The very next day, he arrived with his construction team and cabinet partner to discuss our vision in detail. Just a few days later, we received a competitive quote, signed the contract within a week, and work commenced shortly after. Despite some unexpected challenges from the wall removal, they completed the remodel in about a month--far quicker than the 2-3 months quoted by others. Also, took a call in front of my husband and me and kept on speaker. Talk about awkward. It was business related but lots of cussing and yelling between the two. The kicker was they quoted me 5000.00 more than the amazing flooring company we ended up going with and they were going to go right over the existing floor. So less work, more money, when I called to inquire about the process because I researched and got other bids, K was explaining and answering my questions well, 1/2 way through the conversation owner took phone and was aggressively talking to me. I said, "wait did you guys just switch?" He replied, "I can explain better" wow. So disrespectful. If you are ok with going over existing floors and dealing with this behavior, have at it, but I definitely can recommend a much better choice. The company I chose was pleasant to work with, cost effective, and flawless from beginning to end. Doing it the right way, by pulling up the floors is the way to go. Peace of mind for sure and warranties work when it is done correctly, should something happen. I will never have to wonder.

I received an affordable quote to expand my gutters on my home within a week of inquiring. When I…read morecalled the office and asked to schedule the work I was told they would need to call me in two weeks to schedule as they were booked pretty solid. She didn't ask for my information so I asked if I could provide my information to ensure I was called to schedule the work. She then took my information and looked up my quote. When I reviewed the quote with her and solidified my color choice, I asked if I could apply a military discount as I saw advertised and she said yes, it's 5%. I didn't receive a call back after 2.5 weeks, so I called back to schedule an appointment. I was able to schedule ~2 weeks out from the day of this call. The crew arrived, but did not check in prior to commencing work and did not check in for a walk through after. The work looked great, but there was a downspout that I wanted moved to a corner instead of the middle of a wall due to aesthetics. I was asked to provide a picture via e-mail. I also asked if I could please have the military discount applied. I was told that it was installed correctly and that the military discount was already incorporated into the original quote. The original quote did not have the military discount listed on the quote sheet and this was not mentioned on the phone call where I confirmed that I could have a military discount applied, so I was taken aback by this response. I also wasn't implying the gutter was incorrectly installed, but was asking if it could be moved. I didn't press the military discount, but I did ask again whether the gutter could be moved. I was provided what I considered a curt response and didn't care to engage again. If I need gutter work in the future, I will shop around for a different company.

He was incredibly responsive whether that was items on our punch list that were missed by the contractors or new work we wanted to add to the scope of work. The painters did the interior and exterior and did an incredible job! The flooring including tile and carpet were well done. He also suggested we sand and stain the upstairs floor rather than replace it saving us money and the floor looked like new! We were having a plumber install a new stovetop and discovered the granite was 1/4 inch too small. We had no work done relating to granite, but called Ibrahim and he was able to get a professional out there the next day so we could continue with the install quickly. Ibrahim acted as a general contractor and was able to keep our project moving especially in our tight timeline of 4 weeks to get the house ready to put on the market. It took a lot of the stress off of us and we appreciated having such a knowledgeable partner on this project. I can't recommend Arbor Floor N Design enough!
