The work was not cheap but the quality seemed good and certainly worth doing after our crawl space had a few rodents intrude. We have noticeably improved airflow in the house and hopefully removed the opportunity for future intruding rodents to access and damage the ductwork if they happen to get inside the crawl again.

Martin is always so easy to talk to and he takes the time to explain what caused the HVAC issues, he fixes the issue quickly, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. We chose that system because it gave us the alternate brand of Carrier, at a competitive price. But now, suddenly, the system went down, maybe because of a power surge. We don't know. But on the same day of our request, Vitaliy came and checked it out, ordered parts, tried to get it running in backup mode, but that wasn't going to happen. But he went the extra mile and then some.
