Manager rushed to my car and confronted me with how rude I was for tooting my horn. I explained to him that I did not see a worker at all and I did not know what bay he wanted me to be in, bay 1, 2 or 3. He proceeded to be nasty and I told him he should not be a manager with his attitude. This manager around 3 months prior had same attitude when I went in for air. The workers put air in my tires, my light didn't go out so I took it back to same guy and asked him to check air again because the light didn't go out and he said he would not and for me to go away and never come back. I have gone to this jiffy lube for years but had no problem until this guy became a manager. He is definitely not a customer service type of personality and should not confront customers with bad attitudes.

Told oil change only. The check engine light came on right after she left the business. I told her not to take the car back to Rapid Lube. My scanner indicated all four O2 sensors bad....really?! The codes were cleared, no other problems. I know for a fact that there are no emission issues with this vehicle. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but no more. Still a good deal on an oil change, but just beware.

The past several times I have been there, they have made a point of trying to sell me additional products and or services. I understand their reasons for this and it is fine, yet a minor annoyance. I just want my oil changed and get outta here. On my most recent visit (my last) I had my tires rotated. Within a few minutes the manager (owner?) Came to me and said my brakes were bad and I was going to need new pads. I declined and a few minutes later she came back indicating that my rotors were also bad. I noted that I would take this vehicle with 200k miles to my longtime trusted mechanic for it's annual inspection and to have the brakes checked. Well, as it turned out, my guy indicated the brakes were okay other than a bit of rust on the rotors for lack of use. The staff here has always been friendly and courteous but I'm not a fan of this type of practice. Just use caution before you commit to an expensive repair.
