Horrible customer service. I came to the mall to bring my 9 year old sister and 7 year old cousin and they were super excited to get boba. When I asked for a chocolate milk tea they made excuses on why it couldn't be made which really disappointed them. They said they could make a moaka one that would taste the same but when we tried it, it tasted like coffee. The two girls, one named Ashley, were extremely dismissive and didn't take us seriously. When we returned to buy a different flavor they were rude and asked why we returned. I wouldn't recommend left super disappointed and the boba tasted gross too. When we went back to talk to the girls they completely disappeared and were no where to be seen.

Terrible . Extremely sweet and barely any ice at all . The boba is too soft and bland as well .

Came here at 10:45 Sat. & they were open, but said they wouldn't have tapioca for another hour. Came back at noon and was told I'd have to wait another 15min. Came back again and ordered a small Classic; was told they only have large (5.99 per the menu). Somehow my total was $8.11 (I only got it with tapioca). Drink was ok but it's a rip off and will probably never go here again

Decent tasting tea and soft & chewy boba. It's inside of memorial city mall and I found it to be a little more pricey than the Teahouse in the Galleria. If there's half- star options it'd be a 3.5 vs rounding up for them. They need to have better containers. This cup was very soft in a sense where if you hold it with a firm grip (once you poke the straw) it spills and leak. I'd probably get my boba fix from one of the shops off I-10 and Blalock next time before walking in the mall. It's less of a markup at other places and with more options/flavors. And cups that don't spill on me as easily.

Totally Tea's Venmo payment doesn't look like a business account

I came back to get more of these overpriced Tapioca milk teas (Regular classic and Large classic) both end up being over 8$. Looking at the menu/ sign they have is a lot less/ misleading. Ok there's tax, extra charges for tapioca, etc but they really need to take off the 2 sizes if they don't offer the correct charge for a regular and still charge as a Large due to their policy. The worker said that they don't have the regular sized cups so even if you want a regular drink in a large cup - per owner's policy-You get charged more...ended up getting a second cup for a friend...16$+ for 2 drinks. She ended up feeling sick after and we ended up tossing it. They told her it's made with non-dairy milk in the classic. She was in the bathroom sick for a while. Teahouse nearby is MUCH BETTER and more affordable with a rewards program too. Same with Kungfu Tea or 85-degrees. I'll pick one of those better options that's tastier, cheaper and doesn't get us sick. Also, Totally Tea's Venmo payment doesn't look like a business account. Who is that? A business should do a bit better with everything. The owner supposedly won't let the workers be fair with customers. By the way, My favorite boba place is Tapioca House. $10 gets you chicken & rice + a milk tea :)

A lot of people were doing drive through when we went. Time to Order: 5 Minutes when we went inside. One girl making drinks for a line of six cars and people - she was a real trooper! They have quite a few flavors and types of drinks, more than just smoothies. I got the Mango smoothie and accepted boba when offered (extra $0.50). My partner got the sakura lychee and accepted lychee jelly when offered (extra $1). We both asked for half sweetness. Both drinks were really refreshing. The sakura lychee was more lychee forward with subtle Sakura notes after sipping. The mango was great all the way through, good thick consistency and blended well so that it wasn't icy at all. Above all, I respect that their tapioca remained soft in a cold drink. They nailed the texture so that it doesn't harden in a cold smoothie, and that's seriously impressive. Most famous chains still mess that up. Overall, phenomenal spot tucked away and it's going to be a regular stop of mine after going to Costco nearby!

Luckily there wasn't a line. I picked up a green tea passion fruit tea and was surprised how tasty it was! The drink was a pretty yellow hue with passion fruit seeds at the top. The green tea flavor wasn't overly strong or dry wnd was very fragrant-- super tasty~ It came in a recyclable little sling carrier too, super cute :) I love how the brand focuses on real fruit, milk/cream so there aren't any artificial ingredients lurking around. You can order at the kiosk or at the cashier. For sweetness customization, they only have full level, less sweet, and no sugar options. The less sweet is already plenty sweet for me, so wish there was a slightly less sweet option than that. The service was polite and friendly, and the inside was clean with several tables. Besides the great taste, I really appreciate the "no artificial stuff" way of doing things. After one drink I'm Chicha San Chen fan! Be sure to stop by sometime and try their tea :D
