Knowing the severity of my situation and the danger I posed to both myself and others on the road, he managed to squeeze me in despite being understaffed and having a full workload after 4:00pm and got my car back to me about an hour later. Recently, I went in (a little later than I would've preferred, due to everywhere in the area being booked/busy and my own procrastination) to have my brakes repaired (hearing some grinding/squeaking noises) and ended up needing most components replaced. Once again, after hearing my distress on the phone--Joe was able to help me out by replacing only the parts that needed to be replaced to guarantee my safety and pass inspection as well as ensuring me I could return to have the remaining work done should I begin hearing any more noises.
