Leave the shop, the rejection sticker falls off the windshield and almost flies out of the car because the windows were down. Fixed the issues myself. I refinished the headlights and completely replaced the rear brakes. I bring the car in. They drive it around, mumble something to the secretary, gave me a look, and walked away. Now they won't pass it because the ABS light is on (was on for first inspection too). So, they wasted my time and money driving it down there even when I complied with what they told me to do to get it to pass. Mr. Feltner wouldn't even talk to me face to face, he mad his secretary apologize for HIS mistake. Very unprofessional. I would avoid this shop at all costs.

My electrical problems consisted of gradual battery discharge, and not enough voltage going to the the car, causing startup to fail. I thought it was a bad alternator since I'd just installed a new battery. After dropping my truck off, they took a look at it, and called me back promptly to inform me the problem was due to a bad battery, and told me my idler arm hadn't been tightened properly resulting in loose steering. Jim told me what was wrong, explained the other issues I'd had, tightened the idler arm, and gave me advice regarding my battery, allowing me to save far more money than I'd expected. Fox Automotive is an excellent auto shop. They provide excellent customer service, inform their customers as to what is wrong with a vehicle and why, don't price gouge their clients, and are reliable. I'm definitely going to them for inspections and repairs I can't do myself.

Manager rushed to my car and confronted me with how rude I was for tooting my horn. I explained to him that I did not see a worker at all and I did not know what bay he wanted me to be in, bay 1, 2 or 3. He proceeded to be nasty and I told him he should not be a manager with his attitude. This manager around 3 months prior had same attitude when I went in for air. The workers put air in my tires, my light didn't go out so I took it back to same guy and asked him to check air again because the light didn't go out and he said he would not and for me to go away and never come back. I have gone to this jiffy lube for years but had no problem until this guy became a manager. He is definitely not a customer service type of personality and should not confront customers with bad attitudes.
