I stopped here in passing and what a good choice it was. The staff was so nice and the customers…read morewere diverse. It was really clean, very spacious, and kind of calming. I stopped in to get my nails done, I did Gel polish, and they pushed me into a pink and I ended up loving it(lol). Last minute I asked could they change the polish on my toes and she was like sure. Me not knowing there closing time, she agreed to do my toes, eventhough they where closed. I thought that was so nice. I messed my big toe up and she was so nice to fix it, even we I said no worries. I thought that was such great customer service and they never made me feel rushed. I left out pleased with my nails and feet. It is located in the heart of Hapeville so it is street parking.

I promise I have tried to like this place. After my awful experience last year, I decided that I…read morewas going to give them a chance because I was in a pinch and I needed a pedicure. When I entered, they addressed me, asked me what I was looking for and told me to go sit at seat number six, which I did. I brought the color over when the lady asked me what I wanted. I told her I was on my lunch break and just wanted an essential pedicure the $32 pedicure. She asked me if I wanted gel. I told her no that I felt like it was expensive and the last time I got gel there it peeled off so I did not want to get it. From the point, I said that I didn't want the gel nail polish, She had a visible attitude. So she continued the pedicure, and I didn't like the way I was being treated after the fact because I felt like she was mad at me. To make matters worse, I had chosen a color that was an off-white shade. She looked at me and said I hope you know this isn't white. I know what I asked for and what I chose so I really didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. When I got to the Front expecting to pay $32 for my pedicure, I was quoted $37 when I asked them to explain the additional five dollars they stated it's because they took off my nail polish. I have never in my life as a 40-year-old woman paid for a pedicure and had to pay for the toenail polish. I was wearing previously to be removed as it is part of the service. I hate this place. They're rude and they will do anything to get an extra dollar. They're extremely entitled. There are nicer places to go. Try east point or camp creek tbh. Bliss is waste of your time.

It's small and appointments are highly recommended, however, they do accept walk-ins. I received a basic pedicure completed by Krys for $45. This was far from a basic pedicure though, this was a total spa experience. Krys removed all my dead skin, provided a relaxing foot massage and made sure my nails looked perfect. She also very kind. In addition to pedicures they provide nail and hair services. Check them out today. So happy I found my new nail salon close to home.

I've gotten this style several times in regular shops. she is also having the same issues with her nails popping off. hers are just not the same length as mine. Mu nails started to pop halfway off at the cuticle literally two days after I got them done on may 23rd and I've had to reglue 4 nails back on and none of them will come completely off. Can't go back because i live in Houston but they are hanging literally by the tips of my real finger nails breaking my nails off and skin if I try to remove them. my cuticles were not cut or pushed back at all. The tips of my fingernails are completely damaged but I paid $145 , now I'm going to have to pay to get them removed. I learned my lesson Supporting "black businesses". Very poor service

I approached ATL concourse E - Xpresspa and asked for a 20 minute neck and back massage. I was…read moreadvised by Yolanda McDonald to go to the D concourse because the E concourse therapist was on a one hour break it wouldn't be back in time before they possibly close. So, I went through the entire process of going down the escalator, took the tram to D concourse and walked to the D Xpresspa. I was then advised that the D Concourse XpressSpa had no therapist and that the only therapist was at the E Concourse (Of which I had already come from). So, I returned, once again, to the D concourse and spoke to Yolanda and asked for a manager. She stated that the manager was off and no one was managing. So I asked for the name of the manager and the phone number. She stated the manager's name was Niesha, but would not give me a phone number and stated I could go to the company website and get a phone number. Of course, this is not how you handle the service to a customer. So, I simply asked for her to re-state her name so I would have it correct for filing an official complaint and she refused. So then I asked to take a picture of her ID card for her name and she refused. Then she called Security!...allegedly on the phone. I simply left, as I could see I was not to receive any customer support. This is not how you take care of customers!
