This little house specialize in Acupuncture and they also offer cupping, massages, and foot reflexology. I had acupuncture and cupping done and the experience was great! It was my first time and I was a little nervous but nothing to be nervous about, didn't hurt, I did have some relief after the services. They where nice and gentle. They had a store front... I was in a rush, so I can't say for sure but I can assume stuff on the natural side. The Short: Incredibly knowledgeable and flexible service! The Long: Parking: readily available in side and rear parking lots Space/Office: The space is admittedly no frills but is comfortable. The front reception area has seating for 4 waiting and features a wall of traditional herbs and medicines to browse. Service: My husband and I received service from 3 staff member, who each specialized in different things: acupuncture, massage, cupping. They asked what issues we wanted help with and then recommended different services. My husband slept like a baby for the first time in months and I have tons of energy after feeling drained for weeks! Communication wasn't the smoothest during services because of our language differences but they were still so kind and patient. The experience was so fantastic, until anything I say will sound like sheer exaggeration, however it's true. The results was so great for my feet, legs, and knees until I could not believe it, on returning home I walked up and down my steps with no pain, I could hardly believe it, so I walked up and down the steps about 3 times. They also did a treatment for my weak bladder, I used the restroom before leaving their clinic, I went to Walmart and the bank, didn't have to use the restroom for 3hr., which was very unusual for me, I thought oh boy when I get home I will need to run to the bathroom, it didn't happen. This was a very authentic experience. Not much explanation of what was being done and why, but they seemed very intent filled while massaging and applying needles. I hurt my neck/back in a cold day working out without enough warm up, it froze me right away. My first visit helped me 85% and it continued to heal he week after, my 2nd visit in about 10 days healed me 100%! It is a low-key one compared to modern western clinics, but their Chinese Traditional Medicine knowledge and experience are amazing. Just finished my first appointment. I went in hopeful but skeptical. The process was pleasant, bordering on amazing at times. I'm tempted to say (at the risk of jinxing it) that I feel markedly improved already. Is that possible after 9 YEARS of chronic pain?? I was kind of hesitant when I first walked into one of the rooms, it's not the best looking. They could use some upgrades, but the service is good. I must say that I was a bit skeptical when a friend recommended this office after I complained about hip pain . My brother and sister had hip replacement surgery and I was certain I was next . But I figured hey acupuncture can't hurt . So I was treated a few months ago ( one treatment) and I am happy to report that 2 days after treatment the pain is gone and has not returned . I'm back up to 4 miles a day . And what else is incredible is they treated my lower back too without even knowing that I suffer from sporadic pain there too . I went here last night for my first visit for a sciatic nerve issue and pain in neck. Firstly, let me start by saying OMG, this place was off the chain and I would give even more stars if I could. I had two to three people working on me for 1hr 10mins. I had acupuncture with needles and heat from neck to ankle on my left side, followed by acupressure, followed by massage top to toe, again one side but all of my back. Then a hot stone massage. It felt like each time they stopped I thought it was over but there was MORE! I was an amazing experience even if you just wanted a massage. They only charged me $60,what???????!!!!! I couldn't believe it. I gave them a $20 tip and even then I thought they deserved more. I walked out feeling lighter on my feet. I went to another acupuncture place on Monday on Jonesboro Road, paid $80 to have a bunch of needles in my right hand for issues on the left side of my body???? Dr. Thuy had been treating my hubby and I for many years now, she does excellent job in treating her patients, lately my husband was very sick and was admitted to the Piedmont Newton and was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney problem and other health issues, I took him to get treatment from her and only after 3 visits he got well and when he saw his cardiologist on his heart issue, the dr told him that he didn't have to do the Ablation .. My family has been going here for over 10 years. The people that work here has been helping with us with all kinds of aches and pains. It always feel satisfying after leaving this place. Our pain has always gone away after visiting here. I can't say enough about them. My daughter had Bell's palsy which after three times was cured even after the dr said there was nothing I could do.
