Terrible costumer service from three employees. They claimed an estimated time of 3hrs depending on what is broken from the phone I went in to drop off my phone at 2:45pm and it's is currently 6:53pm. As I am typing this review I asked for Dennis who fixed my phone for his name. No questions or hesitation. Then I went ahead and asked for the woman's name and she claimed that she does not need to give that information out. I should get the cops involved. That is absurd. When had asked for the prices of labor or parts that were going to be fixed Dennis had given me three different types of prices when the same statement which made feel uncomfortable and something that they are winging on the spot. I would never recommend this place at all to get your phones fixed the timing is terrible the customer service is extremely rude and they were shouting!! That's the last thing you should to any costumer. read more

Had a bad charging port, this place was able to fix it in 45 minutes for half of what most locations do. Did you know the charger clips in when it's charging? I didn't until I got a brand new one! First time experiencing fast charging too! I was able to bundle in fixing the back panel with a discount, all in all I got a new port and back panel for under $100. I contacted the business via Yelp to get a quote for my broken camera glass & the price was amazing so I went in today. The wait was about 30-40 minutes which wasn't bad at all. My mistake was that I didn't test out portrait mode on my phone, just the regular photo and it looked amazing so I went back home. Now that I am home I am noticing that my pictures on portrait mode are coming out really fuzzy and my camera seems to have a crack on it. I'm guessing they poked it while installing the new glass. If they would have tested out their job before giving me my phone back they would have noticed what they did. Now I have to drive back tomorrow and get it checked out. Although they were friendly and affordable I think they should be more responsible in what they do. Or maybe it was my fault for not fully checking my cameras before leaving. I'm just noticing that on the normal camera without the portrait mode, pictures are not focusing either. read more

This is a family ran business with excellent customer service! My phone's screen (Samsung S9) broke around 6pm and I really needed it fixed before the morning. I called a few shops and they were either closed or they didn't have a screen in stock. I called Touch-Tel and the technician was very friendly, had the part, and asked me to come right away so I can get my screen fixed. Also, they were way cheaper than all the other places I called! I've been meaning to write this review for a while...now with the present quarantine and me being on the phone all the time, I have time to catch up on all kinds of things! Anyways, back in February, one of my coworkers recommended Touch-tel and I am sure glad she did! I had broken the screen on my phone a for a couple weeks that was poking into my finger in this one spot and had been meaning to get it fixed. I didn't even call touch-tel before I came into the store and they were able to help me right away! They were so friendly and helpful! I ended up getting a new case too- they have a HUGE selection and their prices were very reasonable for everything! They said my phone would be ready in a couple hours, so I ran some errands and came back to pick it up! I came in to repair my iPhone 7 Plus, my LCD screen and glass screen was smashed to the core! I shopped around first but these guys contacted me back the fastest! I came in and the service was amazing! Respectful and very informative. He told me turn around time was 45 minutes and it was probably faster than that! He cleaned out my speaker which was clogged with lint and now my phone sounds and looks brand new again! I would recommend the place to anybody who has a cracked screen! Man, I can't say enough about these guys. Excellent customer service! I have a ZTE 981 phone and replaced my battery without the proper tools and totally screwed up my phone. It would show phone charge but would not turn on. Also while changing battery a small piece fell out. I knew that there was no chance of repair for this thing.... I took my phone to these guys in prayer that they could resurrect it. They were busy with other customers when I walked in on a Saturday evening but took my phone and checked it out while my wife & I waited and while phone was open showed me the inside and the damage I caused (frame bent, microphone fell out, buttons stiff and non responsive). They guaranteed they could fix it, although I had doubts. Within about 3 days I got a call that phone was fixed and ready for pick up. It cost me $80 which I had no prob with. It was in like brand new condition. Plus gave my wife and I good deals on phone cases. So, from now on they will be my go to shop for phone repairs. read more

I took the phone charger back on the same day & within an hour. I told him it didn't work. The old man was yelling at me & told me it charges very slowly. I told him "come on, I am not stupid, I told you what I needed/wanted & you are trying to give me something substandard" the old man was yelling & cursing at me & told me to get out I told him I will as soon as I get a refund. My husband has been getting out screen protectors here for years. We recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 and came in right away to get screen protectors. I didn't see any phone covers I liked so I let the guy know I would be looking elsewhere (since he kept trying to sell me one there). I ended up ordering a phone case online and when I put it on my phone, the screen protector lifted at the corners. We brought it in to show them and asked for a refund. They admitted they did not order the case friendly screen protectors and said they could refund or order the case friendly screen protectors and when it was in they would call. Since we really just wanted a screen protector that allowed for a case to fit on the phone we opted for him to order the appropriate screen protectors and came in to get it swapped when it arrived. While waiting I had to take the case off since the screen protector wouldn't stay on and I forgot to bring it with me to get the new screen protector. We weren't able to put the cover on to make sure it did in fact work with the screen protector they ordered. We had concerns because it was the same exact size and fit as the one he originally put on that he himself said was not case friendly. He told us if we had any additional issues to let home know. When we got home we discovered it was having the same issue. My husband went back and tried to get the original refund we were promised and he declined to refund us despite the screen protector not being case friendly. He offered no other solution and instead blamed it on the iPhone case I bought, which is nothing out of the ordinary for a phone case. Ironically, when my husband was there to request the refund, another gentleman was there complaining about the same exact thing. If they are going to sell screen protectors that lift when you put a phone cover on then they need to tell their customers that at time of purchase because nobody would end up buying the screen protector. After years of buying products from this retailer and referring friends and family, we will no longer be bringing our business here. Thankfully we have already found another store that has the proper screen protector and fits with any iPhone case. read more

We've shopped here for phone accessories quite often and have always found what we were looking for. We mostly show up for the screen protectors. They have many different kinds and at the best prices I've found in the area. They of course will also install them for you and they've always put them on perfectly for us. No bubbles or anything. They are also willing to work out deals on prices when you buy multiple items. I appreciate places that appreciate their customers. This will continue to be our go-to spot for phone goodies. Ask them to close their sliding glass door so you can see examples of all their screen protectors. It's a genius idea and really lets you see what effect they have on your phone. Try the Hammer screen protectors or the tempered glass -- both are extremely clear and protect your screen amazingly! We went with the Hammer protectors and love them. read more

Second time I have been here . First time I came in to get a new Otter Box for my iPhone 4s . The guys were super helpful , showed me where they were and left me alone to choose - with no pressure . When I went to pay it , I commented that the price was higher than on the internet . We quibbled a little bit but they matched the price. So today I was updating my IPhone when it bricked . It was dead ALL day till I got here. I explained what was wrong and the one guy hooked it up to his computer and brought it back to life in a few minutes. I was really thankful asking how much HE wanted and in his humble demeanor said ' Nothing' . Wow that was cool. So if you're in the area of Grossmont shopping stop on by. I had looked in all the other ATT stores and the employees would tell me," Go down to the way right by Walmart and they have everything for your phone. " Now this is a little hole in the wall. . Now the thing that really made me pleased with his service is this, Another customer can in to make a return. Do not forget this place is not to big, about a double closet size if that big. He asked her what the problem was. She told him, he then said," What can I do for you to be happy. ( She had the same phone as I do) I chimed in and showed her what he had done.
