I was lucky enough to connect with Rick when I called, and right from the start, I knew we were in good hands. I explained our situation and what we were looking for, and as luck would have it, they had the exact vehicle my father wanted on the lot. After working out the details with Rick, we secured a fantastic price for the purchase. I emphasized to Rick that I wanted the process to be as smooth as possible for my father when he arrived to pick up the vehicle--no waiting around at the dealership. Rick assured me that the vehicle would be prepped and ready to go upon my father's arrival. He also coordinated with Tyler in finance to have all the paperwork ready. When my father arrived, he was promptly guided to finance to sign the documents, and shortly after, he was behind the wheel of his new vehicle with Rick giving him a thorough walkthrough. My father later told me that it was the fastest and smoothest car purchase he's ever experienced. I would buy another vehicle from Morries in a heartbeat. They didn't want to get up off their chairs to talk. Didn't say sorry, didn't say it's because of COVID , didn't offer me other options .. just sat there and said No we don't do that.

What's a paddidle? One working headlight, that was my problem. You see them around. . Other parts, well, dang, if one part is obscure, others might be as well. *Padiddle refers to a car game in which participants call out "Padiddle!" when they spot a vehicle with one headlight out. Historically, it has also been used as a slang term for a car with only one working headlight. Some variations of the game involve playful rules, like giving a point to the person who spots it first or requiring participants to perform a small action, such as tapping the roof of the car. I had to let it sit for an hour before it would start again. I took it to some mechanics who tested it and told me the starter was bad and wouldn't work when it was hot. I took the starter back and told the people at this store what happened. They took it in the back and told me their test said it worked fine. And manager bragged about how his tester was superior to anything a mechanic would use. After, again, telling them it started the 1st 2 times but had to cool down for an hour before starting again, I was given back the bad starter and basically told to fuck off!!! And now I'm stuck with a bad $400 starter. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

I called this Tires Plus location and spoke to Gabriel who was super helpful and explained why 4 tires would be necessary. He broke down the price for everything including tires, alignment and differential flush for lower than what the dealership was quoting me. He and his coworker (I didn't catch his name) were so kind and respectful and just really turned my day around. As a woman it's daunting to have to deal with car repairs on your own, and having employees who aren't condescending and take their time to explain things so you don't feel like an idiot or like you're being taken advantage of, are so important. For over ten minutes, I stood in the lobby without being greeted, much less helped. Employees in the garage looked at me multiple times while I waited. Realizing my business wasn't important to their team, I left and drove straight to Discount Tires. There, an employee greeted me before I even stepped inside. They helped me right away and had new tires on me in just over an hour. The best part is that they beat the Tires Plus pricing by $300. I won't go back to Tires Plus after this experience. I tried calling Tires Plus to share my experience with the manager, but they didn't answer.
