They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.

If I had to say one thing that is not the best it's parking since their parking lot was a little busy but again that is so minor it's hardly worth mentioning. Absolutely DO NOT recommend Caliber Collision. My car was involved in a hit-and-run, and I…read morespecifically asked the shop to help me with the initial walkthrough because I wasn't sure of all the damages. Being a "direct repair shop" and instead of coordinating with my insurance, they repaired everything without approval and now are demanding I pay for work I never authorized. To make matters worse, there was zero communication between Caliber and my insurance so I somehow became the middleman and had to go out of my way to fix the situation they created. This added unnecessary stress and confusion during an already difficult situation. The lack of professionalism and disregard for proper procedure was shocking. Avoid this shop if you value transparency, proper insurance handling, and peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and take it to Raymond's Body Shop or somewhere else instead where they value customer service.
