Also, my car apparently has 2 Vin numbers, one of them was welded on by first Ave Motors. DO NOT GO TK THIS PLACE! PREVIOUS REVIEW: First interaction was fine when I was there buying the car but afterwards was a whole different deal. I can't open my car with the key, only with the controller, they were supposed to send a locksmith to fix it and still to this day I'm waiting for it. Was supposed to do that and pick up some mats (which I'm pretty sure they lied to me a me haven't bought them). I've been calling like crazy and either someone that doesn't know anything about the situation answers and tells me to call when the manager is there. Now whenever I call they straight up don't answer or call me back. It's been close to impossible to talk to someone that can help me with things I was supposed to get over a month ago. I gave them many chances to call me back and fix the situation that they lied to me about on day one. Once they make their money and get you out of there it'll be impossible to get help with anything. Beware.

Those vehicles are tough to find, but on my way to Target on Sat., March 20, 2021 I drove by First Ave Motors, and saw a red BMW on their main display. I said I will check it out on my way home which I did. And yes, it was a red BMW 328i convertible which is my dream car. Small dealerships have always made me very nervous. My wife said do the research. I did see that it had a salvaged title which made me have second thoughts. But on the following Monday, I sent it to my insurance agent in which he said it could be anything, and recommended that I take it to a body shop and a mechanic. I called later that day and spoke with Tatyana to inquire and I was told that the car needed to be jumped. I took it for a test drive on that Wednesday and the car indicated that the rear tire was low, other than that it drove good. I told Tatyana that I will be by the next day for a more thorough check and test drive. The next day my wife and I took it for a drive and brought it to the body shop and were told the damage was not that bad and the frame was good. We then took it to the mechanic next door to the dealer and they found no issues, in which we bought the car for a very great deal. The next day I drove it in the morning and things were fine, but in the afternoon the battery was dead. It did turn over but it struggled to do so. I could not help but think, I made a really bad purchase. I contacted Tatyana and she said that she was off that weekend, but to bring it in on that Monday which I did. Scared I had her check the alternator as well. Later that day she let me know that the car was done and the issue was an after market battery and a BMW battery was needed which they replaced free of charge. Since then there have been no issues and my plates came in 8 days after purchase. All and all this was a fantastic experience and Tatyana was so great to work with, I truly thank her for her hospitality! Dream car bought and loving it!!!! And here we are knocking on the door of November, and there has been no issues at all.

I brought my car in and they diagnos my car that the other dealership was incapable of doing. They also accidentally broke one of my spark plugs, and instead of just replacing it and not telling me they called right away and informed me that a tech has accidentally broke a spark plug so they went ahead and replaced all 5 at no cost at all. The staff is very friendly and Informative. The location of this dealership is easy to locate and navigate to and around. They have a lot of used and new cars at very competitive prices. I'd highly recommend this gm Chevy dealership to anyone in the twin cities area. And to stay away from lupient Chevrolet.

He did not really explain anything and if I asked a question he made me feel stupid for asking it. I felt like I was falling into a scam and honestly should have walked. I ended up cancelling the easy care after the guy tried to talk me into it by saying he's been in the car industry for longer than I've been alive. Nice work ass hole you're really moving up in the world. The most recent update is there ended up being curb rash on three of the tires that I'm fairly certain they covered up initially or regardless didn't mention anything about it. I hate that this is still the car buying experience for consumers. I would just be weary and firm with them. It seems as if they truly want to help you understand what is going on with your vehicle, which I really appreciate. At one of my previous visits, the service professional recommended that I change my cabin air filter. Rather than just telling me I needed a new filter and handing me a bill, however, the service professional physically brought my current cabin filter into the waiting area and showed me a side-by-side comparison of my dirty filter with a new filter. I really appreciated him actually showing me the difference, helping me understand the need for extra service, especially as I know relatively little about cars. The waiting area at Apple is great, as well. Really comfortable chairs, easy-to-access WiFi, an awesome coffee machine that makes whatever fancy coffee you want, a fountain pop machine with a nice variety of pop, a popcorn maker, and several snack options, all of which are complimentary. I should note that the popcorn maker and snack options are not currently available due to COVID, but can't really blame them for that. Never thought I'd geek out about where I get car service done, but this place is awesome!
