I should have followed my gut when I approached the door. The front door with its missing and worn lettering gave me some angst but I proceeded in. 1. Be leery when a person asks you to pay for a service before you have received it. 2. The man at the front desk suggested I upgrade to a more expensive massage. I declined and went with the basics, as this was my first time. 3. The receptionist led me to the room where I'd be getting my massage. The "relaxing" music was clearly from a streaming service, as I noticed a cell phone hooked to a speaker on the floor. 4. The room had an odd aroma and the carpet was soiled and a bit worn. When I looked at the massage table I noticed a peculiar covering over where a face pillow was intended to be. I asked myself, "is that a paper towel?!" Yes, indeed it was- see attached photo! 5. The massage therapists must have been on their lunch break as they were in the next room talking loudly and it seemed as if they were arguing! This made me tense and made for an unpleasant experience as the arguing continued for the duration of my massage. 6. No one told me that the massage therapist would be physically on top of me. There was no warning just a woman literally crawling on top of my body- this made me very uncomfortable as I just had a baby and am still a bit sensitive! On top of that she encouraged me to get a longer massage next time so she could do more for me- the constant encouragement to spend more money is discouraging. 7. Once the massage commenced, I got dressed and proceeded to the front. There the massage therapist was standing and asked, "Aren't you going to leave me a tip?! I need a tip!" Begrudgingly, I gave her a tip that she examined, sucked her teeth and walked away! I will NOT return to this location. I'd rather pay extra or drive a longer distance than to waste my money here. Asking for a tip without letting your customer do so on their own is insane, and shorting people time that they pay for is even crazier. I've been here several times and the massages are generally good although they all seem to use the same technique regardless of what you tell them your body needs. Also, they always leave the room during the massage for a really long time to get hot towels. They're gone for 5-10 minutes that you don't get back. You have to prepay for the massage which is ratchet, but okay. The problem is they don't give you the amount of time you pay for. Last week I paid for 90 minutes and received 40-45 minutes of massage. They delay the start of the massage by 5-10 minutes then leave to get a towel for 5-10 minutes and always stop early. I don't realize it until they've said they're done and Ive gotten dressed. Getting shorted a few minutes is okay but paying for 90 minutes and only getting 45 is the last visit for me. read more

I was blessed that my son paid for the table wash and massage. It started at 4 and I was done at 4:45. My son said did you get the massage? I said I don't think she did. He said you were supposed to get the table wash/scrub and they were supposed to take you in another room to massage you. That didn't happen and he paid for it. This was a nice place! I was visiting the area and I walked in without an appointment and I didn't have to wait! The massage was really nice and she went the full hour! However, before I was taken back for my massage I had to pay. I didn't have a problem paying before my service but I did not like the individual asking me to leave the "tip" section of the credit card receipt blank so that I could tip after my service. We just moved to CP, and this is the only non-franchise massage place nearby. Very happy I tried it- got Gigi, who was awesome. Chinese techniques of stretching and climbing on you to kneel on your back were wonderful, if you like a deep pressure. Will be back for another 60 min- at $80, it's what I can afford. Upgrades and longer sessions do get pricey, but with tip left at $100 and felt great, worth it. read more

Traveling and haven't had foot massage in months! Was great to get a full hour all on my feet and legs after walking all day around Atlanta! The pressure was good and she paid great detail to each pressure point. I would recommend this place if you're not too high maintenance about how casual the setting is. Also a lot of music from upstairs however I tune that out and enjoy the massage. I also paid credit card ahead of the massage which was unusual from other places however I didn't care! After a very stressful day of business in Atlanta, I had a pretty disappointing dinner and was further frustrated! I had an appointment for a 90 minute, deep tissue massage at Natural Massage. The attention to detail was pretty incredible - scalp, forearms, neck, etc. I left feeling relaxed, but invigorated at the same time. My mind was clear and I was able to get some more work done, with very little stress remaining. I'll surely be back and the negative reviews were quite surprising. This place is given a 2 star because as I was finished heading out, one of the two ladies who were there DEMANDED a tip. I told her no I couldn't at the moment unfortunately because she added an extra $20 for an essential oil i don't think she even used...She proceeded to yell out to the other lady and run to the back. Definitely was weird and not caused for. Besides that, she knew all the spots that were tensed without me saying a word. After 2-3 days of a dull tension headache sitting in my neck and shoulders I was in desperate need of a massage. Normally I go up H Massage on Buford Hwy but just didn't feel like making that long drive today. This place is literally a mile from my house so I decided to give it a try. I was able to call and schedule an appt right away and I'm so glad I did! My therapist was awesome! I told her I like firm pressure and she did not disappoint. She spent a lot of time on my shoulders and I could literally just feel the tension melting away. Sorry but I won't give out her name because I don't want her to be booked next time I go! My ONLY complaint is the prices are steep- $20-$30 more than what I normally pay for an hour but well worth it plus her $20 tip because I'm feeling so much better now. read more

After undressing and settling onto the massage bed, the lady comes in and asks me to pay first. So I get up butt naked to pay her. The room was freezing the whole time. Pros: Clean, nice temperature, nice lighting level, relaxing music that's not too loud, and friendly staff. Cons: communication with masseuse, ability to give feedback to change intensity I choose the 60 minute massage for $69 that includes 30 minutes of reflexology and 30 minutes of full body. We started with the reflexology foot portion, which included a foot soak and nice hot pillows being placed under my neck and back. The lady clearly had skills in the way she manipulated my feet, but she was way too soft. I asked several times for her to increase the pressure but nothing happened... She was so light.... Could hardly feel it. Then the weirdest thing happened.... When we went to another room and bed for the full body portion, it was like a whole new person was massaging me. She used her body weight to sink into my back and neck, which is normal, good technique, but she was WAY WAY too hard. It hurt in a bad way. As my body tensed under her touch, I had to ask her to stop multiple times as I was literally biting my lip as she dug into my neck. Trouble is I'm not sure if she really understood anything I was saying. Big communication issues. Hello, if someone asks you to ease off, you should do it. Eventfully I asked her to stop entirely on my neck, back and shoulders and go back to my feet. Then the massage ended. Hmmn. As someone who's had massages all over the place including Japan, China, Germany and Thailand, I know I'm able to take strong intensity, but this was just bad and I felt like she wasn't listening to either my body or what I was trying to say. To the store, why don't you offer a simple order sheet for customers to fill out if communication is so tough? For the price, which is not cheap, I expected greater effort to give the type of massage the customer actually wants. This is the first time that I've experienced this type of massage other than being at Jeju. I went for a 30 minute foot reflexology and an hour massage. The reflexology was great and I didn't want it to end. It's best to go with loose pants because they don't have shorts or something for you to change into. I had to put a towel on from the waste down and walk in the front where customers come in and out which was uncomfortable. Didn't expect to be nude during the massage but I'm comfortable with that and it was a lot of hitting pressure points. I was sore the day after but your body needs it.
