The evening before the appointment, at 6:15pm, they called to "remind" me about the appointment and said the Technician would be at my residence between 1:00pm-5:00pm. When I reminded the lady that THEY cancelled the first appointment and THEY agreed to the next day "early morning" appointment, her response was "well, he can't be there until 1:00pm-5:00pm". There was a medical reason I needed an early morning appointment, but apparently with Mr. Appliance it's all about what THEY want to do (even if you're paying).
