, 9:46 pm arrived, no apologies, no explanations just handed me my food (221)I personally wouldn't recommend this place if you were in a hurry or needed a "quick fix". It wasn't that they were busy, simply poor management.At least, compensate your customer when there is an error or issue. As for the food, it was average unlike the others especially Snellville. I do ubereats deliveries. One of the tall thin African american lady totally ignored me for 5 minutes when I entered the store and ask for pickup around 8pm on 12/10/2024. She even asked me to step away so she can give other customer food. I insisted that I came first and she should give me the delivery item so that my customer won't wait. She acted like I am asking for something out of the line. Shame on this lady because her unprofessional behavior ruined the reputation of this store. She even left a negative rating on my ubereats account. That's ridiculous because I haven't done anything wrong. She should be fired for her attitude not suitable for this kind of job. Prices are a little steep if feeding 4-6 folks, but the consistency & quality of this location has earned our business. Great catering option for large crowds too. Worst customer service in the Lawrenceville area. Staff is loud mouth, rude and make smart aleck remarks to the customers, then laugh loudly as if that's cool. All customers were rolling their eyes and shaking their heads and becoming very perturbed including myself. The wings were hard as if they were pre cooked then dropped in the fryer again to heat them up! All bad!!! The fries were the only fresh and edible part of the meal. Customer service was un inviting. Love this restaurant sad to see it rated so low. They have the best fried catfish love their fried okra and fried rice too! Their lemon pepper and hot wings are my go to flavors and they are very well seasoned! Food is always hot and ready when I order also! Food is never ready on time. If you call and place an order it is never ready on time. No matter what time they tell you they don't cook your food until you come in and pay so your food will never be ready when you arrive. I'm not sure why this location does this maybe because it's in a black area and has Asian ownership.
