I was in a hurry for an interview and wanted clean and polished nails and they were able to finish in less than an hour. $35 for mani pedi. Pretty good price for the service and quality. Clean salon. I had been here once before, and was underwhelmed by the price vs. service, but I thought I would give them another shot. I should have learned. I called and was told a fill was $17. If I wanted gel, it would be $32. No problem. I go, I wait about 35 minutes, and get ready to get my fill in. I sit down and the lady tells me it would be $25. For what? I called and had asked and was told it would be $17. She said because I have gel, it would cost SEVEN DOLLARS to take a dremmel tool (what a fill already consists of) and FILE the polish off of my nail. Cool. Three pedicure options. Love it! My technician was friendly fast & thorough. I got the deluxe because I do not turn down hot stones. Which I will say could have lasted longer, but I might be tripping. Not sure on that one. Anyway came in they had open chairs, but everyone was working thought this was going to be one of those long waits for average service. Not at all tho. Waited maybe 5min before getting in the chair & maybe another 6min for my technician. The shop was clean & had ample parking. I finally found a new shop since moving back to this side of town. I given this place too many chances. The owner does great acrylic but that's it. On one occasion a tech did my eyebrows where I asked her just to clean them up and she completely ruined my right brow . She made it so thin and it took me a whole month to grow it back out. Today I went in and asked the owner to do my eyebrows and I explained to her I was trying to grow them back out just to clean it up she said she noticed that one brow was too thin and that she won't touch it instead she ruins my left brow. Eyebrows are supposed to be in line with your nose but she took so much hair off the peak that mines no longer line up. When she showed me my brows all I could do is cry . She saw nothing wrong with what she did and tried to explain that she "fixed" my brows when in fact she made them worse. I've had it with them and will never return not for nails or eyebrows . read more

This Nail salon is awesome. The prices are reasonable and the staff is on point. I was able to get my toes and nails done in less 30 minutes!!! I came to Touch Nails to fix the the horrible job the bootleg salon down the street (Nail Tip) did. That's what I get for trying to get my nails done inside a grocery store SMH!! I don't know why I didn't come here first!! So the funny thing happened to me today. While out celebrating my birthday I wanted to treat myself to a nice set of lashes. Now I've been to previous nail salons where they've done my lashes and did a pretty good job so I thought why not try this place here. Big mistake! Before she started I noticed that she cleaned the top of my lashes and not my complete lashes so I asked are you going to put the lashes under my lash line instead of on top she assured me that it would look better on top and that she no longer put them underneath. When she finished my lashes I look in the mirror and notice that the lashes did not go completely across my real lash line and also there was a slight Gap in between my lashes and the false lashes. She charged $15 so I just left and did not want to put up a fight. Their last job is horrible if you want lashes done for hair do not get it done from here go somewhere else. Side note before entering the nail salon I found money on the ground in the parking lot so I used that for the lashes that I eventually pulled off prior to getting home which was about five minutes of the street so I got what I paid for. The photo shows my gel polish coming away from the nails after one week because they weren't properly sealed. I have my hands immersed in water a lot, but my polish usually lasts 3-4 weeks when done properly. On this day, I was booted out of my chair with a manicurist I recognized and told to "go sit over there," with a young woman who barely said "hello". The original operator went to do a pedicure on another customer, a favored regular, I guess. $30 and two days later, the polish was coming away from the nail, so I went back. The same woman was told to fix it. She just had a bad attitude and barely said a word to me, and then threw a "sorry" over her shoulder after she finished. This was Saturday - by Monday other nails/same problem. This time the owner lady, who was the one that made me move to this worst-manicurist-in-the-shop, tried to blame it on me, saying maybe it was the work I was doing, but she herself would fix them. I said I thought it was time to refund my. Of course she said the only choice was for her to fix them because they don't give back money - no surprise there! Moral of story: they definitely show favoritism to regulars, their operators do not have equal skills, and they do not stand by the quality of their work. You take your chances at this place. I just kind of stumbled on this salon. Vivian did my gel manicure and Henry did my pedicure. The salon was very clean and the atmosphere was friendly. After dealing with the "chop shops" when it comes to nail salons in Atlanta I was very happy with this location. More importantly my polish did not buckle around the cuticle which does happen if the technician does not adequately polish the adhesive on the nail before the base coat. 5 stars to this place! I have been going here for two years. It used to be a great place to get a mani pedi, but since Vivian left, the quality of the work has gone down. The last two times I have been here the gel polish flakes off and peels just like regular polish, the mani lasts less than a week now. They are already pricier than other salons in the area, so this is not ok. They also have not gotten any new colors in since I've been coming here, and without Vivian there is no nail art, just the little squiggles that they do. Don't even think of pulling a design off of the internet and expecting to get it. Those days are over. I'm very disappointed in the lack growth, seems like they are happy providing mediocre service. I had a horrible experience with my fill in but they did a good job with my pedi. My mother comes all the time because it's the newest and closes nail salon. I will never go again because I asked for a particular design and I asked them 3 times if they could do it and they told me yes. I asked the lady if she could clean it up and she had an attitude. Then I asked if she could round my nails so they are not sharp on the edges. She told me it's better the way she did it. Mind you I had already prepaid. I use to love this place, but the last 3 times ive tried to get service the onwer Lee was very rude. Today i went there and i know due to COVID-19 alot of stuff gas changed. I called to make an appointment for my 2 kids, my teenage nieces and my self. Service that would have cost $150+. I get there and she told me she can help me because of the kids. I said okay they dont have to be seen but the teens and myself can be. She told me to take my children home then come back. I told her i dont have anyone to watch them thats why they are with me. She told me thats not her problem and to leave. 2 months prior i wanted to bring 5 little girls to gwt there nails polished after making an appointment i get there no its to many of yall. What should have been the last time was the 1st time when i made an 12p appointment for my eyebrows, when i gwt there she told me i had to wait 3 hours. Rude! Rude!! Rude!!! I would give Lee and her staff a zero if I could!!! I watched her ignore what the lady asked for next to me and then Lee had an attitude when the lady complained about it. Secondly, when My nails were completed, the polish clearly had dried with bubbles in it and Tiffany had an attitude when I asked for it to be corrected. With their high prices, you are definitely not paying for customer service!!! Their ratings are so high because most women are older at this salon and don't use digital forums to expression their frustration. Trust me the high rating is skewed because I have seen upset customers every time I have gone. I have seen Touch Nails quality go down and the way they treat customers has become awful. Overall, it is a nice place. I'm an out of towner who was staying at a nearby hotel. I got a pedicure ($23), manicure ($12), and an eyebrow wax ($8). I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience at this salon last night. I have been all over trying new nail salons from the southside to Buckhead and points in between. I found this salon on Yelp and being not too far from house nor hard to get to, I decided to give it a try. I am so very tired of loud, noisy, get em in get em out salons, I wanted a personal experience and to be happy with what I have to pay a grip for lol. There was quite a wait unfortunately, but it is such a quiet relaxing place, I really didn't mind. They have a pretty good selection of gel polish colors and nice magazines and the massage chairs are fab. Vivian did my nails, unfortunately I didn't get the name of the tech that did my pedicure, but both were EXCELLENT. My nails had been butchered in Buckhead, so Vivian fixed their mess, AND gave me an excellent manicure and gel polish. I told the pedicurist how I wanted my toes done and she delivered on point! I selected the lowest cost pedicure, which came with an orange scrub AND hot towels. I have never had hot towels in a basic pedic before!! And my toes look fabulous. There was no scraping, no graters used on my feet, just a delightful light handed pumice rub. Vivian gave me her card so that I can make an appointment next time so that will alleviate the wait. This will DEFINITELY be my new go to nail spot. Big Bonus -- I got to watch the beautiful sunset through the big windows. AND plenty of places nearby to eat if I go on a Saturday. I walked into Touch nails recently for a fill in, and I had been thinking about getting gel polish on the acrylic nails, so I asked how much it would be and I get the response "for you- $32". I absolutely hate when any one starts with saying "for you" because that means prices aren't consistent and I'm probably getting charged too much. Once I sat down she told me I need a full set, not a full in. She showed me where one nail had lifted, but the rest of them looked fine to me, so I'm surprised she didn't just repair that one nail. I'm new to acrylic nails though, so I listened to her, but now she says it will be $48 after thinking and adding it up in her head. I work on the north side of Atlanta and the prices don't seem to be that high. Again, I'm pretty new to all this, but I just got the feeling I was being up-charged as much as possible. I felt like she was really rough and it was uncomfortable almost the whole time. She kept digging her nail into my cuticle at one point she was buffing may nail and it actually started burning. I was pleased with the end result, but my fingers felt really sore, and later that night I realized I had a couple of little open sores where she had cut me with the drill. That was the point at which I decided I wouldn't be going back. TLDR: First time here. Seemed a bit more expensive than other places. After the service I had little cuts on my skin and won't be going back. There are just TOO many places to get your nails done to get rough service. read more
