They were very professional--arrived on time for both projects, wore booties over their shoes (which I appreciated because of our crawling baby), and did not go over the time they quoted. In between projects, they also mounted a large, floor-to-ceiling mirror in our master bedroom and hid/mounted some wiring from the baby monitor in the nursery. They were extremely efficient and accommodating. They scheduled the nursery fan installation at 7:30 am instead of 8:00 to finish before the baby's 9:00 nap. I don't know what that means, but no one responds after 5pm on some days. If you leave a message after hours they don't return the call. I called the other evening and the line was forward to a number in area code 610 that would not take messages. We were told how great it would nbe to be sold to WAVE because of their greater resources. One would think that after a year they would at least have Wave respond to support. Another interesting thing. We had to enter all our account information from Cascade Link's invoices into the new system. Why do I need to transfer my account? Service is generally good, but if there is a problem, there is no one to respond outside of business hours. That is just not acceptable for an internet business!

First, he did trouble shooting on internal phone wiring problem (static, dropped calls) that Comcast refused to deal with. He checked all the wiring and devices and found the problem (bad wires) and fixed it. Has been working great since then. Given how well he did with the wiring issue, I asked Jhonata to tackle problems I was having with home WiFi. Some computers and printers/scanners were not being "recognized" on WiFi or were inconsistent. This was driving me nuts and made the WiFi next to useless for file sharing and printing. Jhonata did a deep dive on my systems and connections, even taking one computer to the B11 lab for analysis, scrubbing, and reinstallation of files and apps. He did not quit until he had diagnosed and resolved all the problems. He ended up installing a new mesh router and some new high-speed cables, and removing Norton 360, which was the source of many of the blocking issues. The computers, printers/scanners, and WiFi are working great, now. And the speed of the system is amazing. I cannot recommend B11 Tech Solutions enough. Jhonata is deeply knowledgeable about technology and just loves it. He pursues a problem until he finds a solution, no matter how complex. We had our facility outfitted with an old madrigal security camera system with coax wires. After…read moregetting few estimates from installers, we could not believe how much savings SeattleDVR Inc. did to upgrade our system to 4K cameras. We chose to have 16 of 8 megapixel cameras. Peter was fantastic. He is trustworthy and responsive. He came out the same day and gave us 2 options, one that uses the coax wires as a network line that saved us tens of thousand dollars of cabling and wires, and another estimate from their installer that includes new Cat6e wires. The estimates are both almost half price than the quotes we got from 3 other big companies. After asking from the neighboring facilities, we found out they've done a lot of this old warehouses and have the knowledge, expertise and highly recommended. They planned out the location of each camera and relocate some to have a face recognizable images even wearing hats, or hood and read license plates as they come and go to our driveway. They took a lot of care to make sure the wire runs were perfectly, hidden and on conduit for outdoor cameras. There are zero wires visible. They far exceeded my expectations. The camera system is really nice, very crisp, clear video and the installation is perfect by the third party installer. The interface is so self-explanatory and easy to use.

The Jarrods were friendly, efficient and offered advice when asked. Because it was being mounted to brick and an outlet wasn't exactly close (not to mention a bulky extension cord thrown into the mix) the best I could have hoped for was for all the wires to be maybe bundled kind of neatly, but they damn near concealed them completely! (they also bundled any excess cord nicely behind the television). It was such a great, low-stress experience and I would totally hire them again! Few things to note: - Most of the communication was handled through Angi via text message. - I had my own mounts, but I think they can supply them as well.
