The work crew was experienced, professional, and considerate . During installation, extra care was taken around my irrigation system, buried fiber optic cable, and young trees close to the work site. The different phases of tear down and new installation were properly timed to prevent down time. Well, unknown to me, a new driveway apron that was barely 2 months old was damaged by their septic truck driving over a concrete safety rail. I called them and said I could send them pics of the damage their truck had done. They told me they don't pay for damages but went through the motion of me sending them the pics. She said she consulted with the owner and "we don't pay for damages, we don't do that". The repair cost was $250 and they were willing to forego recurring revenue so as not to pay for the damages their truck and driver did. We had to call another company for work on the pump and they showed up the next day and it was all done and working. I would suggest Acton Septic Inc 940-548-5778 for any of your septic needs. T&L doesn't deserve your business if they can't take responsibility for damage they cause.

We contacted multiple companies to get estimates to replace our old septic with a new aerobic…read moresystem. Out of about 5 companies we contacted, only two responded; Total Septic was one of them. DaWayne, the owner, came out to our property and the Engineers report and go went over what would need to be done. He made us aware of the permitting process and told us it would take at least 30 days before the permit would be approved. Within a couple days of receiving the permit we were put on their list to begin work. His crew was professional and we are very happy with the work that was done. We hope to enjoy the same kind of responsiveness and professionalism in years to come. Not a very exciting upgrade to your home, but definitely necessary, and we recommend Total Septic to help you through the process.

Our system has been touched!!! However they reported the county that my system was in perfect condition all while not even opening the lid. Bad enough for our new contractor to take pics in the current state. Once reported back to badger about system not being serviced. Rose stated they had had several customers complaining of the same thing!!! But Badger doesn't want to make good with their customers. Before he did so he opened the system to find it packed to the brim with solids. The pump company came out and said it was about four years past due.
