I called Larry at absolute plumbing because he had done work at a previous home. Larry came out the same day and provided a quote that was much better than the other company. I was on the schedule for repair for a few days out, but they were able to come out more quickly and completed the service yesterday. Larry found two leaks not just one. He replaced the old PVC with copper lines. He attached multiple photos of the work to the invoice so we could see the work which was nice. The office staff was incredible friendly and responsive. Other than having a major water leak that needed to be fixed I could not be happier with the service that was provided. I will recommend Absolute Plumbing to any of my friends or family.

DaWayne, the owner, came out to our property and the Engineers report and go went over what would need to be done. Within a couple days of receiving the permit we were put on their list to begin work. His crew was professional and we are very happy with the work that was done. We hope to enjoy the same kind of responsiveness and professionalism in years to come. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend them…read more I purchased a yearly maintenance membership for over $200 (paid up front) because I wanted my AC system tuned up. When I texted to schedule my maintenance, I also mentioned one room that seemed warmer than the rest and asked if they could take a look at it while they were already there. Instead of scheduling the maintenance I had already paid for, they set up an entirely different service appointment without making that clear to me. When the technician arrived, he told me he couldn't do the maintenance that day and that I would have to schedule another appointment. Then he looked at the warmer room and assured me the repair "wouldn't be that much." Later, I find out that he was supposed to have shown me an estimate BEFORE he did any work. That obviously did not happen because I would have said absolutely not. He spent very little time in the attic, claimed he "unblocked" one vent and adjusted dampers, then handed me a bill for $199. Even with a veteran's discount, I still paid $174 that I was never expecting to spend. I had literally just paid over $200 for a maintenance membership, and instead of receiving the service I paid for, I left with another unexpected bill. To make matters worse, the technician appeared unprofessional. He was coughing constantly and seemed to have difficulty breathing from the moment he arrived until he left. His clothes were dirty, and his zipper was halfway down the entire visit. It did not inspire confidence in the quality of the work being performed. After everything was over, I honestly cried because I felt completely taken advantage of. The technician knew I hadn't intended to schedule that service, yet he reassured me it wouldn't cost much before presenting me with a $199 charge. I contacted the company afterward. They refunded my membership fee, but they have refused to provide a detailed invoice explaining exactly what I was charged for. The technician simply entered a dollar amount with no itemized breakdown. As a customer, I deserve to know what I paid for. The worst part? The room is still warmer than the rest of the house. I don't even know if anything was actually fixed, and after this experience, I don't trust the claims that the vent was "unblocked" or that the dampers were adjusted. This entire experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and unfair. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Although, porta potty was timely delivered, services went south from there. Calls to Texas Johns for cleaning and leveling went unanswered, requiring we leave a message and wait for a call back. When they finally returned the call their assurances that service tech would fix the issues turned out to be false. The price for cleaning 2x a week was so high that it was clear Texas Johns didn't want to be burdened with coming out twice a week. Based on our experience over a two month period, we can say that Texas Johns is quick to charge your credit card each month but nonresponsive to service requests. Calls transferred to the "operations department" are meaningless. Upon trying to find management who would care about such poor service, there isn't any as Texas Johns seems to be run by LLC "Henry Investment Group" out of Midland and no phone that is ever answered.
