No not ever!!! I asked for the reflexology foot massage. She wanted to ovet charge, pay up front and pay a tip. I said I will pay after services are rendered. I should have left but I didn't. It was not a reflexology foot massage. She did not have pressure points etc. she did give my 30 minutes. I just don't understand. I will never go there. I was interrupted several times because she had to stop and answer the phone, then she stopped to speak with a client. And she did not make up for the minutes she took from me. May and her colleague took great care of my daughter and me. We were lucky because we walked in when they were not busy and were serviced immediately. While we were having our treatment a lady who was clearly a regular came and also said their service was excellent. May's massage techniques are excellent. Have visited here twice in the past six months. Since September 2023 the store has new owners and management. Big change. More relaxing and concerned about your care. Have had great service from the two providers there. Their massage techniques address your issues and pain points. they are very happy to have you as their customer and hope you return. I literally could not move my neck to check the blind spot in my car it was so tense. I went to May relaxation massage and my masseuse did an awesome job putting me back together. I can finally breathe and have a full movement in my neck again, this will be my number one spot for massages for sure. They are a traditional Chinese place so be prepared to take off everything but your underwear if you are in one of the full body massage rooms. The masseuse's name I had is "CoCo". She a sweetie with a surprisingly advanced massage technique and upper body strength. I was vaery pleasantly surprised, as I admit I was skeptical, but I figured my back couldn't feel more sore than it already did, so why not give it a try? It turned out to be a good choice! The office itself is old and a less than spa-like. I recommend that they play relaxing, spa themed music, instead of Chinese instrumental and update the inside. I got a 30 minute foot massage. I put my timer going as soon as they touched me. I kid you not they stopped at 20 mins and told me I was done. I showed them my timer and they both argued with me. Half the time they were talking, not using any pressure, messing around, and just all together a bad massage. I asked to do my hands the last ten mins. Totally ignored for me and both lady's laughed at me. All together I would say a 15 min massage. They kept asking me to do longer time...they asked me three times. I wanted to try them out first tho. I went in for a 30 minute foot massage. They kept trying to up sell me. My therapist stopped halfway through massage and swapped with another therapist. They didn't wash hands. When I asked them to do so, huge attitude. Overall massage was nice but this is not a very clean place! I would not go back. This is more so a happy ending spa in my opinion. I've been going here for over six months and they really know what they're doing; I walk in with a pain and I walk out without it. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and they have table showers which are great and FREE with a one hour massage. It's best to call ahead for an appointment but sometimes you get lucky just walking in the door without waiting. One of the top two massage places around. read more

Me n this lady argued for about 5 minutes going back and fourth because I wanted to get a body massage for an hour. On the wall it said body massage but she kept telling me only my back. So I keep telling her that's not what the wall says. Eventually she gave in and gave me my hour body massage. But once It was time to go she literally stood over my shoulder and watched me write down the tip. She even corrected me on the amount I should give. The actual massage wasn't bad but she was arguing with me about the service that was clearly stated on her wall. As a customer I didn't appreciate this behavior. And while we were arguing her and another lady started talking in a different language. It was odd and made me feel like they were talking about me. I didn't like this. I wouldn't go back.
