They genuinely care about their customers and are always there to help. If you get a package, they text you immediately. Any questions, they got you covered. Also, you can drop off packages for FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL there. They also offer notary services. Access to the mailboxes are 24/7. There's some parking in the back, but it's also pretty easy to park on that section of Lake, so jumping out quickly to grab your mail is never a problem. Their yearly rates are also very reasonable.
