When they finally returned the call their assurances that service tech would fix the issues turned out to be false. The price for cleaning 2x a week was so high that it was clear Texas Johns didn't want to be burdened with coming out twice a week. Based on our experience over a two month period, we can say that Texas Johns is quick to charge your credit card each month but nonresponsive to service requests. Calls transferred to the "operations department" are meaningless. Upon trying to find management who would care about such poor service, there isn't any as Texas Johns seems to be run by LLC "Henry Investment Group" out of Midland and no phone that is ever answered.

Today same problem and now the pressure built up enough to pop the quik cap off of the cleanout and dump sewage into my yard. A text to Ben gets a reply of oh you have a clog going into the first tank just run a garden hose down the clean out pipe toward the tank. Would have been great to have had this diagnosed correctly and fixed last night before it dropped another 8 degrees into the 10's with snow now falling on the ground and 4" to 6" in the forecast for today. Not exactly sure what the service call to my house was for other than a confirmation of his misdiagnosis of the problem and an opportunity to try and collect 100 bucks only to cause additional issues as now in addition to still having the same problem I called about I'm now going to get to thaw where my sprinklers belong as that was never the problem in the first place

We were in the process of selling our house in June 2025. The buyers ordered a plumbing inspection…read morethrough their own contractor, and a sewer line leak was found underneath our hallway bathroom. We also needed some repairs to our water heater, as well as replacing the water shutoff valves in the laundry room. We got three bids from different plumbers, and Super Flush Plumbing came in at the best price. The house was vacant, so any work performed had to be done without any supervision. The plumber, Hershel and his excavation crew, came out and dug an 8 foot tunnel underneath our house to reach the reported leak. After the pipe was repaired, he conducted further testing to see if the leak was fixed. All of a sudden it became "multiple leaks" that were found in the same bathroom, as well as a potential leak under our laundry room on the opposite side of the house. It started as a $5,300 sewer line repair--then they added on a $705 charge for (according to their invoice) "having to chip through a beam in order to make repair." Then it became an extra $150 charge to "replace angle stop at hall bath toilet." Then it became an extra $2,983 to fix one of the other "leaks" that were found in the bathroom. THEN, it became an extra $1,338 to replace the p-trap under our bathtub which was also "leaking." But wait, there's more! An additional charge of $783.91 to "replace waste and overflow with a/c condensate on hall bath tub." What started as a $5,300 sewer line repair turned into $11,260 in leak repairs. Combined with the water heater repairs and shutoff valve replacements in the laundry room, we had now spent a total of over $13,000. The buyers, who are already under contract, need every leak fixed before closing on the house. The plumber then conducts further testing on the rest of the house. Sure enough, he confirms there is indeed a leak underneath our laundry room. In order to reach the leak, we can pay a couple thousand dollars to dig another tunnel under the house--OR, we can with the much "cheaper" option and let him jackhammer a hole in our dining room floor for another $3,200. He then tells me he's "pretty sure" we have a potable water leak at our water meter, as the box is constantly filling up with water. This was officially the nail-in-the-coffin and were ready to move on and find another plumber. Meanwhile, work has yet to be completed on the previous bathroom repairs--Hershel needed to backfill the concrete that was dug out of our bathroom floor during the repair process. The 8-foot tunnel that was dug under the house also needed to be backfilled. At the beginning of this whole saga, we had paid Super Flush about 50% up front before work could begin. Hershel informs me that they are requiring the full payment to be submitted before they can backfill the tunnel and concrete. I informed him that I've never had a contractor or vendor EVER require full payment before work was completed. He then tells me he needs to "ensure that we get paid. We have to pay these guys to put all the dirt back." Uh, we've already paid you several thousand in work...you're telling me you don't have the reserve funds to pay the dirt crew? He then says "We are a reputable company and that is not how we work." He agrees to finish the work and we pay him what's due. We decided to hire a master plumber, with 30+years experience, to come out and perform another leak test. His report showed that there was NO LEAK found under the laundry room and NO LEAK at our water meter--it was just groundwater filling up the box. A few days later, we hired a sprinkler system company to replace the double-check valve (which we knew we've been needing for a while), and they also confirmed there is no leak at our water meter. Ultimately, my wife and I should have trusted our gut a lot sooner and recognized we were getting screwed. We're not handy with repair work, so we just trusted what Super Flush told us was needed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it ended up costing my family several thousand dollars that were "flushed" away.

These people are frauds, literally. Hired this company to move my refrigerator and upright freezer…read morefrom my former residence to my new residence. Maurice dropped my refrigerator while attempting to move it onto the U-Haul truck he rented, causing significant damage. At that point, I was prepared to just leave it there and file a claim through his insurance (which he claimed he had). However, he curiously insisted upon completing the move. So, we get to my current residence and get the items off the truck and I again ask about the insurance. He then states that he would rather I not file a claim and asks me how he can make it right. I inform him that the refrigerator has suffered extensive damages and needs to be replaced. He promises to send me the insurance information once he gets home. Then, the story changes to he will return to my home in two days with his business partner to take photos for the insurance claim, since he still needed to assemble my barbecue grill, anyway. So, he and his "business partner" arrive at my home two days later and take photos and tell me to expect a call within a day or two. A few days later, I finally receive a call from an insurance adjuster regarding the damage. He asks me to basic general questions about the incident and says he will call me back with an updated status within 24 hours. A couple hours later, the adjuster calls me back and states that the claim is denied because the policy was only taken out a few hours after the loss occurred. So, he did NOT have insurance when he said he did. After informing Maurice of what I had been told, he texts me and says they will replace my refrigerator. He said they wanted to meet at Best Buy and complete the purchase, but needed to wait until his business partner returned to town. Then, he stated that they would complete the purchase over the phone via a conference call. Then, predictably, they disappeared and became unresponsive. After emailing them and informing them that I was going to involve my attorney, they emailed me a document/contract to sign which would consent to accepting a lesser model or share in the cost to replace my refrigerator. NOT HAPPENING. Do business with this outfit at your own risk...literally, since they may or may not have insurance at this point. Oh, and since they took the liberty (without my permission/consent) to post photos of my barbecue grill they assembled, let me post photos of their handiwork with my refrigerator...which doesn't come close to showing all the damage they caused.
