I love that WellSpa processes my insurance claims. I have tried many of their services. Assisted Stretch with Pam and Medical Massage with Aranette are keeping me walking around pain-free. Lifting during a move caused issues with my knees, hips, and back: Growing old is not for the weak! Chiropractor and acupuncture visits were not helping. WellSpa's massage and stretch services helped me to literally walk without pain again. When they moved, following them to the new location was no-brainer for me. All of their services are keeping me active and moving without pain meds. read more

WellSpa is a really inviting! From the ambiance to the staff. Andy did an amazing job with my medical massage. Definitely will be back.

Outstanding massage service and facial, I'll be back! I had Andy as my masseuse and Rola was fantastic with a very thorough facial

I had an outstanding experience. The staff were professional and friendly. From start to finish everything was handled perfectly!

I had a really positive first experience at WellSpa Suites. My job had given me a gift card so I decided to schedule a 90-minute prenatal massage. I was greeted by a lovely woman who checked me in at the front and sat down in the lobby. The lobby was very clean and decorated nicely. I didn't wait long, maybe 3-5 minutes before my massage therapist, Deja came out. She was very nice and informative. Prior to the massage she asked all the necessary questions, how many weeks am I, is this my first prenatal massage, what areas would I like to focus on, etc. She made me feel very comfortable. Deja was absolutely great! I'm pretty sure I fell asleep twice throughout the massage. I felt so much better after. Fully relaxed and not as tight in my lower back. When my massage sadly came to an end, she provided me with some stretches to do to help stretch my back in the meantime. She was absolutely great and I would definitely recommend her! When it came time for payment the front desk staff couldn't find my gift card. Tip for anyone who uses a gift card: call and give the gift card information beforehand so they can look it up. The owner came out and was able to rectify the situation. The staff are so nice and completely professional. I have to say, their customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone needing spa services done. I can't wait to go back! read more

I couldn't recommend this place enough! I've been coming for the past 3 years. High quality massages, professional, friendly staff, and peaceful relaxing atmosphere. I literally relax as soon as I walk in the door. As a massage therapist myself, I have extremely high expectations, and WellSpa exceeds them. Arynette is my go to therapist for a massage combined with energy work, which is just what my body needs. I'm so grateful that this place is right around the corner from me and that it's black owned. I always leave feeling like I've been transported to another dimension! I couldn't ask for more. read more

Best kept secret in the area! Service was great and very professional. I will definitely be back.

Second time going to WellSpa Suites. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely book again

Customer service and the skill level of the massage was the best! Can't wait for my next appointment.

I always have great experience at WellSpa. The massage therapists are knowledgeable, professional, and simple put, awesome.

Colon hydration therapy, a colonic is definitely funky but a part of health and wellness and all went well. Everyone in the office was very welcoming, polite, and understanding. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. They were honest and informed me of some services that they offered that wasn't available but would be some time in the future. My over all experience was far more than excellent. Highly recommend. read more

I went here because of the reviews and it was a great experience. Very nice and clean, the staff was friendly. I like they have different time frames for the colonic service. I will be most definitely be going back. Thank you! read more

This lace is really nice. I've been here before and when I saw they were running a Valentines Day special, I decided to go back. The place feels comforting as soon as you walk in. I was promptly greeted and escorted back to where I would have my massage. The heated table was heaven. Ruth, the masseuse, did a great job and was very nice. Although they sell a variety of wellness items, no one tried to pressure me into buying anything. I would definitely recommend this place over any other in the area. read more

I really love this place. I try and treat myself to an hour of relaxation every 3-4 weeks. Every experience has been great. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Although I have my favorite therapist, the 3 I've had were all terrific. I have an extreme amount of joint pain, but when I leave there, the pain is significantly less for the next few weeks. My therapist knows exactly what to do to keep me feeling great. He offers recommendations that will help me until my next visit. WellSpa is great! read more

Could not get worse. This place is small, and not legit. 1. On the day of my massage, I called to confirm my appointment. The lady remembered, but could not find it - so we rescheduled, much to my dismay. 2. 1 wk later, after the long drive to their spa, she said AGAIN, somehow it's not in our system... and tried to tell her boss: "this lady says she has an appointment" even though she JUST said she remembered trying to put it in last week. Apparently this happens to her a lot, and her co-workers said she doesn't know how to use the scheduling system. 3. We had to wait a while in their strange office-like waiting area to even get an appointment after much heckling with the manager. 4. Aromatherapy "add on" service is just a wall plug in. 5. Masseuse took off his shoes when he was massaging me, whatever - BUT not okay with the odor of his feet. Terrible. read more

Had an amazing and relaxing experience at WellSpa Suites. I did a facial, foot detox, and V-steam. Prices were decent. They have a really good deal of $225 for 3 hours worth of services. I was originally going to do this and add a massage to my time spent there. Unfortunately, I had to unexpectedly cut my time short for personal reasons, so I did not get to have a massage like I wanted, but the other services I got to experience were great! The staff was kind, knowledgeable, created a welcoming environment, and did a wonderful job at making sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. The facial was my favorite part. If you have a chance to visit, go! You won't be disappointed. read more

I absolutely adored this place. A few things need to be updated on this site in regards to location and waiting room decor. It looks newer on the inside. I loved the ambiance and the smell when you first walk in. The staff is amazing and they speak so calming. They also have reasonable prices and packages. I received an awesome cleansing facial and the colon hydrotherapy. I will be returning again. Either bring additional cash or tip with a card. Parking is open and there is plenty of it available. read more

As a Christmas gift my husband bought me a spa package from Groupon that consisted of a 30 minute facial a 30 minute deep tissue massage and a 30 minute foot reflexology. The place was very warm and welcoming , I was greeted in the fromt and brought into the waiting area in the back. The waiting area was very nice and clean and the fumes that was spraying in the air was very calming and relaxing. I then was greeted my by Chris who was starting my deep tissue massage. Now I never been to a massage parlor before and all of this was very new to me, Chris did an amazing job. The music that was playing helped me relax more. Next mikayla came in and and did my facial and foot reflexology and I promise I fell asleep a couple times it was an amazing experience and I'm thankful my husband got this gift for me read more

See all

I came here because of a special they ran through Living Social for a 90 minute massage (swedish or deep tissue) & choice of 3 additional services. While it was originally presented that we could choose any 3 additional services from their menu, the truth was that the additional services were limited to very basic choices such as a foot rub or scalp massage or one larger service such as a facial. I chose to do the 30 minute facial instead of cobbling together 3 negligible services from the limited list, but if I'd known of the limitations at the outset, I would never have purchased the promotion. Anyway, even with all that- I drove out to Lithia Springs hoping for the best. The woman who greeted me awkwardly at the front desk didn't introduce herself, but turned out to be my massage therapist. The waiting room was somewhat sparse and cheaply appointed, but I was beginning to think this place was new and perhaps not yet so established. The reading materials on the table included a small white Bible, which may be comforting to some, but seemed out of place and inappropriate to me. When my therapist came back, she was friendly and put me at ease, though she still didn't tell me her name. The massage room was a bit chilly, and I was glad she offered to heat the table for me. I had an appointment for a Deep Tissue and she asked about any special requests and I mentioned some tense spots along my hips and calves. Her pressure was light and did not increase even when I told her I would like more pressure. Additionally, she completely failed to address the areas I mentioned that I wanted paid particular attention. It was sufficiently relaxing that I just kept thinking she'd get to it and before I knew it my massage was over, 15 minutes shy of 90 minutes. I get it that 90 minutes is a long time to give a massage and that perhaps she was tired, but it left me a little disappointed. The massage therapist very sweetly gathered my belongs and gave me a wrap and robe for my transition to the aesthetician's room. My aesthetician got me settled on her table and looked over my skin. She was very educated about skin, gave me an informative and realistic evaluation and some very practical strategies for taking better care of my skin. The facial itself was pretty basic with just a cleanse and moisturizing mask, but even so- if it weren't for the rest of my experience and the distance, I would consider going back just to see her. I wish I remembered her name, but after a 90 minute massage (even a disappointing one), my brain was kinda mushy. Her treatment is what made the difference in this being a two-star instead of a one-star experience. I've regularly paid full in-town retail for massages and facials and while this was a bargain at $85 ($40 of which was tip), I still wouldn't go back even if I could get that price again. read more

I don't know what kind of business these people are running. I purchased a massage and facial special a few months ago. I got the facial. The massage therapist wasn't in that day. so I said that I would wait to book my apt for that. The facial wasn't that relaxing. The lady talked the ENTIRE hour. My purpose for being there was to get a day of relaxation. Wrong! So anyway fast forward to today. I call to make an appointment and was told that my name wasn't in the system. All of a sudden she found it and said that my special had expired. Expired? I didn't see anything that said that my special was only good for 90 days. She then told me that they would give me the face value for the remaining balance after my facial was deducted [at regular price] was drumroll....$14. $14?!?! WTH! I asked to speak to the manager...she was the office manager. This is BULL! I was so upset. I let her know that I was not pleased with the policy being that I was never told that the special was only good for a certain amount of time and that every time I called to book, the massage therapist was either not there or there was a conflict. So much for my day of zen! Ugh! read more

I just had a fantastic day at the Well Spa Suites, I was dreading the long drive and thought I would not go back until I had such a great experience, I had 3 ladies that were excellent. I had a package for reflexology, facial and massage, they turned my stressful day into the best day I have had in a long time. They were timed exactly right and I do not have a single complaint. I was surprised to see the other bad experiences but what happens is most people only post if they had a problem and I specifically wanted to convey how great the experience was for me. read more

Do not waste your time or money with WellSpa Suites. I purchased a Groupon and when I called to reschedule my appointment, they were extremely rude when expressing that I would be charged a no show fee and verified my Groupon as though I used the service. Calling in to reschedule is not a no show, a no show is not calling at all and not showing up. I was charged for a Groupon I never used because the company took the code over the phone for my appointment and then verified it when I called to reschedule. I'm disputing this charge with Groupon now, but want everyone to know that WellSpa Suites is NOT worth your money. read more

After reading all the reviews I see that the do a lot of groupons/living social deals. So I found this place by a groupon. I actually live 10 min from it but had no idea it was there. It is in an odd location. Had some problems with reception-she kept using the excuse that she was new and wasn't sure about the groupon or how to ring me up when I was finished. The waiting area was nice, the facial I received was nice and informative. The only major complaint was that they were kinda pushy to reschedule another service next month-then had to put my card in the system in order to book an appt. on another note I purchased the facial cleaning system and it is AMAZING! I would most likely go back-with a deal bc the prices are too high for the area. read more

I went here to use the living social special, and my experience was much different than the other reviewers. I've used groupon and other sites to purchase deals on deep tissue massages, and this was the best one to date. I got a facial which was nice, but I'm not that into facials so all I can say is that Carrie was very nice and it was relaxing. The receptionist was polite, and I didn't see any bibles around...it just looked like an average spa waiting room. For my massage, the aroma therapy was subtle (not a plug-in like the other reviewer mentioned). Patrick was my massage therapist, and he did a phenomenal job. He was very methodical in his approach and used the perfect amount of pressure. The massage lasted the full 90 minutes, and I he definitely made progress on the giant knots in my neck and shoulders. I'll be going back for my next massage. One last note, I live in midtown, and driving there on a Saturday afternoon wasn't bad at all. Just beware that the google directions are incorrect. Make the U-turn after Westfork Road, not Westfork Blvd as indicated on google. read more

You know the place is good if you take your Mom there! Initially, I was introduced to Well Spa via Groupon. It's close to my home so I took a chance and was thoroughly impressed. I'd never used a Groupon before so I'd called ahead to be sure I followed all the rules. I had a triple-service coupon for a facial, massage, and reflexology. I booked all three services for the same appointment to maximize the relaxation effect. The spa is tucked away in an office park, you wouldn't know it's there if you weren't looking for it. But once you step inside, the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. After checking in at the reception desk, you are whisked away to a waiting area with ambient lighting and comfortable chairs. They used the renowned Dermalogica line for my facial. My massage was fantastic...I think I dozed off a couple of times..and my reflexology session was invigorating. I bought a double set of Groupons the next time the deals came around and treated my Mom to the same triple deal. Well Spa Suites is a hidden gem that I intend to continue to patronize. If you want attitude and high pressure sales go to one of the larger commercial spas. If you want to feel refreshed and pampered, visit Well Spa Suites. read more

I received a gift certificate to the spa and I was very impressed with the ambiance, the selection of services, as well as the excellent customer service. I truly enjoyed my intense hour massage and afterwards, I was given a tour of the new workout the facility which is located in the back of the building. It was just right. Small but offers all the workout equipment you need. As you can see from my words, I am happy. read more

Not a fan. The massage was rough. The lady was nice but it was too far to be unsatisfactory.

FURIOUS! I normally dont write reviews but I had to this time. I have been going to Wellspa for over 4 years. Im very familiar with Mary the owner, Michele and Nicole because they have been there almost since the spa has opened. Janet the old Massage Therapist & Im familiar with the new Massage Therapist Toria. The service is GREAT. My massage was from Toria and God knows this girl is the absolute truth. She is very detailed & the best massage Ive had since going to Wellspa. Nicole is superb & always is! She helps me with issues from inside that I never know about when she does my reflexology. Michele is awesome as well with Facials, she just talks TOO MUCH and tries to sell me these expensive products! This review is about the tips!! I ran into 1 of the young ladies that works there at the grocery store. I rather not say which one it was to keep down confusion. So we talked and I asked her if she got my $20 tip I left her. She said no mam, you were my only guest today at the spa and I only recieved a $5 tip. Of course I was furious. So I told her I am scheduling another appt and leaving another $20 tip to see what happens. I gave her my number and told her to call me after our session to confirm she recieved the tip I left. I secretly used my phone to record myself leaving the tip to prove I left one and she recorded audio as well to prove if she recieved my tip or not. Guess what!! She did not!! It was Mary the owner telling her she did not get a cash or credit card tip for the day. It was Mary I left the tip with the 1st time also. I will NEVER EVER go back. And I hope that yound lady leaves too. I dont care who replies back to this review. I have PROOF tips are being stolen and Im thinking of taking this up in the court of law!! And this young lady is a smart little cookie, she has already been having her friends buy groupons and tip her a certain amount to see who else is stealing/with holding tips. This is awful the fact that anybody has to do that!!! REDFLAG: 1. Go look at other reviews like on Yelp.com. The reviews on the website are mostly her friends that visit the spa. So of course the majority will be positive. No way a company only has about 3-4 bad reviews. within 7 years. 2. Give your tip in the persons hand. read more

Hubby got me a massage and facial for my birthday last month. This is one of my favorite spots! The massage (MaryAnn) is the best and I really enjoyed my facial, (sorry I forgot her name) but the esthetician seemed very knowledgeable about skin. I purchased the products she recommended and I can see the difference in my skin in just a few weeks. Please look at the date on the reviews when judging their validity. This business has come leaps and bounds and made some rookie mistakes early on. Whenever my mom comes for a visit, she feels slighted if her visit does not include a trip to Well Spa. I promise you, you will not get a better massage!!! Also they carry cute boutique quality women's apparel and jewelry. read more
