They say they are short staffed, everywhere says that now a days its really getting old to hear. I used to manage and you should always try to have someone roving and manning the shop desk and phone.... I actually liked this shop and have been a return customer, im not sure if I'm going to be returning after this. The person that picked up the phone the first time says hes going to have to ask the manager to email me the last recent oil change history, then after calling numerous times again, the same guy picks up, I told him the carfax webstite you were referring me to costs money, he didnt mention that. I also had to return the day after due to 2 of the valve caps were missing. Now I find out that 2 were mounted backwards. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. The cost was also double what it was when I went to a different garage nearby and received a better tire and they were mounted properly.

There was someone else waiting who also had an 8am appt. I realize things come up but when you take someone's phone number when they make an appt, the least you could do would be to call them to inform them you will be closed and apologize for the inconvenience. My husband took off work to have the work done on his truck, so it was a completely wasted day. No work and no front end alignment. I can't recommend this business if you want reliability or common courtesy, but if you like to waste your time, feel free to make an appt.
