With a recently acquired Priority Pass (PP) membership (via my Chase Sapphire Reserved credit card), my wife and I have been trying out different lounges at previously visited airports. This XpresSpa in Concourse B, is one of only two businesses affiliated with PP in the concourse, neither of which are lounges. I didn't know what to expect from the XpresSpa, but it ended up being a great experience during our layover. On our way back home from Curacao, we had a 2+ hour layover in Atlanta. We didn't want to use up one of our last Delta Skyclub visits for the year, so instead decided to make use of my Priority Pass membership as much as possible. One could go to a different concourse than the one with one's departing gate, since the Plane Train makes it all accessible airside. But none of them seemed that great, so decided to keep it simple and stay close. XpresSpa has 33 locations at 16 airports worldwide, offering massages, nail treatments and other rejuvenation treatments. This location does allow entry via Priority Pass, and the free treatment is 30 minutes in one of two massage chairs. Luckily both were empty, so my wife and I got to sit next to each other and let the stress be pounded away. The young lady (wish I had gotten her name) who checked us in, was very good. She genuinely seemed to be glad helping us, explaining how the chairs worked, and watching our stuff while we became oblivious to the outside world. The chair itself has more sensors and massage actuators than any I've used (my brother loves these things and has owned multiple ones for home use). It even massages your behind, which can give a bit of a 'jolt' if you are not expecting it. You can tell from my rating, if I liked it or not. read more

I approached ATL concourse E - Xpresspa and asked for a 20 minute neck and back massage. I was advised by Yolanda McDonald to go to the D concourse because the E concourse therapist was on a one hour break it wouldn't be back in time before they possibly close. So, I went through the entire process of going down the escalator, took the tram to D concourse and walked to the D Xpresspa. I was then advised that the D Concourse XpressSpa had no therapist and that the only therapist was at the E Concourse (Of which I had already come from). So, I returned, once again, to the D concourse and spoke to Yolanda and asked for a manager. She stated that the manager was off and no one was managing. So I asked for the name of the manager and the phone number. She stated the manager's name was Niesha, but would not give me a phone number and stated I could go to the company website and get a phone number. Of course, this is not how you handle the service to a customer. So, I simply asked for her to re-state her name so I would have it correct for filing an official complaint and she refused. So then I asked to take a picture of her ID card for her name and she refused. Then she called Security!...allegedly on the phone. I simply left, as I could see I was not to receive any customer support. This is not how you take care of customers! read more

To whom it may concern: I went to your Xpresspa in Atlanta at the airport today 6/8/24 and the young lady who was doing my manicure (reese) was late coming in and smelled just like marijuana the odor was so strong my child asked me what's that smell. And then during the whole service she stayed on her cellphone talking to whomever about a guy. Her nails were so long and sharp she scratched my hand while she was giving the manicure. I'm not telling how to run your establishment but this young lady is very unprofessional and shouldn't come to work smelling like that. My fingers are so sore from the manicure she had two fingers bleeding, so I hope they don't get infected and I'll have to get legal involved read more

Was told 20 minutes for a polish change and 40 minutes for a massage , after waiting almost an hour I asked if had been forgotten , again was ignored and no action from the receptionist or employees. I was really worried about missing my plane. By the time I paid and I left there, there were only 15 min before the airplane doors were going to close!! I ran to take the plane train to Terminal C and ran to my gate!!! Well, luckily, Delta is so slow, they didn't even start boarding yet and the plane didn't take off for a half hr after I was seated!!! lol Anyway, the manicure was terrific and I gotta thank them for fitting me in and I didn't miss my plane. Crazy expensive but professional and solid services. Once wanted a facial but didn't have anything to offer for acne prone skin. Had the 45-minute full body massage to help with neck/shoulder pain and it helped a bit. It was a $110 and the shortest full body massage available. I was flying standby after missing an early morning flight this past Saturday, and decided to stop by this location since it was in my terminal. This was my first experience with Xpres. Each of the 3 to 4 staff members that I interacted with were professional and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the products that they sell, as well as the types of massage for various trouble spots. My masseuse was Keisha. She was very friendly and gave a great massage. There was also a special with free socks and a sale on most products that they sell. I received a pair of the socks and bought a neck pillow at a great price. I went here when I had a long layover in ATL recently. The service is great, they work with whatever time you have (within reason) and make sure you're out the door before you have to board your flight - even if that means having three people work on you at a time! One lady next to me got her hair, nails, AND eyebrows done at the same time within an hour! I personally got a classic mani/pedi. It was craaaaaazy expensive but what do you expect for an airport service, ya know? Anyway, Jennifer was really attentive and made sure I was taken care of. I am flying today for the first time since the global pandemic began. I look forward to popping in here on long layovers. I was so extremely disappointed today. It is probably a local ordinance keeping them closed but there were no signs or notices or anything. I checked the app to find the locations and nothing was there. I arrived at one location and found it closed without even having a sign. I went about my business and checked the company website that still has hours and services menus. The Atlanta locations are listed there with no note that they are closed. I thought maybe I could go to the main location and have some luck. After making an extra trip to another terminal I then found the main location closed as well with no signs. I understand the pandemic limits but a simple sign or notice on the website would've prevented me a good chunk of wasted time. read more

Second time I've gone to an Xpress Spa and been disappointed. Yet again I put my name on the list and I wait and wait and wait. Only to never receive service. I had a little over two hrs between my flight and I was told a 45 min wait. Not a problem. I waited an hr and a half and still no service. Like what the hell. I get that it's only an estimate but how do you call yourself Xpress if people have to wait hrs for service. So yet again I'm forced to leave after wasting my time without ever having being served. Only positive is the staff was friendly and at least this time they didn't lie to me about first come first serve so added star for that. I've got credits but I don't see myself ever patronizing this place again. Few places get second shots from me and they just blew it. read more

This is the BEST place to spend a long layover. I needed a neck and back massage and was lucky enough to get LEE. He was amazing. 5 minutes into a 20-minute massage, I asked to upgrade to 30 minutes (and would have done longer if time permitted). The service is PHENOMENAL, from the minute you first walk up, to the chair massage to checking out. I checked in with Taraneh, who was super friendly and welcoming. The chair massage I received was the best I have ever had. The pressure, the movements. Taraneh even took the time to walk me through some stretches that I can do to help alleviate the "airplane crouch". On checking out, John was super friendly. He also noticed my USAA card, and confirming that I was a veteran, adjusted my bill for a military discount. A very nice suprise, which was like the cherry on top! He checked in with me numerous times- and I could tell he had a ton of pride in what he does. Super relaxing experience at the tail end of my business trip. This is the perfect place to relax....I had a 4 hour layover due to cancelled flights and delays and needed something to do. Brian did an incredible 1 hour deep tissue massage. I came in with a minor complaint...the hotel bed I had slept in for a week had caused my back to be really tight and sore. By the end I was able to move and lay flat without excruciating pain. Who knew a massage in the airport could be so great. I fly often and will definitely be back for more services. The environment was great and all the staff were wonderful. Coming back from a wonderful vacation, we had a layover in Atlanta, Georgia. Decided to go for a massage and could not have been more impressed! It was a perfect addition to our vacation. Lee, John and Kenya were fantastic. Super accommodating to what we needed, they made us feel at home and the massages were spectacular. Found out my flight was delayed and I was thinking how great it would be to have a manicure for my morning meetings tomorrow. When I got to the terminal, John at XpresSpa must have heard my wishes through the universe because he immediately beckoned me over to chat with him about all of the services available. When I told him I wanted a manicure he brought me right over to Shamea, who was equally a dream. Both John and Shamea had an infectious energy, with a fantastic sense of humor, which still made me feel relaxed in their presence. The gel manicure I received from Shamea was A+, including her fantastic color recommendation. I wish I lived closer so that I could be a regular! This is going to be a short review as there isn't all too much to say. Enjoyed a fantastic chair massage after being greeted by a friendly staff member at the entrance. Facilities seem very nice, largest spa I've been in out of all airports I've travelled. Very clean, quiet, well lit, lots of staff around to answer any questions. This Xpresspa is my favorite in the Airport. Ask for Maurice he is wonderful although that said, I have not had one bad massage there yet! I purchased the compression socks while I was there last time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality.
