I broke the screen on my 10.5 iPad Pro and brought it to Touch-Tel Wireless for repair. Before turning it in for repair they did diagnostic that everything else was ok, which it was. Estimated repair time was 4 hours. When I came back, the screen was replaced, but I noticed that the home button did not align properly with the screen hole. They acknowledged it and told me that it would be fixed in a few days as they have to order a new screen. To make it short, the repair took much longer than both they and I anticipated. However, at the end I got beautifully repaired an functional iPad back. Special thanks goes to Dennis for his politeness, professionalism and patience handling the whole issue and answering my calls. Found this place through google maps due to its proximity to home when I needed some repair work on my iPhone7+. I was glad I did. Not only were they professional but courteous. The initial repair (screen replacement)was done and they helped me troubleshoot another issue with the camera. Even though there were challenges replacing the camera they stuck to their initial quote despite spending extra time with the device. Would definitely recommend. Great customer service. Brought my phone here after having the screen shattered. The phone was completely black and would not turn on. It was $50 for a new iPhone SE screen which I needed as I hadn't backed my phone up in a few months. Took them 45 minutes from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up, with no waiting involved. Once I got to my car, I realized I couldn't see the screen with my sunglasses on. I brought it back to the store, and they were just as baffled as I was, saying they had never seen this issue before, and wasn't sure what was going on with it. I got a call a few hours later. They told me to bring the phone back in so they could try to repair it and try a new screen on it. I wasn't able to go back in for 9 days, but when I did, they were quick to check out my phone and replace the screen again. I guess some broken glass from my original screen damaged the connection of the new screen, and that's why it was having an issue. 45 minutes later I had my phone back with a new screen, at no additional expense. The customer service here is great, they are quick with what they do, and they care about their customers. Coming to them the front and back of my phone was cracked as well as the front and back camera. They originally said 240, then looking at my bank statement they charged me 260 without telling me they were increasing the price. They were able to fix the front and back part of my phone but they told me that I needed to come back the next day. The next day and they were unable to fix my camera again. I came in today, a third day in a row, and they were still unable to fix my camera. My phone is now overheating and both cameras are broken. They only refunded me $100. Would not recommend this place I am sorry to make this review considering the employees were very nice to me but I would not recommend their services. read more

The only reason I came to this place was because I desperately NEEDED my iPhone 6 lcd screen fixed, my battery was loosing charge pretty quick lately so I figured I'd get a new battery too. $97 and an hour later I returned to get my phone. He instantly put my phone back in the case without even showing me the fixed phone. Once I got home I had some time to inspect the phone, everything seemed to be back to working order. But I did notice my screen was kind of Grey and while moving thru the home screen things got blurry. I have never experienced this with any of my iPhones!. I also noticed that the reflection off the screen is blurry and warped. As well as not even properly installed!!! My screen is sticking up on the lower left side of the screen. What is going on here... 100% sure they use knock off apple products. I was never told they would be replacing my screen with a knock off brand or else I would have never paid for the service. My battery life remains exactly the same, as if they didn't even replace the battery. (And I'm sure if they did that is a knock off as well) I will be returning to the store tomorrow to see what they can do. I did not agree to replacing my battery and screen with knock off apple parts. I am Highly disappointed with they're service and will definitely be looking for some justification for this botched fix. Do NOT go here. read more

The worst cell phone repair place in San Diego guaranteed. I bought a cell phone screen protector that had guaranteed that it won't break, but it did within a few months and brought it back to show them and told them that I get new screen protector for $5. How is this a guaranteed if I have to pay a extra $5? It's not! But I fail for it and paid for the second screen protector. The second screen protector lasted a little longer than the first but still broke and this time it broke my real phone screen. I called them to let them know and asked about the process of getting my screen replace. They told me that the guarantee was for only the screen protector not the screen and will not fix my screen for free but I can get another screen protector for $5. What's the point of buying a "guaranteed" screen protector if it can't protect the screen? Such a scam! Do not support this business and the crap they sell only if you want broken promises and broken screen protectors/screens. read more

I searched Yelp for a screen replacement for my Samsung Tab A tablet. When I asked for a quote Yelp sent it to 4 different stores. The first quote was $229 then a few minutes later a quote from Touch-tel wireless came in for $89.00. I wasn't sure of their location, so I replied to their quote and within minutes their address was sent to me. I brought the tablet and a swollen, battery damaged Samsung S-7 phone in and they carefully repaired the phone with a new battery very niceley within an hour for only $49. The Tablet screen had to be special ordered. Two days later I got a call, brought it in, and they had it working like new in two hours. Great service experience at Victra Verizon today from Kyle. I went in with my Kyocera DuraXV Extreme in today (battery issue) and they had a new one in stock and got me set up and walked out of the store new phone in hand working, receiving all my texts and uploaded with all my contacts and yes, photos. It took quite a while to get even just my contacts and photos off the phone and Kyle did it all for me. It did cost me about $30 more to get my phone here than other dealers but I left not regretting it. I went to another verizon store previously and I had to tell the sales associate there they carried that model of phone not the other way around. Excellent service, and knowledgeable staff. I went to T-Mobile trying to see what I could do with my phone because it had water damage. Luckily he referred me to TouchTel Wireless. I came here and was immediately greeted. I let him know my phone had water damage and he said he would work on it and will give me a call. I was amazed by all the phone cases they had and a bunch of accessories for all phone types. The prices are standard. Not less or more expensive. And great customer service is always a huge plus! I came back later to pick up my phone and he said there was a problem with my screen and replaced it for me. He did advise me to trade in my phone because problems could reoccur. I'm so thankful I was able to get my phone up and running in such a short amount of time. He charged me $70 for the screen repair which is extremely low considering other places charge around $100. I have a Motorola e5 plus that has been an excellent and reliable phone. I needed the screen fixed for the 3rd time after dropping it. I contacted Touch-Tel Wireless after receiving their Yelp quote that was well below the other quotes reaching as high as $120. I dropped the phone off and picked it up the next day. Phone worked great and it was a very clean installation without all the hard unremovable glue seeping out the top and bottom of the screen. Even the fingerprint pad worked flawlessly. These are areas that other repair shops could not get right the first time. If I need any phone repairs I will be bringing my phone back here. I took my phone is for a cracked back glass. They had it fixed in about an hour. One I got home, I noticed the microphone was not working (when it was when I turned int he phone for the glass) but they took the phone back and made all the necessary fix's to ensure I was getting my phone back in great working order. They took the time and care with an expensive piece of technology to ensure they got the job done right. I wanted a screen protector for a new Galaxy Tab S7. When I first checked, they didn't have it in stock but gave me an estimate of its cost. When I checked back about a week later, the protector was in stock but cost a lot more than their original estimate, They still sold it to me for the original quoted price. They took their time and did a great job installing it, too. It looked beautiful! My story doesn't end there. That same evening I tried to squeeze my tablet into a telescoping game controller and fractured the new screen protector in the process. Touch-Tel offers a lifetime warranty on all screen protectors and will replace them at far below the original cost. For a Tab S7 protector, the replacement under warranty is only $15. I told them what I did and they gave me a discount on the replacement cost! I broke the protector through my own negligence and they had sympathy for me and gave me a discount. I was very happy with my service. Completely shattered my iPhone case and happened to walk by this place in Grossmont Center. They quoted me $65-79 for a new screen depending on if I want a basic one or "premium." They weren't pushy at all and I went with the premium one. I honestly thought they were going to quote over $100. It took about 25-30 mins to fix and they gave me a great deal on a new case too. I would definitely recommend for fast and efficient, friendly service. I love that it's a family owned business that the whole family works at, you can really feel the homey vibe. Not to mention the plethora of merchandise stocked inside the store. I don't bother buying cheaply made phone cases at mall kiosk stands anymore, or even paying triple the price at my local Verizon store. I went here on June 7th to pick up two cases and then decide to get some ear pods. The owner of the store was nice when I was purchasing the ear pods and talked with me with no issues or problems like we were friends. I got the new ears pods, the 12s but to my surprise they worked only for a little while. I called and Tuesday the June 11th and told one of the employees the issue and went in to the store that day. Now, I wanted my money back but the receipt say no refund and that sucks because if a product is not working why would you want to keep going somewhere that has faulty merchandise. The employee gave me the 9 ear pods which was the old model. The case for the 12s was terrible manufactured and they knew. But what was worse was the owner who had spoken with me in English when I first brought the ear pods, walk right up to me and spoke to his employee in his language the whole time I was there and never greeted me but saw me when I first walked in. I found it interesting to make a sell he could acknowledge me but when it came to me bringing the product he just talked about me in his language. I have the 9 ear pods which don't hold battery life and I am stuck with something I can't even use. They have a 7 day policy because I truly believe the owner knows his products will break within those 7 days. I would NOT nor EVER recommend to BUY from here. There merchandise should be audit because when they replaced the 12s with the 9s,he never scanned the ear pods to do an exchange which tells me they don't do inventory count and could be going people defected products. read more
