Showed up at 5:30 for a 50 minute feet and 50 minute body massage. My masseuse was attentive and caring, asked if I was okay several times when my body language changed. He was great! The part that isn't so great - they are an offshoot of an old business... Feet Retreat. They still have an operating website under that name (https://www.feetretreatspa.com) which shows different prices for the longer services offered. Not cool. Don't advertise that you've moved when you've become a completely new/separate business. Get rid of the old website or update it... The place is clean, cozy and comfortable for massage. The guy working the desk was super friendly. A 15% tip is included in your total so remember that upon checkout. Would I go here again? Honestly, I don't know. The price is an issue for me when you can get the same service for less money elsewhere. Time will tell.

I am leaving this one-star review because this situation has been unresolved since March…read more I went to Massage Etoile for what I was told would be a full-body massage. I paid approximately $100 expecting a complete service. Unfortunately, the massage I received was extremely disappointing and did not match what I paid for. The massage only focused on my neck and shoulders. My lower back, mid-back, legs, stomach, arms, hands, and feet were either not addressed or barely touched. I specifically asked for more pressure, but my request was not followed. I left feeling like I did not receive the full-body massage I paid for. Out of habit, I initially left a $15 tip, but after reflecting on the experience, I requested that the tip be returned because I was so dissatisfied with the service. I also requested a refund because the service I paid for was not provided. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the manager repeatedly contacted me and threatened to call the police because I disputed the charge. I paid for a service that I believe I did not receive, and I was disappointed with how my complaint was handled. My bank initially credited me the $99 while investigating the dispute, but the matter was ultimately not resolved in my favor, and I am now responsible for repaying that amount. This means I am paying for a service that I feel I never received. What was most frustrating was the lack of professionalism and the way my concerns were handled. I later went to another massage location the same day and received the full-body massage experience I originally expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. Customers deserve to receive the service they pay for and to have complaints handled respectfully. I was ripped off.

I came here after purchasing a massage through Amazon local. I have to say, Danna REALLY knows what…read moreshe's doing. I feel like she's able to read/feel your body in a way your typical masseuse cant. I would give the massage alone 5 stars. What was pretty disappointing was that she cut my massage significantly shorter. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 11am appt. She took her time at the desk working and chatting with me - later talking on a the phone with her brother. Eventually she left to set up the room. My massage began at 11:09. I wasn't concerned at all since I figured she'd just start the full hour from there (since the late start was on her, not me). But to my surprise she ended at 11:57! I feel like 12 minutes is a significant chunk of time. The friend who recommended her to me mentioned that her massage was cut short as well (although not as much). When we finished up she offered me a package deal. As much as I enjoyed my massage, I don't feel comfortable paying $79 each for three massages if she's going to cut them almost a quarter short. I'm willing to pay more for a great massage - but I expect to get what I pay for.

I have a lot of sympathy for Danna, since the Groupon was clearly oversold beyond her capacity…read more (Bought 2 before it tipped but when I saw 1400 were sold, I knew it was going to be trouble.) Booking an appointment was definitely difficult. Unanswered emails and phone calls, or replies promising to follow up but never did. The business seemed to have multiple therapists before but when I asked to schedule 2 appointments for the same time (that's why I got 2 Groupon), Danna told me there would be only her. Finally when she added an online schedule, I booked one appointment for my bf. The place was a bit hard to find and more medical office like than spa but neither of us would have cared for a good therapist. After I picked him up an hour later, he said he felt pretty good tho the request to work on legs didn't really register she worked on the back more. (Ok, I know yelp was supposed to be the first person experience, so I am going to focus on the booking part, which I did all of it.) After I booked the second appointment, I got a call from Danna the day of saying she had to cancel due to her heart problem and said I could reschedule. Which I did rather promptly knowing how hard it was to find a slot. By the time the rescheduled appointment came around, I got another call saying the office had a water or electrical problem beyond her control and had to reschedule again. At least compared to Dan A and Krissy K, Danna did let me book beyond the Groupon's expiry date. (Just FYI, Groupon seems to split the deal price with the business.) Going online again, she was booked for solid and calendar only goes until April. Finally I gave up and called Groupon and got my refund.

We are both definitely coming back! My mother in law and I both love getting massages and would say this is the best massage we've gotten especially for the price, it was so worth it, I'm surprised this place doesn't have more great reviews because it deserves it! My mother in law was a massage envy regular and we were going to initially go there but they didn't have availability so fortunately for us we found our new favorite place! It was clean and professional. I was also able to book it less than a day in advance and requested female massage therapists whose names were Eileen and Lisa. I am very particular and prefer a harder intensity massage and Lisa did great! I was also at first unsure since we didn't discuss focus areas but she is very good at her job because she knew which areas needed to be focused on and even kept going back to the area which I loved- for me it is my upper back. We paid $10 each extra for coconut oil which was nice and they also added hot stones which was amazing! So both my mother in law and I paid $100 each since we tipped very well but it was worth it for the deep tissue, coconut oil, and hot stone massage for 60 min. Without our tip it would have been $80. And they were very nice and professional- offered water, as well as, Chinese candy we've never tried! Can't wait to come back soon!

After saying no because it was an inconvenience the lady said she would add coconut oil to my massage and said "10 dollars extra", of course I said no. You want me to wait 30 min after I made an appointment to add a service for my inconvenience but charge me for it! Absolutely NOT, is exactly what I said to her. Maybe massages aren't really what they do because there were three women there but I had to wait.
