I have had nothing but fantastic experiences each time I've brought my Jeep in for service at Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The service professionals do a great job of explaining each aspect of the repair/maintenance process and don't aggressively push unnecessary repairs on you. It seems as if they truly want to help you understand what is going on with your vehicle, which I really appreciate. At one of my previous visits, the service professional recommended that I change my cabin air filter. Rather than just telling me I needed a new filter and handing me a bill, however, the service professional physically brought my current cabin filter into the waiting area and showed me a side-by-side comparison of my dirty filter with a new filter. I really appreciated him actually showing me the difference, helping me understand the need for extra service, especially as I know relatively little about cars. The waiting area at Apple is great, as well. Really comfortable chairs, easy-to-access WiFi, an awesome coffee machine that makes whatever fancy coffee you want, a fountain pop machine with a nice variety of pop, a popcorn maker, and several snack options, all of which are complimentary. I should note that the popcorn maker and snack options are not currently available due to COVID, but can't really blame them for that. Inquired about a vehicle and was rudely run through the robotic punch list. I'm sure I was taking the star salesperson (lady) away from something important. There are three other dealers in the area with the same vehicle. They are actually working with me. Ask a question, answer a question- that kind of thing. PS - well qualified buyer & financially conservative. I will never return to an establishment that will not extend the courtesy of a conversation. Next time try a smile. Bought out Jeep here last year. We've had to come back 4 times already for service and a couple of recalls. Easy to schedule, but I wish they didn't have recalls so often since they needed to keep the vehicle overnight and it's quite a far drive from our house. read more

Had vehicle moved to another service provider after several phone calls and no response. Purchased new vehicle from the dealer 2 1/2 years ago and ready to purchase a new one. Horrible communication. Car sold days before. I called apple autos Chrysler when they opened to see if they had a 2015 blue Mazda CX-5 available that was listed online. They said it was and I made an appointment to see it within the hour. I get there and they said the car was sold on Saturday. I called the salesman who left the voicemail on my phone 2 minutes before our scheduled appointment and explained what was going on. He assured me the car I had requested to see (which I said on the phone again was a blue Mazda CX5) was in fact at the dealership in the next building over at Ford. When I get there he walks me over to a 2016 silver Mazda6 sedan. I explain to him this is not the car I inquired about. His excuse was "I was just assigned the case" and proceeded to try and convince me to buy a 2020 Mazda CX5 that was way over my budget and asked if I was planning on financing the car to begin with. If I could give less then 1 star I would! I made an appointment for my 2023 Ram 3500 Dually Tradesman. I bought the truck brand new and use it for our business. I have put 20k miles on the truck pulling a Gooseneck trailer. I have experienced what is referred to as a "Death Wobble." My truck drives and operates PERFECTLY at any speed, with a trailer or without under a load or empty. No wobble at ANY speed UNTIL I hit a pothole, encounter rough road or uneven pavement which causes my truck to go into this violent shaking and wobbling. At this point I have to immediately slow down, get out of traffic and pull over. The wobbling and shaking doesn't quit until I am under 20 mph. The techs and service advisor continued to tell me that it's my tires! I need brand new tires up front and that tires on a truck like mine need to be replaced every 15-20k! Wow! Who can afford that. Today I took my truck to Discount Tire to have the tires inspected, rotated and balanced. They said my tires looked great and a couple were only out of balance in a minor way. Now having COMPLETELY different tires up front my wife and I test drove the truck and it STILL did the EXACT SAME DEATH WOBBLE!!! This store wasted an entire week of mine in which I could not make an earning with my truck to tell me that the issue was my tires when I kept telling them it wasn't! They just want to sell me something instead of addressing the REAL ISSUE! My truck is still under factory warranty and the issues should have been looked into deeper and resolved instead of them just trying to make a sale and sell me something!!! I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISSATISFIED with the so-called "service" I received here. Not only did I lose a weeks worth of revenue only to still have the problem occurring, but I now have to lose more time and revenue to once again bring my truck in to have the issue addressed and resolved!!! I called the company phone number to come down to look at a Dodge 2500 truck I was told that it's here and that I can come look at it. the lady I was talking to was in sales her name was Rebecca I got here a short time later looked around for the truck could not find it when inside and asked for Rebecca I was told by another sales person she's in Minneapolis and she doesn't work at this location I explained to him that I Called the store and she answered he told me she's an Internet sales person she's out of Minneapolis it's her job to answer the phone I thought that was pretty strange to be that lazy and not answer your own damn phones I thought it was pretty weird I got back my truck and took off seriously how lazy do you have to be to hire someone just to answer your phones now my wife is laughing at me because now I look like a idiot asking for someone that doesn't even work here LOL read more

Purchased a New Grand Cherokee from this place, of course all was good during the deal but after coming back trying to have the vehicle serviced is horrible! They don't do weekends, so I'm told. When I called the first time to tell them the check engine light was on it was no big deal to them. Let me get this straight, new vehicle with less than 8,000 miles and the check engine light is on and it's no big deal? It eventually turned off by the time I could actually bring it in. Unfortunately, my job doesn't allow me to leave or take PTO for car maintenance issues. So I'm screwed! No time for me to be able to make any appointments with them. Once I was there the first time the garage door wasn't opening up so I had to back out and move to another line so the door would open, once I was inside no hello how can I help you was offered. This was my first time there and I didn't know the way things worked. I had to get out of my car and ask someone for help. Once I did it was like I was bothering them to come do their job! No other cars were inside. When I asked about the check engine light the service guy said well it's off now so don't worry about it. Well I'm worried about it because it went on for reason! One that they couldn't explain. Well now it's maybe 3-4 months later and it's on again and my backup camera stopped working. Same attitude when trying to schedule service! Do not come here and I will not ever be returning or purchasing anything from this place again!! Total kiss you ass until you purchase a car but then your treated like shit later for anything else!! I am using my daughters Google account to post as I don't have one. 2 years ago, I purchased a truck from them. Along with the truck, I purchased an extended warranty and a service program. The last time I was in for service (oil change & tire rotation), I was informed that my rear brakes were critical and that I needed tires. I was then presented with an estimate for a brake job and new tires. I thought this was unusual as the truck has low miles and the brake wear indicators weren't squeaking. I pulled the rear tires and calipers. The pads were only half worn and probably had 20K miles left. I also noticed that one of the lug nuts was sticking out about 1/4" farther than the rest. I thought it was just loose but it wouldn't budge either way. I finally got it off and found that the lug nut was cross threaded, ruining both the lug nut and the wheel stud. I fixed it myself. After comparison tire shopping, I found that I was quoted a price about $200 higher than most tire dealers. The upshot is that one of their mechanics cross threaded a lug nut, didn't fix it, said nothing and sent me home with a quote for unnecessary work, and a potentially unsafe vehicle. I showed up today for an oil change and was treated like a leper. I wasn't wearing a mask in my own vehicle. Both my wife and myself are planning to get new vehicles this spring. We were going to buy from them...not anymore. They lost two good customers. read more

Had been looking around throughout the day and decided to stop by Apple CDJR and see what they had. A sales rep, Sean K greeted me. I asked about a used jeep I had seen online and asked if I could test drive it. He had me come in and sit down while he grabbed the keys. Before we even went to test drive it, he started asking questions about Numbers and price. I told him I was preapproved, and was not interested in financing through them. Against what I just said, he asked me for my personal information, so he could run a credit check and see what he could do for a loan. Once again I said I was not interested, because I already had financing. After this being the second time I told him I was not interested in financing through them, He then proceeded to ask me who I had my financing through, to which I replied it wasn't his business. Again he asked me for my info so he could run my credit. Again I refused, stating this time that I didn't want any hard inquiries on my credit, and there was no need to run my credit because I was pre approved. We finally went out and test drove the vehicle, and he accompanied me, which I thought was odd, being I had driven several other vehicles from competing dealerships, and they just handed me the keys and said see you in 15 min. After the test drive we went back in to talk about numbers, and I asked if the tag in the window was the best they could do. He replied "yes, the sticker in the window is the best price we can offer" I then pulled up a FB marketplace ad, showing the same exact vehicle I test drove for a $1,000 less than sticker price. After him leaving to go talk to someone about the price, he came back and said they could do the price I saw online. When I asked "how that's possible being the price in the window is the best they could do.....and isn't that false advertisement on their part by saying they wont budge from sticker price?" He did not have a response. I then asked him to give me a final cost with tax title and license fees, which brought the total to almost $1200 over the price I had seen online. When I asked him to show me a detailed list of fees because I had asked that same question from other dealerships earlier in the day, and their Tax title and license fee was less than half that price, all he said was " it was just a rough estimate" I felt from the second I stepped foot in that place I was pushed, from financing to a possible sale of the vehicle....Sadly enough this sales rep, Sean K, had absolutely zero interest in me, the customer. As it was very evident in the fact he never once asked anything about what type of vehicle I had, nor what types of needs I have in a vehicle. And if that wasnt evident enough, throw in the fact he gave me his business card 3 different times in our 20 minute conversation!!! Maybe the other Sales reps are different, but I will never set foot on that property again due to how I was treated, and neither will family or friends. read more

My car was hit by an employee of this dealership while he was working for the dealership as a "runner." He was driving a car owned by the dealership. This employee ran a red light and hit my car. Initially, it appeared that the dealership would take responsibility for their employee's negligence. After nearly three weeks, I learned nothing could have been further from the truth. I heard nothing from them. When I contacted the dealership general manager and left a message on his voicemail, he called me the the next evening. Under Minnesota law and with my insurance agent's advice, I filed a claim with their insurance company. Minnesota is a no-fault state only for injury, not for damage. The general manager tried to tell me several times that I HAD to go to my insurance. Not true. I believe they were assuming that I would get tired of waiting and use my own insurance. It's disappointing to be treated in this manner. I purchased two vehicles from Apple Autos Ford dealership, which is the same company and have been very satisfied with the service I have received from them. The Chrysler/Jeep dealership, however, seems to lack the integrity of the Ford dealership. If I could give a zero, I would. read more
