When they finally returned the call their assurances that service tech would fix the issues turned out to be false. The price for cleaning 2x a week was so high that it was clear Texas Johns didn't want to be burdened with coming out twice a week. Based on our experience over a two month period, we can say that Texas Johns is quick to charge your credit card each month but nonresponsive to service requests. Calls transferred to the "operations department" are meaningless. Upon trying to find management who would care about such poor service, there isn't any as Texas Johns seems to be run by LLC "Henry Investment Group" out of Midland and no phone that is ever answered.
