I was driving my son to school this morning and my message center on my dashboard said that I needed to add Windshield washer fluid. It's obviously not the end of the world, $5 jug of fluid easily fixes this, however...it leaves me wondering what else they didn't perform?? Hopefully my oil was actually changed. Warning, don't go here! Had a water pump replaced on a Ford Flex which requires the valve cover to…read morebe removed. The tech that did the work ripped 3 seals inside the valve cover and didn't bother to replace them. Since the seals are inside the valve cover(and are for the sensor attached to the valve cover it took a few months to show signs of leaking) and included in the gasket kit they should have been replaced during the job. Now that it's a few months down the road and oil pouring out of the sensor the shop will not stand by there work and replace the seals. We will never recommend anyone doing business with these shad tree mechanics!
