I had this company come to my older Tacoma home to do some wiring. I have "knob and tube" wiring in…read moremy house, and I needed some of it replaced so I could have reliable electricity until I get to the point of rewiring the whole house. On the one hand, they did a decent job running cable and replacing receptacles or adding new ones. On the other hand, there were some issues with their work. First, they added a new 240V dryer receptacle. The thing is, even though my dryer was sitting right there next to the new outlet they put in, they placed the outlet at a height that my dryer cord wouldn't reach. When I asked them about it later, they said the receptacle was placed at a "standard" height. I had to purchase a new dryer power cord and replace the perfectly good on on my dryer just so it would reach. They could have easily looked at my dryer's cord and placed the receptacle at an appropriate height. That was annoying. Second, my Siemens load center (electrical panel) was missing a hinge. Oliver said he would find a part for it, but a couple of weeks after the job was done, it still wasn't replaced. I called him and he said he was trying to locate it. Here it is months later and I have never heard back from him, so I assume he just wrote me off. I called around, and apparently the part is very hard to come by. Still, he could have let me know, maybe even suggested a solution. I think he just forgot about me and the hinge. Third, about two weeks after they had finished work in my house, my wife called me down to the basement. She found a hole in the side of the house. Yes, right through the sill joist and the siding all the way to the outside. I examined it, and it was right next to another hole the electricians had drilled up through the sole plate of the kitchen upstairs. It was extremely obvious to me that what happened was that one of the electricians tried to drill through the sole plate and into the kitchen, missed and went through the sill plate to the outside, and then re-drilled without either telling me (the homeowner) or fixing the hole that had been made. They left my house with an open hole exposed to the elements and never told me about it. That's another one I had to fix. Seems like this crew has decent knowledge of electricity, but lacks some of the refinements that go beyond wiring, like taking care of the customer. I did contact them about 2 of the issues, with no good resolution (dryer receptacle too high: their answer was "buy a new cord,"; and load center missing a hinge; they never did get me one), and with the third issue, I decided it was better to fix it myself than to call them and get no resolution. I can't fault the electrical work they did, but on the other hand, based on these issues, I would not hire them again. Thus the 3 star rating.

I am a very happy customer ! I bought a 1954 house with original hardwood floors that have seen…read moremuch much better days. I was worried on the refinish but Eric assured me that they would look nice. He also suggested a darker stain to give the floors a newer look. The outcome stunned me ! They look new and amazing ! I will include some pictures but the work they did showed me how thoughtful and thorough they are with there craft. There showroom also showed me these guys know flooring. Obviously the best part of the process was the outcome , but these guys worked non stop through the 4th of July weekend and did it ahead of schedule. Literally they worked the very next weekend with a crew to get it done. I might be lucky as work like this usually has a backlog. I had to check in to put my garbage out, and the workers use Maxcare trucks , are courteous and hardworking. The dust free system is as advertised as I can not find any sign of it. For something so expensive and worthwhile to your house, they deserve every penny as I have returned the 1954 hardwoods to glory while keeping them modern (brown instead of reddish oak) Thanks Eric !

He went out to his vehicle to fill out the paperwork afterwards... but quickly came inside to let us know he had left the paperwork behind and just to expect the bill in the coming weeks - we had no estimate or idea of what the bill would be. Fast forward two weeks and we get a bill that shows we are paying for 3 hours of work - I called to just ask how the hours were calculated but the front desk couldn't help me so I was transferred to someone else. I left a voicemail and never heard back. We ended up paying the bill but I'm a little frustrated we had to pay for the entire time window without a heads up when he was here half of that time. Probably would not use again just because of the billing issue.

Man, old man... I would never hire these people. Absolute nightmare from start to finish. In fact,…read morethe chimney job that we paid for is still not finished and it's been almost a year. When they put the initial chimney in; I thought all was fine until one rainy day... the chimney was leaking water. These people come back out. They don't keep their time or their appointment. They show up hours late and near dark time. They assure me that they can work in the dark and fix the issue. Chimney is crooked, has gaps in it and it's leaking from the chimney on the roof. Has nothing to do with the roof cause I had a brand new roof put on about six months ago. Stay away! Unless you want them to take your money, do a partial job and shine you on and run. I kept getting excuses about how the owner was having medical issues in the hospital with a stroke, etc. Honestly... I have as much compassion as the next person, but this is business and honestly, it's not my problem. DO NOT hire these people. They are sketchy. They do not listen. They do not care about the customer. I will be reporting them to the state, L&I and other agencies as well. BE WARNED!
