So decided to give them a call, Ms. Rachel answered and she was able to squeeze my friend in their busy schedule for the same day! Yes, for the same day! She was so welcoming and professional. After I got the appointment confirmed, I sent the information to my friend. This is her review at the site (see below) I highly recommend Juan, (Paramount plumbing services), I needed an estimate for a new salon I'm looking to build , and Juan came highly recommended . I appreciated his professionalism with arriving 15 min prior to our appt , and was super knowledgeable and helpful with his recommendations. I felt extremely comfortable, and trusted everything he was suggesting. It wasn't just one way, but he found different alternatives to help find a more cost efficient way to go about my plumbing situation, and that put me in a lot of ease. If you want a trusted, knowledgeable , master at his craft, Juan is the guy to call!

(We're in a new-to-us house -- he even took the time to walk us through the water shut-off.) I felt completely in the loop as we waited for rain to leave the forecast so he could get his excavators out to dig up the line. He took copious photos for us, and the job was done in 2 active days. Kudos to his contractors, too -- it barely looks like the yard had a deep hole in that spot! I hopefully won't need a plumber again for a good long while, but I know who I'll start with if I do, and I'm definitely recommending to folks I know. (cross-posted by me from Google Reviews)
