Our furnace suddenly stopped working one night, and because of several issues with our home warranty company, we weren't able to get help for a few days. Luckily, we eventually contacted All Solutions through my sister's recommendation. They returned our call quickly and scheduled an inspection right away. When Matt arrived, he completed the inspection in under five minutes and answered all my questions with great professionalism. Since the replacement part had to be shipped from out of state, he told us the earliest estimate would be the next day or two, and assured us that he would let us know as soon as it arrived. Matt also patiently helped me fill out all the documents required by the home warranty company. Around 2 p.m. the next day, Samantha called to let us know that the part hadn't arrived yet, but they were actively tracking it. This call and update made us feel truly cared for--we didn't feel forgotten, and we appreciated the proactive update. Around 5 p.m., Nick called and told us he was also tracking the package and would inform us the moment it arrived. Then at around 7 p.m., he called again saying the part had finally come in and asked if it was convenient for him to come over to install it. About 20 minutes later, Nick arrived. Not only did he replace the part quickly and professionally, he also performed a maintenance check on our furnace to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was kind, humorous, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. The whole experience was fast, smooth, and reassuring. Waking up the next morning to a warm and cozy home made us even more grateful. If you're looking for a quick, reliable, and truly professional HVAC repair service, we highly recommend All Solutions!

Ryan was on time and thoroughly checked the system. After he ran the numbers, he talked to my husband and myself (two phone calls, as we were in different locations) and gave us our options in detail. The following Saturday, Ryan, Kit and a helper showed up on time, ready to replace all of the tubing before pressure testing the existing condensers. Their work was beautiful to behold, neat and efficient. Unfortunately, both condensers were leaking the test gas and our problems just grew worse. Repair was an option, but with no extension of the warranty, and replacement being the other option was not really that much more expensive (essentially the cost of one unit) with the added benefit of a brand new 12 year warranty. We opted for peace of mind, bit the bullet, and ordered two new condensers. Installation day rolled around and Kit and Ryan rolled up to the house with our new units, which took the entire day to install and test. But they are a beautiful sight to behold, and it's lovely to be warm in the house again. In addition, for a reasonable cost, they removed the third (original) heat pump and all of the pipes and tubes the same day. We are glad to be rid of that monstrosity. I only had email and text contact with Liz in the office, but all communication was prompt. Ryan and Kit were happy to thoroughly answer all of my questions as the work progressed, and they were a pleasure to have around the house, even using booties to cover their work boots whenever they entered the house.
