Came here last year while visiting family. I went in for foot work and Ortavia was my masseuse...she was nothing short of wonderful. Aside from giving an outstanding and effective massage, she was so friendly and funny!!! I am now relocated to the area. At work, I I often spend 14 hour days several days a week on my feet, and after a few months or so they ACHE, especially in my heel, which is not the easiest place to kneed, but Ortavia delivered. She also preformed some reflexology...it was literally like a new set of feet. The is a locally owned business close to my home so I was excited to try it out. I also had a Spa Finders gift-card that I wanted to use. They have online scheduled for appointments so you can book anytime/anywhere which is very convenient! The massage therapists list their areas of specialty which is helpful if you are looking for a specific type of massage. I was able to book an appointment close to the time of day I wanted to go with the massage therapist that noted that she did Sports Massages. Tavia was great and was on time from start to finish. She took time (bless her) to try to ease the tension in my back. She also gave me suggestions of things to do in between appointments. Yes I'm going back because she applied the right amount of pressure to release tension asked me what I wanted to focus on and again was timely. The room was comfy not freezing or too hot the music was pleasant and there wasn't an overwhelming scent of incense. Sooo looking forward to going back again; planning a busy race calendar this year! I stand most of the day for work, I put too much weight in things I carry on my shoulders. Julia introduced me to cupping and using her expert techniques has worked the pain from shoulders. I stumbled upon this place when I tried to schedule an appointment with two other massage parlors and I am so glad I did because it was a blessing. I have had many massages but Christina, my massage therapist knew exactly where my triggers points were and she concentrated on those areas I had mentioned to her and she covered them all. She allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience by being very quiet and quietly speaking to me when she needed to give me some instructions. In suffering with chronic pain daily from multiple surgeries on my spine, hips, and shoulder, 15 in total, from and accident years ago everyday comes with its own sense of chronic pain. With that said several years ago my orthopedic surgeon recommended that I try massage therapy to help when the pain gets to much. Regretfully, I waited about a year before I actually tried massage. I felt like I was to much of a "mans-man" to actual try to see if it would help and I am so thankful that I actually listened to the advise of my orthopedic. The first visit I tried helped and to be clear it was "not" Massage Solutions, but nevertheless, I wanted to make sure I got the best masseuse I could to maximize not only my money but also the duration of the treatment to reduce my level of daily pain. With that stated I have tried many establishments in the McDonough area and Massage Solutions is by far the best. The employees are always friendly, professional, and listen to you so that they can provide the maximum level of benefit obtained from the massage. I feel so fortunate to have found them and have been going as often as possible for a little over a year currently and could not be more pleased with the outcome. As I travel for work booking regular appointments well in advance is a challenge for me; however, some how they always seem to be able to fit me into their schedule for which I am truly thankful for and will continue to be a long term patron of Massage Solutions. If you or someone you love has similar issues to my own or if you just want to pamper a loved one or friend you cannot go wrong with Massage Solutions. Out of the 30 plus massage parlors I have tried throughout the years Massage Solutions has elevated the bar so high for me that every other massage parlors seems to always fall short. Found this gem not too far from my house and gave it a try. I was not disappointed. The business was in a quaint old home and from the outside in, was very pleasant and relaxing. My masseuse Ortavia, she was very friendly and has gifted hands!! I asked for the therapeutic Swedish massage so it had a little more pressure than the regular Swedish. One of the best if not the best massage I've ever received. I highly recommend Massage Solutions and Ortavia. read more

This is the best experience I have received since I've moved to Atlanta. I received a combination massage that hit trigger points for my chronic lower back pain. I am a massage therapist from out of town, who after driving for 16 hours, was in need of some aches/pains relief along with some adhesions from sleeping on an unfamiliar bed. I was able to get in the same day which was a bonus. The therapist I saw, Lauren, knew her stuff and spent an appropriate amount of time on all of my areas of concern. She checked in appropriately and made sure I was getting the level of pressure I needed. She is a great therapist and I would recommend her highly! read more
